Mr Fardeenis very attentive and always finds the issue and solves it with our 13 year old unit! Air one tech are very responsive.. would totally recommend them!

I scheduled an appointment with Air One after my heater wouldn't start and my AC would shut off after running for just one minute on high. Fardeen was the technician who came to my home. After a lengthy diagnosis, he told me the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacement, and there were a few other issues I didn't fully understand. He recommended a complete replacement of the HVAC system and arranged for a salesperson to discuss new system options with me. I asked for an estimate to repair the system and a copy of the diagnosis report detailing his findings. He said he would send it later due to poor internet connection. I paid the $98 diagnostic fee. Given that replacing the entire system is a big investment, I scheduled Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion. Their technician found and replaced some burnt wiring in the furnace and fixed a capacitor that had been incorrectly installed in the AC. This got both the AC and heater working again. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Air One. They seemed more interested in selling a new system than resolving the actual issues or may not have had the expertise to fix the problems that Bluestar was able to handle in a single visit. When the choice is a new unit, always get a second opinion !

The problem of our AC system happened in the afternoon of last Sunday. As soon as we sent photos of the problem, we received an answer that we were scheduled for a Monday morning service. The technician came around 8:30 am and checked everything and then tested the system so we had it back to normal. It was very crucial because of the heat and humidity these days. Air One Tech's service has been extremely efficient and reliable. You can trust this company once you have a system installed from them, especially when you became a member.

I love the Air One Tech team, we've been with them since at least 2010, and there's never been a doubt. Their recommendations are solid, never an up sell, they take the time to not just do the job right (the first time) but also to explain stuff in plain English. It's clear they care about our stuff as if it's theirs. If not Dariush, the owner, my go-to is Fardeen. Not just because he's personable and polite. He obviously took notes when Dariush was training him because he's cut from the same cloth and is another rock star. Not a knock on any of the others, as i've met a bunch of 'em over the years. But Fardeen reminds me of my favorite tech.

I had my heater and air conditioner replaced by Air One Tech two weeks ago. I am very pleased with the entire process. Jack was very knowledgeable about HVAC products, and very professional in his dealings. He surveyed the site carefully, listened to my requirements, and took the time to educate me on the HVAC systems. I appreciated the very detailed proposal containing an itemized listing of the model numbers, photos and brochures of the units, the work to be done, rebates and discounts, warranties, etc. The installation was completed just 3 days after accepting the proposal. The installation team (Jose and Andres) wee courteous and efficient, completing the installation in one day and taking the time to patiently answer my questions. The front desk (Allison) was always quick to respond and very helpful. Post installation response to resolve a few loose ends has been quick. I would highly recommend Air One Tech.

Outstanding service, and the only HVAC company I'll use. Dariush and associates are thorough, patient, and very understanding. Switched to them after my prior company carelessly let all the refrigerant drain out of my old heat pump, and have never regretted the change.

He was very respectful of my working from home (mask, foot coverings, etc.), explained the details of what he was doing/issues he found and made recommendations for next steps. Called them for an issue with my in home humidifier. They came out the next day and identified the issue. One day later (had to get part) my issue was resolved. The price was affordable and the service was prompt and professional. I’d absolutely call them again — recommend you do the same.

Air One Tech LLC is one of the three companies we received quotations. The Trane system Air One Tech recommended we thought was the best system according to the efficiency and price. What made us the happiest was the result we received. For the five months we used the new Trane air conditioning system, it saved us several hundreds of dollars on the electric bills. The services of the company is great. They responded to our service calls in very short time. The service calls were usually because of our lacking of knowledge to the new system. In short we are very happy with our new heating and air conditioning system.

We were quite satisfied. We had a standing contract with another HVAC service company and they were pushing upgrades and a new furnace on us and we wanted a second opinion. Because the other company had expressed a concern about "potential" carbon monoxide leakage, we were hoping for quick response on the part of Air One Tech. The owner himself came out to inspect the furnace within days of our call, and said that, while it is always recommended to replace a furnace proactively and that there were definite signs of age, the furnace is mechanically sound for now. He also pointed out (with pictures) evidence of blower deposit build-up (that should have been regularly cleaned under our contract with the other company) that was likely caused by an air filter housing that had never been resized after removal of an old electronic air filter and was basically allowing unfiltered air to get by. We were able to push back on the other company to do the work needed as part of their maintenance agreement and only waiting until their contract runs out so that we can switch maintenance over to Air One Tech.

Darren efficiently diagnosed the problem. He checked the inlet/outlets, and the system inside and outside. The air is now cooling properly.

I appreciate it that they text when the technician is on his way & then when he has arrived. The techs are thorough & I feel they are honest with their evaluations. I purchased an annual service, so I will be using them in the future.

Kayvan was excellent! Not only did he take care of the issue, he improved upon the control system for the humidifier connecting to thermostat. His work was neat and all wiring secured and well routed. I think Dariush and Kayvan really provide a higher level of expertise. My review above re price reflects more the entire install. When I chose Dariush and his company is was not based on the lowest offer but really his expertise. I think Kayvan as a field technician really adds to the company given his knowledge and pride in his work
