I called at 0730 when they opened. Kieran answered immediately and was polite and helpful. We setup the appointment for that morning, and he called back to let me know they were on the way. Steve was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and did great work, 3 repairs in under 2 hours. They were upfront about the price... a lot, perhaps, but you get what you pay for, and I am extremely satisfied that actual an actual plumber does the plumbing, not just a handyman, and the work is guaranteed.

Although he responded quickly to my call, he never appeared for the appointment -- nor did he have the courtesy to call to explain why. So obviously I had to grade low and would not recommend.

Water was noticed coming in my basement. They called back within 30 minutes and were to my house with in 30 minutes of that. Fortunatley it was just a connection in the pipe and not a problem with the sump pump.

He solved my problem and responded to my problem quickly. He was efficient. I appreciated his service.

I always use them. The reason I use them is because I actually brought in many plumbers and they were the first ones that were able to fix one problem that I had. Ever since they have come in with all “A’s”, always resolved the issues; and done it quickly and neatly. It’s a good company. I called them on a Sunday, he didn’t come out that Sunday because it wasn’t really needed. He did ask me to take pictures and he actually explained what was going to happen and he came out on Monday with everything that he uses. It was very nice. He came right on time. They gave me one day and they came in right at the very beginning. I will always use them. They are extremely knowledgeable. The biggest part I liked about them is that they understand a troubleshooting concept and are able to figure out what is going on and why. I think it took them like two hours to do the work. Two people came to complete the service.

They were  actually very professional. They came out and did the job and made a minimum mess. Actually  the best part about them is they actually explained what was happening the entire way. What happened why it happened what it could do. I like them a lot.

The last time they helped us with some water damage.
He did some preventative type of work. He mentioned that our vent stack should be replaced, so we had him replace a section of vent stack. He also installed a new washer drain line that we had talked about that was constantly causing this smell.

He has been here twice and I was very happy with him. He was punctual and did clean up all by himself. Pricing was competitive and my interactions with him have been great.

We’ve had multiple plumbers come out for different reasons and ‘The Irish Plumber’ is the only plumber that we’ve had that comes out and is able to solve the problem or at least diagnose the problem right off the bat and also they carry a lot of the equipment with them to fix it if needed.  We’ve called other places and they have been unable to diagnose or even fix it anytime since, but these guys did it perfectly.  They were very professional.  They walked us through every little thing they were going to do, and they went ahead and did it.  They showed us what they were doing and how they were doing it.  They even came back when they were done to explain every little thing that happened and what possible things they could do in the future.  They were very thorough and we were really impressed with them.  They were the only ones that actually came in at a decent price of all the other plumbers that we’ve had.  I had to call them to fix the problems somebody else caused. They came the next day and so that was pretty responsive.  They came when they said they would.  We would absolutely use them again in the future.

He does a great job and I plan to hire him again. He always comes very quickly, sometimes even the next day. Other professionals have referred him to me.

After putting on booties and spreading a drop cloth to protect the floors, the drain cover was removed and the drain was snaked. On completion of the job the shower floor was cleaned and the drain cover was replaced. The two gentlemen were very polite and explained the cost and the process that was used. I was very satisfied with their work and will call the Irish Plumber again.

We woke up to find out hot water tank was no longer working. A call to The Irish Plumber was made as soon as they opened for business. The call was answered and we were told someone could be available between 10am and noon. At 11am the plumber called and said he would be here within 20 minutes. He showed as promised. He easily identified the existing hot water tank was more than 20 years old (it was) and had surpassed its life expectancy. He said they would be able to have it replaced within a few hours. He also recommended replacing the shut off valve since it appeared to be the original valve from my home's construction (1971). The helper/apprentice left to pick up the water heater and he went right to work. Both gentleman were very polite and professional. They took care to always put on booties when entering the house, covered the carpet near the work area with drop cloths, and had no problem moving furniture to aid getting the old water tank out of the house and the new one installed. The work was done timely and without incident. While here, I asked the plumber for opinions on other possible improvements to make to my home's plumbing system. He seemed honest about what was needed vs what wasn't needed and was able to give me quotes on the tasks that could be considered "needed." He did this without trying to "sell" me on anything. All of this was appreciated.

We have used The Irish Plumber twice so far. They do a great job and have excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

The work was done in a timely manner, the plumbers were true professionals and they knew what they were doing.

Overall, this was a good experience.  Ever since moving in a few months ago, we had been hearing a "whining" noise when we would turn on our water.  They correctly diagnosed the problem as an old pressure regulator valve that needed to be replaced.  While they may have charged a little more than competitors, they installed a good quality valve and we have not heard any noise since.  They also did a good job installing clear caulking around some shower fixtures which were recently installed so that water would not get behind the fixtures.
