Price seemed a little high for the repairs required. Overall the quality and professionalism was good.

The guys were terrific -- very quick to respond, prompt to follow up with the repair, honest, and fairly priced...even fixed some things they uncovered during work at no additional cost. Will definitely be calling Glenn when it's time to replace my roof.

After I bought the coupon from Angies List for $150 I called to make an apointment with Falcon Co. So they came in , went up to the roof they inspect it , took some pictures and told me that i need to have the roof patched and put a vent cover that was missing. They qouted me $850 which i thought it was little high for pathing couple places. then I asked them if $150 I paid Angies list is included in the quote , they said no but the guy end up giving me $100 credit. few days later they called me and the came in took care of the job. It took them about two to three hours they did good job. Overall I was happy with their work.

They came out to look at the roof as per the deal, and gave me an estimate. They determined that I need about $1000 worth of work. They wanted a deposit and they would be coming back sometime in October because of all the rain it is difficult to schedule them and they are super busy. They have not come back yet. I did ask about the $175 from the Deal and I would certainly push it when they come back to do the work. They said that I would kind of loose it because if they go ahead and cork everything now they would have to pull it all out which is kind of messy. I did tell them they would have to cork after they replace some of the stuff. I don?t understand why I should lose all that money. So I am going to push a little bit more and tell them to take off $175 from my estimate because I did not pay them to come out and give me an estimate which I can get from any roofer do that for free. But so far the way they have explained that to me I have paid them $175 to do that. The two guys who came out here are very nice guys. I am still little hesitant as to how this is going to go when they come back. I will start calling them in the beginning of November if I don?t see them come out and do this work. They have quoted $1000 for the work. I have cupola which is leaking water. They say that was never installed properly. So they are going to do some touch work to that. I wish that I had printed out what the deal actually said. The confirmation alone does not print off what the deal includes. It just gives the price.It just says $149 for roof maintenance package. There was a screen that gave more information about that and I wish that I had printed that then I could have had a little more leverage when these guys ask what the deal includes.. But I know that the deal included corking around some of the pipe collars which are fine if you are going to replace the pipe collars I understand that I pay for that but then the corking should have been included in that $149. I wish that I had printed off the real deal. These guys when they went up on the roof they spent a good amount of time here. I am hesitant right now. If they come and do a real good job, and they end up giving me some credit of this $149 I will be very happy. That is yet to be seen. Whether I would use them in the future depends on how this would work out. Right now I would say that I will not use them in the future only because I did not get the immediate affirmation that they would credit that money towards the estimate. Had they given me that upfront I would use them in the future. I am very hopeful that they would refund that money at least a portion, I would be happy with a $100. I get that they are doing a lot of work and I think they would give me good deal. Ultimately, they had to do extensive work, and I am pleased with the outcome as well as the price.

They did a great job. They came out did the roofing inspection and told me some of its issues but for most part it is in great shape. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I will use them in the future.

It was 2 Big Deals that I purchased. I liked the guys that came out. They were nice and professional. I was a little disappointed with the house across the street because I thought they would basically come and do a tune-up on the house to look at the roof and fix any minor repairs and then decide if a new roof was needed. They did nail down a couple of my shingles but there were a couple of things that should have been done across the street as per the terms of their deal. They just went up there, looked at it and said they needed a new roof; that was it. They didn't do any type of roof repairs on the house. I wouldn’t use them again.

It was a Big Deal that I purchased. They were candid and brought pictures down from the roof. I found them quite reasonable. They don't take credit cards; they only take cash and checks to keep their costs down. I signed the contract but they haven't done the work yet. They were courteous and responsive. They called beforehand to make sure that I was here, so the communication was good. They were punctual.

I paid them $149 to do a survey and they found a problem. Then I paid again to fix the problem. I am going to meet with them again tomorrow for another home. I want to see what they do because I wasn’t there when they went through the first job and the work they did when they repaired the roof. It was a separate contract with them. They were very good and very quick. I don’t know what they did with regards to what they were supposed to for $149. So far, it has been very positive. There were two jobs and one has been done for $149. Everything is okay with that job. The job done went well. I couldn’t go and inspect the specific work. The guy was responsive and he called back. There were no problems. I live about 40 miles from where the home is. He was able to get out there and did the survey, which was good. The price was good for the job they did. I had done some work at my home here and it was $225. The photos he showed me were nice. He took photos before and after. His punctuality and professionalism were both excellent.

They were good. They seemed to be honest and they came when they said they were going to come. I was pleased with their work. I bought the special deal that Angie’s List had online. So, the price for the special deal was for the inspection.

Falson's response to my initial call occurred within a few hours and Falcon completed everything within 10 days. Falcon showed up on schedule and completed the repairs on the first and only visit! The repairs cured the problems and the leaks are gone. The staff was friendly and they cleaned up all repair related debris.

No story to tell, the contractor and his partner were professional roofers expert in the trade.

We did not have any work done. We wanted to have an area of our roof to be checked out and they did. It was through Angie's list big deal. We wanted to make sure that everything was fine and they did a thorough job with the whole thing. My husband was very pleased with them. They were probably one of the only contractors that came on time and corresponded right away. My husband was very happy with every aspect of it. We would have had them do the work if we needed the work to be done. They came when we wanted them to come. They were on time and prompt. They truly did everything you would ever want a company to do. My husband was the one that was here during the whole time and he was certainly very happy with their service.

The two guys from Falcon Roofing came right on time and did inspection and maintenance repairs on my 18 year old townhouse roof and fittings. They took photos of what needed attention. Before going further, they showed me the pictures and discussed options for repairs/replacement. I was impressed that they didn't just try to "sell" me on replacing everything. We talked about options and priorities. It was necessary to replace my loose and damaged ridge vent, as there were no good solutions for repair and the problem was serious. I authorized the replacement of the ridge vent and they went to Home Depot and got what they needed to do the work then and there (rather than having to schedule another appointment for them to come back and do it). Under the terms of the Angie's List coupon, they resealed some cracking around pipe collars and even replaced a damaged shingle on the edge of the roof. They were very professional and friendly, took the time to explain technical details to me, worked carefully, and gave me a good sense of the life of the roof without arm-twisting me to replace it now. I definitely recommend them and will call them in a couple years when I do need the roof replaced.

I had taken the Big Deal package from Angie's List for their services. They did a great job. He checked out my roof and told me that it was in relatively good shape and should probably last for another 10 years. He suggested replacing a couple of shingles in the problem area. He took photos of the before and after when he fixed the ceiling problem around the collar by the vent and I could really see the difference and it should be fine from now on. He said that I could go ahead and paint that part. They did not charge me anything other than what I had already paid online. They were great. They were here on time. They were very cordial and courteous. It was a rainy day but they did not track in any mud from the yard while going up to the roof. The price was great for what they did. I really appreciate that and would use them in the future.

I took advantage of the special on Angie's List. I was really pleased with them. Two men came and they went up on the roof and brought their own ladder. I didn't know if I needed to reroof in order to sell my house and they said to wait, which was really nice because they could have told me anything. I was pleased with not only the message but they came on time after I set up the appointment. It was a nice interaction. If I do have to reroof while we are still here, I will definitely call them. The price was terrific because I had the good deal. They showed me before and after pictures of where they did some sealing around the chimney.

They were pretty thorough. They looked at it both inside and outside, measured the whole thing out and did all that kind of stuff. They took their time gathering information. Their estimated price was $11,000. I went through the Angie’s List coupon and got it all set up pretty quickly. They were on time. I am in the process of collecting estimates, and they were fine for getting an estimate. I would consider contacting them again in the future.

We paid for the service on Angies List, but we are not sure that it was quite worth the fee. It was for a roof maintenance package. We would probably not call them again.

Glen evaluated the roof and then replaced a few shingles. I did not get on the roof to check the work, however, I assume everything went as planned. I would use him again and recommend him without reservation.

Glenn Schrank (who is the owner of Falcon Roofing) and Billy came to our home on 9/27/2011 and inspected our roof. They first inspected the roof from inside the home by climbing onto the rafters in the attic and also climbed onto the roof from outside to thoroughly inspect it. Our home is a very tall three story townhouse and the roof is very steep. We did have water damage in our home and it had gotten worse during recent storms. When Glenn and Billy inspected the home, they also checked the areas of the house that had water damage on the ceilings. They not only inspected the roof and siding of the house, but also took photos to show the extent of the problems. This was very helpful to actually see the problems and to see how poorly the roof had been installed by the original builder. It was an eye opener. They prepared a proposal which showed we needed to replace three pipe collars, the metal ridge vent, and cracked and missing shingles. They also needed to repair any nail pops throughout the roof. They also found the siding near the top of the roof had pulled away from the house and needed to be repaired. Our roof is 14 years old. Glenn could not offer any warranty because of the age of the roof, but agreed to return one time free of charge if we noticed any problems after the repairs. After that it was recommended that we should replace the roof due to the age. We felt this was completely fair and agreed to have them come back and do the repairs. They returned on 9/30/2011 and completed all the work. They arrived as scheduled. They are both very professional and extremely personable and wonderful to work with. They took away all the debris and left everything neat and clean. We found the estimate to do the work reasonable and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs roof repairs or replacement.

I purchased roof inspection thru Angies List. Did not know how old my roof was but estimated it to be 15-20 yrs. Wanted to see if there were any problems up there and when I may need to replace. Then I saw a leak in one of my extra bedrooms. Glenn and Billy came on time on appt day. They went into attic, identified two leaks, then went up on roof and took pictures to show me the problems. They came back a couple days later and fixed the problems. Did a great job.I accidently made my check out for 5 dollars more than needed which Glenn pointed out to me so I could give him correct amount. Glenn said I have about 3 yrs left on my roof. I will definately be calling Falcon Roofing when that time comes.

Glenn was extremely responsive and appreciative because we found him through Angie's List. I had intended to buy his deal for the roof inspection but he told me that since I knew I had a roof problem already (we had a leak in the bathroom) that I could save some money and just get a free estimate and use the money towards the actual repair. He managed to fit us in the very next day in between other repairs (lots of leaky roofs from last week's storms!) and confirmed what our handyman had indicated he thought was the problem the day before...that the pipe collars were cracked and worn out and because of the volume of rain, that's why we saw the water damage. Glenn and his coworker showed up on the early end of the time period he said he'd stop by and immediately got on the roof. He took a look around and confirmed the issue, then offered us a discount since we were Angie's List. We agreed, mostly because we fear more water damage (we just closed on the house a week ago), but he showed us each fitting when he was done and even I could tell they needed to be replaced. He said the roof was older, which we knew already, but still had some life in it so we're hoping for several more good years. When it does need to be replaced however we'll call Falcon...they were extremely responsive, flexible despite not having much flexibility between the volume of calls right now, professional, fast, and didn't try and sell us other things we didn't need. We're breathing a sigh of relief that the pending rains tonight should not be a problem (we just had the house painted so this is doubly good - they had to repaint from the water damage once already). We are very thankful that for Falcon and recommend the.

Falcon was prompt to respond to my initial request for an appointment via e-mail. The owner, Glenn, followed-up with me the following week to schedule the appointment and was more than willing to work around my schedule and needs. The week of my appointment just happened to coincide with some major rain in the region that occurred throughout the week and my appointment had to be pushed back because of the rain, but also because of another major damage repair job they had. To me, this was all completely understandable and Glenn made every effort to get out to my house as soon as possible. He and his helped arrived a bit after the initial time frame of the appointment. They were quick to get to work, listening to my concerns and doing an inspection from inside the attic first to see exactly where the problem areas were located. They then moved outside to do a full external inspection and took pictures to show me. I agreed to have them fix all of the issues and potential issues they highlighted and not once felt pressured have them fix anything that wasn't absolutely necessary at this time, even though he said some of the areas of potential concern could really wait if I wanted as they would be OK for the remaining life of the roof. They made a quick run to the home improvement store for the necessary replacement parts and got right to work making the repairs upon their return. The repairs were done very efficiently and thoroughly and Glenn was a pleasure to work with. Everything was cleaned up properly and it was an overall very professional job. They couldn't do the work that I wanted but suggested that they could paint my roof. They tried to sell me something else that I really didn't need.

It was a very easy and pleasant experience. I called them to set up the appointment, they were at my home within the week and the work was performed the following day. Not much to tell other than it was an effortless experience on my part.

Falcon Roofing was fantastic! They were quick to respond and were polite and professional when they were here. They did a great job touching up our roof. i would recommend Falcon Roofing to anyone who wants a job done righ!
