We will be calling them to replace the roof. They were very professional, and also personable.

Rain was forecast in the next few days ahead. Angie's list noobs the wife and I, we started calling the people on the top of the roofing list. We were noobs, as I've said, and didn't sort them beyond the default, and so ended up calling some of the firms that didn't quite rate the highest from members when sorted by most positive and recent reviews. Anyway, it doesn't matter because we actually called three others before Falcon and heard nothing back for almost two days. On a second attempt, I went back through the list and resorted the roofing contractors a different way and Falcon ended up on top. I called and left a message with them stressing the urgency of the job. I then went on a bike ride to calm the nerves (exercise usually does that). Halfway through the bike ride, Glen(n?) from Falcon called me back, asking if I still needed help. I said heck yeah and would he come soon? He said he'd try to come on the way back from a job nearby and had I called him earlier in the day I might have gotten him on the way to his current job. It was about 3 p.m. at the time, so I didn't have high hopes that I'd see him that day. But low and behold, about 7:00, just when dusk was setting in, Glen phoned to say he was just down the street and was it still okay to come by. I said heck yeah, and he and his co-workers quickly explained that while they didn't have a replacement vent at the time, they'd be happy to re-secure the vent so that if it rained we wouldn't have a flooded attic. They explained the cost, had me sign a form,and quickly ascended the roof and did the work. They explained that the home builder had apparently nailed the vent to the plywood panels instead of the rafters as they should have, and that they'd nailed the vent back down but to the rafters, and that we should be good until they could return to replace the vent and some stray shingles. To my surprise, Glen called either the next day or the day after that (I can't remember which) and said he had a replacement vent and shingles and could come by and finish the job if I was there. Working from home, I said darn straight. They were done in no time and I was very happy. I don't know why I never heard from any of the other roofing companies. Perhaps they had so much business already that they didn't need to bother. All I know is, the next time I have another roofing issue, I will be calling Falcon.

The appointment was easy to schedule. They followed through as scheduled. Very good service.

It went great! I got their special off of Angie's list. They came out. Assessed my roof. Came back and repaired it. I'm not much on details. Sorry.

Arrived on time. Very professional. Explained what they would be looking at and repairing. I will hire them again for any roof work we need to have done. Grade A all the way!

Glenn and Billy showed up right on time - perhaps a few minutes early. I had another appointment that afternoon and really appreciated their punctuality. They are a small company but I found them extremely competent - they know the business well. They were very professional and pleasant. Billy spent a few minutes describing what they would be doing, including taking pictures of any trouble spots. Then they went to work. After the inspection and maintenance work was complete, I discussed my concerns with the roof in general. Billy advised that a replacement was not necessary now but would be needed at some point down the road. I am considering having the work done and will most definitely use this company. Can't say enough about them! Honest and reliable company. Highly recommend them!!!

Glen and his worker arrived after the roof had dried from the previous morning rain and immediately climbed onto the roof. The inspection and sealing were complete in about 1/2 an hour. He let us know that there were no problems and the 16 yr roof was in good shape. This gave us peace of mind heading in to winter.

Glen and his partner came to do estimate and said that i missing flashing (who knows what it is :) and who did the roof before they used big nails in the valley (?) so they made big holes and water is running through as well. For me it meant that I have roof leaking on multiple places. Because they were busy during those horrible summer storms they offered to do temporarily fix and then come back in couple of days later. Luckily temporary fix worked so I did not wanna go with the actualy repair to save money but unfortunately temporary fix is temporary for reason :) Glen was always in touch with me even on my vacation, telling me when and what they gonna do and they fixed it, so far no problems and no leaks through my living room ceiling which was the reason we find out we had problem all over experience was great, they were very nice and friendly, when I asked if I should go for a new roof they told me honestly when this problem is fixed I should be good to go for couple more years instead of jumping into this offer and make money off of me which I appreciated. the only negative thing was the payment because at the same time I had to pay almost the same amount to my dentist so it kind of hurt :) Thank you Glen for your services and I am sorry for this almost 2 months late review - it is under my mother-in-law account but you know where you guys did great job, thanks again and I am sorry for my written English, I told you it is not the best :) Mirka

Glen was the best contractor I have ever worked with -- professional, articulate, well-versed in his trade, and good not only with me, but his own people. And besides, how many outfits do you get where the owner actually does the work himself!?! My only regret is that Falcon doesn't do plumbing and electrical work, too. : ) And I am still surprised by how quickly and how thoroughly he took care of my house. He made sure I understood the ins and outs and was clear on what he could and couldn't do. And, when he said he was going to do it, it gone done and it got done well!

We purchased the $149 Roof Maintenance Package. After I purchased the deal I called Falcon Roofing Inc and left a message. I got a prompt reply and we scheduled a service date. Prior to the scheduled date they called to confirm the time and date. On the day of the appointment they arrived on time and performed the roof inspection, emailed photographs of the roof and provided comments about the condition of the roof. I am happy with my experience with Falcon Roofing Inc and will recommend them. They have great customer service skills and are punctual.

It went great. The crew showed up right on time and I walked through the roof inspection with them. They were very honest, and friendly guys. They got to work immediately and re-secured my flashings as well as they performed the standard roof maintenance for me. Would and have already highly recommend hiring them for roofing services.

Things could not have gone smoother. They showed up at 11am which was our scheduled appointment time. They introduced themselves. I showed them where the leak was and we talked about when it happens, etc. They went out and inspected our roof. He came back with several things he found. He spent about two hours really trying to make sure they had the problem fixed. The true test was when it rained today and there was no leaking!!

Glen arrived and was professional and courteous. He inspected the roof, made some minor repairs (nail pops and sealing), and provided pictures of the before and after to my wife. He explained what he had done and answered her questions before leaving.

Falcon Roofing did an outstanding job of putting a new roof on our house. Within 3 days of signing the contract our shingles were delivered in a very professional manner. The driver backed into our driveway avoiding all the plants at both edges of the driveway. In 2 days the roofers came after first notifying us by phone of what day they would be there. The crew arrived just before the time specified and worked hard all day. They tore off two layers of shingles and re-shingled the roof in one day. They were exceptionally careful of the plants and shrubs around our house. They moved container plants out of the way, laid tarps over shrubs, and threw all refuse into a dumpster. Afterwards they did an excellent job of cleaning up. After they left there was no way to tell that anyone had been working around our house all day. I recommend this company very, very highly. Our experience with them was outstanding in every way. The price, the workmanship, the care they took not to damage any of our plants, the promptness of their response to all our concerns, in every way they exceeded our expectations. I'm glad we found them on Angie's List.

We were slow in calling to make an appointment for the Angie's List deal, so there were no more appointments available until November - except one on the following day, due to a cancellation. The guys arrived within the stated window of time, talked to me about any problems & set about investigating the roof. We had a roof leak during the deracho and they found and sealed some areas where the leak could have occurred. They took photos with their iPad and showed me the details of their work. Our roof is getting old and we are approaching replacement time. The guys acknowledged the wear & tear on the roof, but there was no hard sell about replacement and I appreciated that! When it is truly time to replace the roof, we will definitely call Falcon Roofing for an estimate. I feel we would get an honest deal!

I was very pleased with the roof inspection. They were honest and helpful. I would use again in a heartbeat. I put down a deposit for a new chimney crown. Update: Since then, I've had them come out multiple times - to replace shingles after Hurricane Sandy, to check the chimney crown, to seal a skylight. These guys are just wonderful. They are honest, straight forward, and have not charged for anything since the inspection/chimney crown. I'm lucky to be on their customer list and recommend without hesitation.

Falcon was on-time, quick and to the point. No effort was made to sell unnecessary services. These seem like top-quality folks.

An excellent, hassle free experience -- direct communication, came when scheduled, did as explained and communicated results clearly. No upselling either. Very pleasant.

Came, look over job, explained what needed to be done. Did the repairs he described in his ad. Gave an estimate - said he could not do it was too booked up. Said to look on Angies List to get a roofer.

After purchasing a Big Deal, I contacted Greg to set up a time. He quickly had me scheduled for the first available time slot. On the day of service, the inspection/maintenance crew arrived within the agreed upon time and got straight to work. They were professional and gave us advice on what to watch for regarding the condition of the roof without trying to up-sell us additional services. There was no mess when they left, and everything went smoothly. We plan to turn to them in the future when it is time to consider a new roof, for an estimate at the very least.

They were great! Whole process took less than 30 minutes. They inspected the entire roof, took pictures of some minor damages before and after they made repairs. Afterwards, we had an in-depth discussion of the state of the roof, what I could expect; a projection of when I should have the roof inspected again; another projection of an approximate cost to replace--along with a further in-depth discussion of attic ventilation fans. I will definitely call on Falcon roofing for my future needs.
