Nice value for the money, when I have a roof issue in the future I would be comfortable using Falcon Roofing.

I contracted Falcon roofing to replace six shingles that had fallen off during various storms during my roof's 18 year life and to determine if one of the missing shingles was responsible for an intermittent leak in my garage that I could not isolate from the ground. Glen and I spoke over the phone to arrange an estimate of the roof repair and inspection. Glen took his time and explained everything to me over the phone and let me know of other issues they found while up on my roof. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, in fact Glen told me he thought my 18 year old roof had allot of life remaining. I was present during the actual repair. Glen and his partner had picked up two different shingle packs to attempt to match my old roof's color. He and his worker spent at least 10 minutes checking the color or the roofing materials with me making sure I was satisfied before beginning their work including bringing the materials up onto the shade and sunny side of the roof to verify a very good color match. The installation progressed quickly, safely, and professionally. No debris was left, just a professionally repaired roof. I will call on them again if I need any of their services!

I sent an email to Falcon Roofing after I purchased the deal on Angie's List. The two gentlemen came on the day and time scheduled. THey were very professional. They inspected my roof, calked around the skylights, chimney flashing, exhaust fans, and everything that was stated on the deal. This was a very good deal. But more than the deal, I needed to know a roofer I can trust to replace my roof in the future. I asked for an estimate for roof replacement, which I plan to do in a year or two. I would definitely call Falcon Roofing to do it. If you need a roofer, call Falcon Roofing.

The guys from Falcon Roofing were punctual, efficient, professional, and willing to spend the time to answer my questions. They gave me an estimate (which looks quite reasonable) for a new roof but applied no pressure for me to sign up today for the work to be done. In fact, they agreed that the roof was not in such bad shape but what we ought to be able to get through another winter without incident. That was a relief because, while I know based on the age of the roof that a new one is probably over due, if its replacement can wait until next spring, that fits into our family schedule much better.

They were very professional. They showed up on to e and did the work requested quickly and thoroughly. I was very pleased.

Highly recommended. The roof of my garage was leaking. Glenn and Billy promptly responded to my call and came out and looked at the damage. The estimate was very fair. A couple of days later they were able to come and perform the work. Unlike other companies they actually do the work and do not subcontract out. They went above and beyond and are committed to performing quality work. If you need any roofing work done, give Glenn a call.

Our neighbor had their sign in his front yard and now we do - to advertise good work and experienced workmen able to ascertain the problem with photographic evidence; deliver a free estimate of costs; schedule the job within a week’s time, and complete the job in one day. We would highly recommend Glen and Billie. Their experience and professionalism allowed them to tell us exactly what we did and didn’t need.

Purchased a deal on Angie's list and Glenn and Billy came out. They did some caulking,pointed out some problem areas and basically told me that I need to think about getting a new roof . No complaints.

These guys were fantastic. I called the week after that big storm that took out the power for days .....and didn't really expect a response. But they answered and told me they'd fit me in for an estimate when they had a second. They called and stopped by within a week. From the second they got here it was obvious that they were about quality service. I have never before met anyone who is passionate about good roofing, but these guys certainly are. Their bid was very competitive and within the parameters the insurance company had given me. While in my attic, they shured up a support piece I didn't even know was a problem. I knew the scope of work they were dealing with in the aftermath of such a huge storm, and I had been living with my little leak for a year. When they said they'd be back in 2 weeks, I was a little dubious. I knew they were swamped with way bigger jobs. But two weeks to the day, there they were. It was amazing. I will be using them down the road when I replace the roof. This is the kind of company you hope to find. They are busy though, so be ready to be "fit in" to their schedule, rather than telling them when they are coming. They will get to you and they are totally worth any wait.

Team showed up and performed work. I was not able to be there due to miscommunication (on my part). He was very informative and patient as I asked a lot of questions. I would consider using Falcon again.

Glenn and Billy were amazing! They made sure that I understood exactly what needed to be done, as well as which parts of the project could wait. They took photos during the inspection, and having had some experience putting on a roof on a single story home, this was really helpful to put the job in perspective. Although their schedule was tight, they made every effort to accomodate me and urgency to address the roof before the next big summer storm rolled in. I felt like I had dodged a bullet on major water damage, and Glenn and Billy made me feel as if my roof was just as important to them as one of their own. Glenn even took a call after 8pm one evening when I got stuck at work and needed the details to prep for the next day's job. Frankly, I was more than pleasantly surprised by how quickly they finished thework, while keeping me up to date on progress and making sure the worksite was well cleaned. I would recommend Falcon Roofing hands down, and I absolutely intend to have them back out this autumn to finish wrapping some of the other exposed wood.

We can't say enough good things about these guys. Falcon Roofing did a great job re-doing our roof, were punctual and courteous, fit us into a very busy schedule, and gave us a great price. What really struck us most about Falcon was their high degree of integrity. After hearing from salesmen from other companies in pressed shirts with laptop computers, these guys showed up looking like they had just finished doing a job themselves and carrying nothing but a tape measure. They were the only ones to give us an estimate who actually climbed up onto our roof! We slipped and let them know what the earlier estimates were--they could have beat it by a thousand and had our business. Instead, they beat it by over three thousand, giving us an honest and fair price. Then, while we were away for the day, we came home to the pleasant surprise that they did not have to replace as many plywood panels as they thought we might so we got back much of the money for extra panels we had left with them. One last thing - clean up was excellent - not so much as a stray nail, which is important as we have three little kids. We can't recommend these guys strongly enough.

I had left an email requesting a appointment to get my Angie's List " big deal" work done.I received a prompt callback. After some initial questions that we used to access the things to look for during my inspection, we set a date. He asked if there were any concerns no matter how big or small . I told them I wanted to be sure the roof was good since my end unit townhome takes a lot from the elements. I also mentioned I hear noises but I'm not sure if its in my attic or on the roof (squirrels). He went to see if there were any openings animals could get into and thankfully that wasn't the case. They found some wear around the bolts, which could allow for water to seep in. They caulked all the bolts to prevent any water from getting in. They also caulked around the "spout" coming from the attic. The protective ring had some wearing away, so they caulked and made sure it was proper sealed around the ring. The gave me a good report on my 12 year old roof. The best part is that they take pictures when up there so you can see the defects and they take pictures of the work they did. They gave me piece of mind that my roof was in good shape. That made me happy as the roof is one area of my home that I have no intention of climbing a ladder to check. It was a good experience. I'd use them again if I needed to. I'd recommend them also.

Our interaction with Falcon was nothing but professional. It was refreshing to work with a contractor that was honest and not just trying to make a quick buck. We will certainly call back Falcon Roofing to finish the roof repairs once our soffits have been repaired.

I paid $150 for roof package maintenance package. When I called to make an appointment they said there were booked solid because of the storms, but they'd come over for a cancellation on short notice. Just a week later they called and met me at the house. The guys were great; they did not attempt to upsell me they just did minor upkeep around the roof area. We had just bought our house and had a roofer do a separate inspection in addtion to the standard inspection; I was a little leery of some of his recommendations, and the guys from Falcon confirmed my suspicions. The roof is in decent shape; they just did some routine maintenance -- generally caulking -- and actually identified and corrected some installation issues that had been undetected by two previous inspections. They wouldn't even take a tip. Spectacular value, excellent work. Even with Angie's list I feel home repairs are a crap shoot, but these guys were excellent.

This is a FANTASTIC company. If you want your roof fixed ? and fixed WELL ? these are your guys. These guys are fairly priced, efficient, do excellent work, and are just really nice people ? the kind of people you want working on your house. Gutters - After the old ones were ripped off by a tree limb, we had new gutters put on the back of the house and they look amazing. They attached the gutters with high quality materials ? not the spikes that had been there before ? and matched the color perfectly. You can?t even tell see where the old downspout meets up with the new one. Roof repairs - We had two holes in the roof that needed to be repaired ? and these guys went the EXTRA mile! Not only did they find the matching shingle color, (and the color of our roof is not a common color) ? they purchased more than was necessary for the repair and left the extra with me just in case we need an additional repair in the future. Glenn and Billy replaced all the damaged roofing and they used higher quality shingles than the ones we had before. In addition to the holes, they fixed a really troublesome area that had been leaking in our garage. Clearly the folks who owned the house before us had similar issues and had used an inferior company to try to fix the problem. Billy discovered (and showed me) an area that had clearly been fixed INCORRECTLY several times in the past. He removed the old materials and fixed the problem and gave me some advice on how to dry out the interior part of the garage. Lastly- other stuff ?This just tells you the type of people these guys are ? while the guys were working, they noticed a broken stair out on the deck. Glenn wanted to make sure no one was hurt so he offered to fix it for me. I took him up on the offer and would have gladly paid him for the additional work and materials ? but he said not to worry about it, that it was ?no big deal.? The place is totally cleaned up too ? everything looks perfect. Glenn and Billy (and everyone at Falcon) ? you guys are fantastic. Thank you for doing exceptional work!

Falcon Roofing responded quickly to our call, completed the work in a timely fashion and explained the work that was done with advice for use of the fan in the future. I now understand how to use an attic fan as a result. Only complaint was that they said they would call the night before to let us know when they were coming but they called 30 minutes before arriving. As a result they arrived during my kids' naptime but they were very considerate, doing their best to make little noise. They were very considerate.

I left a message and within an hour (if not less) Glen the owner called me to assess my needs. Less than on week later he had patched the roof. Less than a few days later he patched it for good. Could not be happier with the results from Falcon Roofing.

I took advantage of their special for a roof inspection. At this price I felt they had a lot of value to offer. Going up their myself might have been cheaper, but would I have been able to spot anything that was wrong? Probably not.The two workers arrived early and confirmed my desired service. They did notice my ridge vent (at the apex of the roof) was loose. They hammered it back down. They offered recommendations for future work, but didn't try to upsell. They simply noted that I might consider a roof replacement in a few years.

Glenn and his crew were punctual, polite and very professional. I have recommended him to my neighbor.
