These guys came out to our house after the hurricane damaged our roof. They were the "real deal" - they know roofs and were very helpful. They inspected our roof, showed us the problem areas and even did a quick repair job at no cost. There bid was a little higher than others we had gotten, but they clearly have a lot of experience.

Great experience from start to finish! Provided a small (one hour) window of when service would be conducted and they were right on time within that window. Provided photographs and detailed description of what was discovered, repaired, and the overall condition of my roof. Very pleased and looking forward to working with them again!

Great! This is why we signed up for Angie's List. All the positive comments we read regarding Falcon Roofing, Inc. proved to be accurate. It was easy to see why this company is rated so highly. The feedback we received from the inspection was honest and of the best quality, and included what we should watch for in future as signs of excessive wear. We have made arrangements for the removal of two unused/outdated satellite dishes that were damaged by high winds and the associated repairs where the dishes were bolted to the roof. We highly recommend this company!

Falcon arrived on time and inspected the attic and roof and determined that the roof was about 17 years old and we would need to replace it in 2 or 3 years. When the roof is replaced, the leak in the attic will be able to be fixed since shingles will have to be removed in order to repair it.

They contacted me to schedule the work, then reconnected a day prior to confirm. They arrived on time, got immediately to work after discussing the job with me. Upon completion, they reviewed the photos of problem areas, and the extent of the repairs that were in scope. I feel they did a good and competent service, as advertised.

Promptly came out after I initially called and provided a detailed estimate. Very responsive - I got busy with other things and kind of forgot about getting the work done. When I called Falcon Roofing two months after their estimate they quickly came out to complete the work. Job done in one day, completely cleaned up/removed damaged materials. Couldn't even tell they were here (except for the brand new, perfectly matched shingles, gutter and downspout)! A little more expensive than other roofing companies but Falcon's responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work is worth it.

Great. I searched for roofers on Angie's List, identified three and called all three. Two told me it would be more than a month until they could come and give us an estimate, so who knows how long it might have been until they could do the actual repair. I called Falcon Roofing last, on a Thursday; the owner himself answered the phone; he came the following Saturday (2 days later), did a thorough inspection and gave us an estimate. They promised to do the repair within one month, and they did. The actual work took about 2 1/2 days. They called in advance to let us know what day they were coming, showed up as promised, worked expeditiously, kept our property clean and neat, did absolutely no damage to anything, completed the job in a quick and courteous manner. I suspect they may not have been the least expensive option, and they asked us to sign a contract on the Saturday that they came to do the estimate when we didn't have any other estimates available for comparison. They also requested 50% down on signing of contract. But we had several leaks in our ceiling and didn't have a luxury of time to gather other estimates. But very much to their credit, this company showed up within 48 hours of my phone call, which was exactly what we needed. Given their strong rating on Angies List, we decided to proceed. And we feel that we got a very high quality job with very courteous and prompt service. We are overall extremely pleased; the roof looks great; very high quality job on a slate roof, which is hard to find. I would recommend them very highly to anyone needing slate repair.

In January 2012, I purchased a seventy year old, as is condition home. I never realized how difficult it is to organize and find the right contractors for even the most basic remodel/improvements. After a few disappointments I subscribed to Angie's List and began my search based on consumer reviews. I've had nothing but a positive experience since. A few months ago I noticed that Falcon Roofing was offering a reasonable price maintenance package to Angie's List members. Since I had a few concerns about my aging roof I jumped at the chance to have an "A rated" roofer evaluate the condition. When I called to schedule an appointment I reached Falcon Roofing's voice mail. Glenn was very prompt in returning my call and scheduled me for their next available date. Although I waited five or six weeks for an appointment it was worth the wait. Falcon Roofing appears to be mainly a two man operation, these guys take pride in their work and seem to have years of experience. They take the time to explain the process from A to Z. As I mentioned, I own an older home, there are areas where the age really shows. Glenn and Bill took the time to point out why I DON'T need to replace the roof (just yet) In fact, I expected to get an estimate for major repairs to the roof. Very well! I was originally disappointed that it took over a month to have them come out but, having the service, I now know why they're so busy - they are good! Falcon Roofing called to confirm the night before my appointment and to let me know they would be there between 9-11:00, but closer to 10:00 am. They were prompt and resealed around the chimney and vents and nailed down some loose shingles. They took before and after pictures so I could see the improvement. They also advised that the roof had two layers of shingles on it. No high pressured sales effort to get a new roof - which I really appreciated. They even estimated that it would be a few years before the roof needed replacement - Now I have time to save my pennies. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend Falcon Roofing to anyone.

Top to bottom Falcon roofing did a great job. They will be my first choice and first phone call for future work. My original Slate roof required some TLC to say the least. Glen was up front and honest with his analysis and recommendations. They were very flexible and thorough in their timing on both the initial quote and the final work. The work was done very well and on time. Having dealt with many contractors recently, I really can't say enough good things about Falcon Roofing. They have my recommendation.

I took advantage of a $149 Big Deal from Angies List. It was for a roof inspection. We notice a roof leak but we weren't able to detect where. Glenn Schrank came by and look first in our attic to inspect for damage. Then he went on the roof and showed me photos of the damage. He showed me the loose nails, the damaged hip vent and vent flashing covers using his cell phone photos. After seeing the damage, we approved the work. He and his crew finish in one day. We had no more leaks!

An outstanding, professional job. We had made clear that we were more concerned about ensuring a professional job on the roof than any other consideration. Falcon took that seriously, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Even with that direction, though, Falcon did not conclude that everything needed to be replaced -- and they took pictures to show me what was good, what needed replacement, and what the replacement looked like. They were very serious about the management of debris. Because my house is on an inclined lot, they had little room for debris, so they asked to move some plants and build a platform in the front yard that ensured complete debris management. (They put the plants back at the end.) Then they built a platform and tarp system to collect the debris for easy disposal. Since we chose to be out of the house during the work -- and to take our dogs away as well -- they took pains to ensure that we could get in and out each day, despite the cramped workspace. They were thoughtful enough to suggest that we not let our dogs into the back yard the first night because it had been such a long day they couldn't be sure there were no sharp objects; I really appreciated the warning since I wouldn't have thought of that. Overall, this was a professional job that provides me with great confidence in the roof we have from not forward. In the end it cost more than the minimum estimate and less than the full contingency quoted, and I felt that I understood every cost and why it was needed. Many of the steps they took -- to improve the drainage of the roof, to manage debris, and to reinforces part of the extension of the roof (where the leak had originally appeared) -- went well beyond the basic definition of "replace the roof" to make this an extraordinary repair. I have already recommended there work to a friend who was planning roof work. I would recommend their work to anyone.

Glenn was extremely thorough in his inspection. The quote I received was detailed and slightly less than 2 others I had received from other firms. Glenn installed the roof quickly and neatly. My new roof is gorgeous! I am very happy with his work and in my business interactions. I highly recommend Falcon Roofing....Glenn is terrific!

On the appointed day, two gentlemen promptly arrived and got to work inspecting my roof. Afterwards, they gave me an overview of what they did and the good news that the roof didn't need replacing any time soon. However, they did show me a picture of some rotted wood around my chimney, which they recommended getting a handyman to fix. They took their time to answer my questions and showed me some good and bad examples of roofs in the neighborhood. On the whole, it was a good experience and I would use them for any roof repairs in the future.

We purchased Falcon Roofing's Big Deal to inspect the roof of our townhouse and do minor maintenance. They came as scheduled, got right to it, making a thorough examination, reporting findings with explanations and photographs, setting and tarring popped nails, cauliking around vents and other spots and showing us photographs of the work done. Although not required by the Big Deal we had paid for, thjey crossed over to the roof of the adjoining townhouse which we also own and performed these same services there. I believe this generosity indicates a spirit of performance that bodes well for any job they undertake.

Company was very responsive in returning call, making appointment and delivered service shortly thereafter. They were professional and did not use their visit purely to market or upsell, they performed services as requested and I was very satisfied with their work.

A 2-man crew arrived and inspected the roof. They found a few small leaks around vent pipes and sealed them. They found a shingle was missing and replaced it at no charge, despite shingle replacement not being included in the price of the package. Due to the pitch of the roof, I was not able to get up on the roof afterwards to inspect the work, so I can't comment on the quality of the work.

They checked the roof, bay window area and even the attic. They were prompt, pleasant, showed concern and thoroughly looked into the problem. They fixed a diverter on the roof that was installed improperly and didn't charge us. Would definitely call on them again when needed in the future.

Overall Falcon was very professional and personable. Their estimate on replacing the entire roof was on par with other estimates. The estimate on their patch job was triple other estimates. They wanted to remove and replace more shingles than I needed. There wasn't anything wrong with their suggestion of removing the extra shingles, I just didn't need that extra effort since I'm replacing the whole roof in the next 12-18 months.

They thoroughly examined the roof and sealed it where it was needed. The leak near the chimney was not due to flashing after all, but an incorrectly mounted cap. The two technicians (1 was the owner) seemed very knowledgable. Their prices seemed a bit steep for the attic fan quotes they gave me but it sounds like they do work above and beyond what other attic fan installers may do.
