"I'm afraid I've gotten to the point that when people call me up and insult me or my guys before we even start that I just call them off the job. I could've fixed this in five minutes, and gone on to do the same 'A' work that we do for everyone else, but if you're going to yell at me or call me names, then I don't want to work with you. This is the third 'F' I've received in the last two years, all from people whose services I would not perform and whose money I would not take on account of their behavior. So please, if you're someone who likes to scream at people for little or no reason, hire someone else. Life is too short."

"Ma'am, this is a truly outrageous review, and I would hope that you would have the decency to take it down. You called me up at 2:15 to tell me to cancel the job because you "had lost confidence in me", and proceed to angrily harangue me. I said my guys were 10 minutes away. You then grudgingly allowed that I might proceed with the job if--and only if--I arrived within the next 10 minutes, but a minute later, and you'd cancel it again. In fact, my guys were 3 minutes away--my tracker is a little delayed--but by that time, $220 wasn't worth your abuse, so I canceled the job, which I guess you didn't like very much. Well, too bad; I'm not your slave. Is this really how you want to spend your life--yelling at contractors because 2:15 doesn't fit your definition of early afternoon, and trashing them online when they decline to validate your rage? I am embarrassed for you."
