A&I Design homes, LLC is a collaborative design/build firm brought about by our passion for good design and the highest level of quality. This firm started with the idea that the client deserves the best, and that good design is not out of reach for the typical homeowner. We have developed our skills while working for architects in high end design firms. During our many years in the industry, we realized that the best way to control the quality of our work was to have a more hands on approach to the architecture, design and construction. Through collaboration with the home owners and local contractors, we are able to build lasting relationships while focusing on the design, and bringing quality to the work we do. Ultimately our goal is to make sure that our clients receive the best possible solution to their project, while bringing good design into reach of the average home owner. We have the ability to take on any home project, large or small, and can make use of the most up to date technologies used within the industry. We implement the newest technologies into our designs, and offer solutions that allow for the home owner to upgrade their systems as future technologies are brought to market.
