When cleaning my gutters I noticed that areas of my flat roof were showing some "bubbles" in the material. I called several roofing companies to come out an inspect and help me assess whether I needed any repairs. All the companies were fully booked for 6 weeks or more and we were heading into very cold winter weather - you can't do flat roofs when the weather is too cold and wet. However, Falcon Roofing said they would call me when they were in the area for other jobs, and if I was home and available they would do the inspection then. I agreed, and 3 weeks later they called me. When I had first spoken with them I was not experiencing any leaks in the rain, but just a couple of days before they stopped to inspect the roof I had noticed I was getting some water in when it rained. Their inspection showed that while I should probably replace the flat roof, it was not possible with our moving into winter as the temperatures were already too cold for flat roof materials. They believed it would hold through the winter (assuming no tree branches caused any punctures in the material). However, they also said that the flashings all needed to be resealed, and that was the highest probable source for the water leaks during the rain. They committed to coming back within 3 weeks to seal the flashings, and in fact did so. I have not had any leaks during subsequent rain storms, and will be calling them back for the flat roof repair in the spring. I also need some chimney masonry work done, which will happen at that time. They quoted me a price of $650 for the flashing seals, and that was exactly what they charged.

Needed roof replaced ASAP. Got several quotes and theirs was the lowest. They accommodated our preferred install date. Took only 1 day. Great job cleaning up after the install. Couldn't have asked for better quality/service.

My roof is ten years old and has not been looked at since it went on so I took advantage of an Angie's List Big Deal when it came along. If you have roof issues or worries and I could only say one thing about this company it would be 'Hire them!!'. They are professional, courteous, respectful, efficient, and punctual. They called me at work when they were 30 minutes from my house so work time missed was minimal. They arrived when they said they would, got up on the roof to inspect it, found everything to be in good order except for one of the vents. They were able to fix it at no additional charge and I'm good to go for another few years. GREAT company!!! Worth every cent!!!

After their inspection, Glenn reported the roof and shingles were in good shape and there was no need to be concerned about the discoloration.I was very impressed that he did not try to sell me a new roof and was very candid with me during our conversation. Eventually I know I will have to replace my roof and I can guarantee that I will be contacting Falcon Roofing Inc. to provide me the first estimate.I am aware that Falcon Roofing also does Exterior Painting. I will be contacting them in the Spring to give them the opportunity to bid on the exterior painting I need done because of their work on my roof this month. I was very satisfied with this company and if I have the opportunity to use their services in the future, I will do so.

Puchased the $149 special, well worth every penny: discovered the condition of the roof complete with pictures and details. Not ready to fork over for a new roof at this time, Falcon made repairs/patches to get me through the winter and beyond affording me time before new roof. I was given the impression that anything less then complete delight and satisfaction would be totally unacceptable. I was delighted and satisfied.

It went very well; we were pleased with the work. They were the first roofing company to give us the time of day after the torrential rains of early September. They came out when they said they would and completed the job as they said they would--all satisfactorily. They followed up with a phone call to explain the work.

Very professional. Took pictures from the roof to show me what was good and what was bad. Did not try to upsell me; in fact, even the work they did they said would be helpful but wasn't necessary as long as I was not currently experiencing leaking. Very nice guys. I'd use them again and I highly recommend them.

Both roofers operated in a respectful and thoroughly professional manner. My preferred contact information was actually used (which seems to be rare these days) and all communication was timely and accurate. It's hard to take time off from work -- but not so hard to work from home on a day when the repair you had scheduled is actually done at the scheduled time. I would definitely use Falcon Roofing again and have recommended them to a couple of friends already.

I tried to schedule work right after a large storm came through, so it took a little while but that was fine with me based on not having any active leaks. As part of that scheduling, I sent a long email with multiple points that I wanted to make sure were addressed in the inspection -- questions I had or issues that I was particularly aware to pay attention to and provide estimates for. I sent the list because I knew I wouldn't be home to talk with their team. My wife worked with the team from Falcon when they came and they were professional and courteous. They added some extra caulk around our chimney where they were worried about a leak and provided her an overall report on what they saw. There was one issue with a chimney cap that we had been told by an inspector was a problem, but they assured us that it wasn't essential and didn't try to make an up-sell that they thought was unnecessary. However, there were several questions from my emailed list that were not addressed by their team. I realize my wife could have asked them, but by having the list ahead of time I wish that the Falcon team had made a better effort to ensure they hit all the various points. Overall I'm satisfied and feel they did good work but am leaving a B overall grade since I felt they could have been more attentive.

Knowing I had one leak in my roof, I called Falcon Roofing to provide a thorough inspection, and that's what they did. Glenn and Billy examined every square inch of my roof and took digital pictures of everything they observed. Once back on the ground, they showed me the photos and offered several options for repairing or replacing shingles and vents that went through the roof. I chose the middle option, which was to replace the vents that had cracked boots and around 50 shingles. They went back up on the roof and worked steadily, gently checking each shingle and replacing those that needed replacement, caulking wherever needed, and replacing the vents. They also replaced some previous replacement tiles that did not match well with my roof at no extra charge. The job took all afternoon to complete, and I was very satisfied with the results. Their warranty included a return visit in case additional work was needed, but even after the heavy rains this fall I had no leaks at all. They also took pictures of my chimney crown and suggested that I have it repaired at some point.

I invited Glenn and Billy to return to perform this work on my chimney because I was so happy with the work they did on my roof three months ago. Glenn had told me that he sets aside certain days when the weather is best to do cement work, and this being an unusually warm December day was perfect. Glenn provided an estimate over the phone: $475 to $650 depending on the work needed. They arrived on time, calling me when they were on the way as I had requested. They inspected the chimney top, took pictures, and showed me. Needed quite a bit of work, but the price was happily at the low end: $475. He could have charged anything he wanted, so I was impressed at his fairness. Before they started the work, they asked me whether I wanted the chimney cap replaced. I said it was worth a look, so they unbolted it and brought it down for me to look at. It was quite rusted and beat up after many years up there. I offered to go to HD to buy a replacement, which I did. They installed it. No additional charge. On their way down, they noticed a brick on the chimney had fallen loose, and they replaced that too, including adding a temporary brace to hold it in place while the cement set. No additional charge for that either. The "after" photos were amazing. These guys work cement like artists. If they send me the before/after photos I will add them to my post. A review of Falcon Roofing would not be complete without mentioning how genuinely pleasant and honest Glenn and Billy are. They limit the jobs they accept to those within their expertise. I asked whether they would look at the flat roof of my office and they declined... large flat roofs are not something they will put time into. Likewise, roof replacements that require extensive carpentry work to replace rotted beams, etc., they will refer to others. Having worked together for over 30 years, Glenn and Billy, and their team of roofers, are certainly among the best in the business. It was great watching them work, and listening to their stories. They earned my highest recommendation.

I had used Falcon Roofing on my house a couple of months ago when I was experiencing a leak into one of my bedrooms. I called Glenn and he came out and fixed my leak and other roofing problems I didn't even know I had. The job was done professionally and economically. a few weeks ago I was told my rental townhouse had a leak from the roof and I again called Glenn at Falcon roofing. Once again he went to my property within 2 days and again immediately fixed my leak and took care of several other minor roof issues I had. Glenn is always courteous, punctual and very fair minded in pricing his repairs. He treats your roof as if it's his own and makes sure that everything is fixed while he is doing the job. I highly recommend Falcon Roofing and will always call Glenn if I have any future problems. He goes above and beyond the immediate problem.

Great - Falcon did a thorough inspection of my roof and went the extra mile to tighten down any loose shingles and caulked around my chimney at no extra cost. My chimney service said Falcon did a great caulking job.

Called Glenn in the morning and he was able to squeeze me in for an estimate that afternoon. He arrived prompt on time and gave me an honest estimate of the what was causing the leak. He had the material he need to repair the leak on the truck and was able to fix it the same day. Was very professional and provided excellent service.

When we bought the coupon we called and made an appointment. The appointment was a few weeks out, but I didn't press because I did not have a leak, it was just an inspection/evaluation. They showed up on time and ready to go to work. In addition to crawling around on the outside of the roof they also checked things out inside. We asked them to check the vents from the bathroom. Our inspector said that they only vented to the attic and they should vent to the rook. The guys looked, and found that it did vent to the roof but they didn't stop there, they traced it back to make sure everything was drafting properly. They were real professionals. Call them, they will take care of you!

They are very knowledgeable and have been doing this for a long time. They did an excellent job of showing me (including pictures of my damaged roof) and describing for me what needed to be done. They also did the work promptly (the weather didn't always cooperate but they were done in a very prompt amount of time). Additionally, they repaired a few minor defect in the roofing/gutter that weren't part of the contract at no cost. They did an amazing job of installing the snow guards and this is something I had been told could not be done by other roofers (except when installing a new slate roof). They really know how to do slate and I would highly recommend them. My neighbor saw their work and also hired them to replace his broken tiles and look at his roof.

I needed VERY quick estimates and repair for a leaking roof. I had been having a company come out trying to find the cause of the leak but had no luck. When I asked this other company when we could do a "repair of the area", they said they were scheduling appts for JANUARY!!! We had just returned from out of town and received an offer on our house (has been on the market since June 23rd approx 4 mos.) We unfortunately were now in a time crunch to get the problem resolved ASAP. I called and left a message with FALCON and another company. Glen called me back within an hour. After describing my situation and the fact that I was leaving on vacation the next day Glenn came over within 15 minutes (he just happened to be getting coffee at the Starbucks right by my house! How lucky was I) He gave us an estimate and said he could get it done by the middle of November at the latest but would try to fit it in that week. Guess what!! He did it the next day. Thanks so much Glenn, you made what could have been a nightmare for us a breeze.

They came out and resealed around an exhaust pipe on the roof. They recauked it did a good job. They did have to come back out to readdress the issue and but did a good job the second time. They were real good to work with.

My experience with Falcon Roofing was great! They were responsive, punctual, professional and honest! They were very upfront about what I needed to have done right away versus what could wait a few years, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend them and I will be using them when I need to have my roof replaced!

Falcon Roofing was responsive and punctual from the beginning. They took lots of pictures of our metal roof during the inspection & estimate process and were very patient in explaining exactly what needed to be done, what they proposed to do, and what our options were in terms of time, cost, and effectiveness. Although we had contacted them at a busy time of year, they were able to start on our roof only a few days after signing the contract. When our roof turned out to need more repair than they had originally uncovered, they came back the next day and stayed until dark to finish the job. They even went out of their way to come by my office twice to get papers signed and receive their check so I didn't have to leave work and run home. Based on our first experience with Falcon, I will definitely call them again in a couple of years when our roof needs an inspection.

Falcon Roofing came out for an inspection, and while up on the roof, took pictures of the missing shingles and other problems. It was very easy to see what needed to be fixed. We scheduled the work, and payment was accepted in two installments which was nice. There was less than a week between inspection and the work taking place. From the ground, it was easy to see where the shingles had been replaced, and they were able to match the colors which had been a concern. They even took down the satellite dish for me!
