They were punctual, professional and very friendly. They explained everything, brought a camera up onto the roof so that they could show me exactly what they found, and ended up fixing a few minor issues while they were up there (for no extra charge). I'd been avoiding having the roof inspected for years, since I didn't want an unscrupulous contractor saying I needed all sorts of things (or even a new roof) when I actually didn't. Falcon didn't try to sell me anything; they said the rood was fine for at least another five years. When that time comes, or if I need any roofing services before then, I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

The service inspection and minor repairs went splendidly. I could not be happier with their service and professionalism. I will definitely use them again in the future as my roof ages, and recommend them to neighbors and friends.

I purchased Angie's List Big Deal Winter Roof Maintenance for $149 back in January 2012. This usually costs $375. I was disappointed at first when I called them a few days after purchasing and found out that because hundreds of members bought the deal, they couldn't see me till April 3rd! (Next time I purchase a Big Deal, I'll have to make sure to call immediately for an appointment!) Luckily, there were no big winter storms in between! Anyway, I was worried that the roof needed to be replaced because I had some water damage in my ceiling in the Fall. When they finally came, they did a thorough inspection of my roof, sealed and caulked where needed, then showed me pictures and delivered me some good news. I did not need to replace my roof! It was an exposed nail head that caused the leak and they quickly fixed it right away. All part of the winter roof maintenance package! In addition, they assured me that I did not have to replace my 17 year roof for at least the next 3 years. They told me what to look out for: peeling or curving shingles, etc. I will definitely call them when that time comes. Overall, they were professional, courteous and honest! Honesty is a rarity nowadays and it was a blessing to do business with them! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

As my roof is older, I acquired their winter roof maintenance package. I found them to be on-time, professional, friendly, honest, and thorough. Since I was not sure how long ago the last roof replacement was, I wanted to make sure it was not overdue. It was nice to hear that it did not need to be replaced immediately and that it should last for up to 5 years. They did find some seals that were cracking around the venting (showed me a photo) and re-caulked them. They even re-attached a vent cover that had blown off and offered to put on a chimney cap which was beyond the package deal.

They were on time and extremely professional. They workmanship was of the highest quailty and we have been extremely satisfied with the work. We would definitely use them in the future.

Purchased their "Winter Roof Maintenance" package as an Angie's List special on January 9th, 2012. Service was performed on March 27th, 2012. They met the date and time they provided on the initial call in January. They identified areas on the roof that needed to have nails reset and sealed/caulked where necessary. Reinstalled sections of soffit that birds had loosened. Hard service to validate as I didn't go up on the roof to check the work performed. There was significant delay betwen purchase date and performance date, they might want to call it a "Spring Roof Maintenance" package. Would use again if the timing would meet my requirements. I don't know if the delay was caused by over-selling or lack of capacity to perform. Future ads should clearly state a projected service delivery window so potential customers can make an informed decision on whether or not to purchase based on delay.

We recently purchased a home which was built in 1937 with a slate style roof. The home had been rented for the past 5+ years and we had noticed that quite a few slate tiles needed to be checked and/or replaced. Not only were we interested in hiring someone to appropriately handle the tiles, but we wanted a company who could also remove an unsightly satellite dish from our chimney (along with coaxial cable), check to see if we needed a chimney cap and clean our gutters. Glenn with Falcon Roofing answered on our first call and was able to drive by our house that same day to look things over. He promptly called with an estimate, and when we mentioned the previous owners had left extra slate tiles in the shed, he was happy to take a look to see what could be reclaimed and used for our repairs. Not only did he explain the intricacies of having a slate style roof, but he didn't try to "sell" us on services we didn't need (ex - we didn't need a chimney cap like we thought and he told us that, overall, our roof was in good shape). We knew that slate roofing was expensive, but it lasts, so we weren't really surprised by the price. We took a day to consider the estimate and then contacted Glenn to let him know we were ready to move forward. He and another member of his team started the project on a Monday and came back and finished on a Thursday. Even though they don't normally clean gutters during their busy season, they were happy to handle that for us since they were aleady there. We were really happy with the communciation, efficiency, expertise and professionalism. Everything was swept and cleaned and they even took the satellite dish with them. Our "project" was completed within a week's time - from initial phone call to completion. We would certainly hire them again.

Overall, the work went better than I anticipated. The screws used to secure the soffit into the rafters were not long enough to hld the soffit up against the rafter. Falcon roofing came and analyzed the situation, and provided an immediate and effective solution. They were very professional and courteous, and above all else, they knew exactly what was wrong and how to repair it. I would use Falcon Roofing again for any roofing needs I have.

These guys were great. They explained the different types of slate, showed us what we had and how the roof had been (incorrectly) repaired before. They gave us a price and didn't go over it, even though they ended up needing more slate. They take great pride in their work. From here on, they are my roofing guys.

They arrived on time and immediately went to work checking the roof for leaks and lose shingles. They discovered numerous lose shingles and cap which they nailed back into place. They also noticed an area that may have been prone to leaking so they resealed it. When they finished, they explained what they had done and told me my roof was in otherwise good condition (they did not try to sell me anything) I was very happy with their professionalism and work ethic. I will call them should I need any work done to my roof.

I expected them to come over, do a little inspection, and tell me the 21 year old roof needed replacement. To the contrary, they were very professional. They did the agreed upon inspection and minor repair and they also did some work that was not on the contract; for example, they fixed some nails that were protruding from the gutters. After a thorough inspection they informed me that the roof was generally in good shape, nice surprise. I would without hesitation recommend this company and when time comes to replace my roof, I know I will call them.

Glen and the other gentleman were prompt by arriving during the alloted timeframe. They went straight to work inspecting the roof and caulked a hole/crack on the entryway overhang. They advised the roof was in very good shape and should not need any type of work for another 3-5 years. Both gentlemen were very courteous and informative. I would definitely call this company in the future should I need any type of roofing repair.

Glenn and his colleague inspected and made a few minor repairs. They seemed good. I would not use them again because I found someone in my neighborhood and I want to support local businesses.

Falcon Roofing arrived punctually and examined the roof. They then checked with us for the specific problems we'd mentioned. They wouldn't fix the missing shingle on the house because they didn't feel they could do it well. They fixed the flashing and lifted shingle as requested. They noticed a missing shingle elsewhere, and they replaced it with one they had in their truck that was a close match--at no cost. Additionally, they gave us an estimate of when we should consider replacing the roof. They were pleasant and professional throughout.

We had two leaks in our roof. As it turns out both were around dormer windows that had been improperly sealed when constructed. Falcon was able to squeeze us in to do an estimate (spent about two hours looking in the attic crawl space, getting up on the roof, etc.) to make sure they diagnosed it right. They gave us an estimate and said they could complete the work two days later - before the other company we called was even able to squeeze us in for an estimate. Lacking experience with roofing, I can't say whether the price was great or not. They fixed the leaks, filled in a bunch of nail holes that aren't leaking but could (all over the roof at no extra charge), replaced some plywood and installed new flashing by the windows, and gave the roof an overall inspection. They did not try to upsell us or convince us to do more work other than the two leaks we had - they actually said our roof was in pretty good shape overall. Very impressed with their knowledge, thoroughness and responsiveness overall and would definitely recommend them.

The company arrived on the day scheduled and at the time scheduled. They were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They assessed the roof, indicated the issues that required immediate repair and those that could be performed at a later date, and made minor caulking fixes to the roof. They took pictures of the roof and cleared an amount of significant debris off the roof. At no time did they attempt to sell me a "fix" that was not necessary. In fact, their recommendation for immediate repair doesn't concern the roof but an area that they do not provide services. I would recommend this company.

They checked the roof and tried to refasten my chimney cap. Because it was stripped, I needed to get a new one and they told me what I would need to buy and to let them know when I had purchased it. I thought they left, but no, the knocked on the door and said they would use their lunch hour to go to Home Depot, buy the cap for me and install it which they did. How much better and responsive can it be than that? I was extremely pleased and told them I was hoping to reside the house within the next year or so and would ask them to bid on the project for sure. Going a little extra really makes a big difference. Thank you so much Falcon Roofing.

A very pleasant experience from the first phone call. Arrived on time and gave a full explanation of what needed to be done.

All went very well.Workmen very polite, took pictures of roof to show us where shingles were misssing.Gave us the estimate of some new shingles to replace the ones that were missing, we agreed to the order and all the work went ahead of schedule.

Called to make appointment, confirmed appointment, arrived on time, friendly, patient with questions and professional. Did roof maintenance and advised on future needs. Didnt try to upsell or turn routine maintenance into a bigger job. I would definately call them again.

It went very well. Glenn was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment with me and luckily on the day of the inspection the weather cooperated. I have a 3 story townhouse, so Glenn and Mike had to access the roof from the 2nd story deck to the rear. My townhouse is only 7 1/2 years old, so I didn't expect anything major. I was aware of a nail pop on the front side and I wanted that taken care of before any damage could eventually come from it. They took care of a nail pop and they chalked around the pipe to the rear. Glenn showed me before/after pictures. Since I may be selling my house within the next few months, Glenn provided me with a written statement that I can provide the potential buyer.

It went well; the men were courteous, got to work quickly, took close up pictures to confirm their opinions. They arrived on time, and for my simple townhouse roofline, it only took about 20 minutes.

Glenn and Billy arrived right on time and did some minor roofing repairs and gave us an honest appraisal of our roof condition letting us know that it is currently in fair condition and doesn't need replacement immediately. Enjoyed their visit as they offered good advice besides the work they did sealing the leaking roof vent. Will be bringing them back to repair the chimney cap that we knew before hand needs repair.
