Service was purchased through Angie's List Big Deal. Service was scheduled for about 30 days out. First appointment was postponed due to snow on roof. Falcon came out about a week later to complete the service. Communication was great - no complaints.

Glen and I played telephone tag for two days. On the third day he called and said, to my amazement, he could come over to perform the inspection within 20 minutes. And so he did. After the inspection he showed me pictures of the problem areas on the roof and around the chimney. We agreed on a price and he will be here to perform the job, weather permitting, on the 25th. I'm really looking forward to seeing them again as they are a pleasure to work with; knowledgeable, efficient and professional in every way.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Falcon Roofing. I had purchased an Angie's List voucher for roof inspection & mantainance and when I called to schedule the appointment they were very responsive and courteous. The day before the scheduled appointment, I received a call from him saying that due to the inclement weather that was forcasted for the next day they wouldn't likely be able to perform the services (understandably) but that they were currently in the area and could come right over. Nobody was home at the time but I said I would come right home from work to meet them. In the mean time, they were able to go on up and perform the services. Afterward, they explained what they saw, the condition of the roof and the areas that they fixed. They recommended to have another inspection in about three years and I will definitely consider calling Falcon Roofing again. Super service!

It went well. They explained everything thoroughly. Even re-attached some siding that was loose.

They showed up on time did the service promptly, discussed what they did and found. Best of all, they told me my roof was good for several more years and did not try to sell me anything else.

Absolutely superior service! Glenn and Bob we very professional and did an excellent job of inspecting our roof and completing the service we paid for. They provided excellent advice on our roof (we were thinking about replacing it) and since we are going to sell our house in the next couple of year, Glenn assured us that the roof was still in good condition. There was no pressure from Glenn and he was very honest. I'll be calling him when we are ready to replace our roof. Thanks!!

Falcon arrived within their time window. They discussed with me what is and isn't covered in the roof maintenance package. They got onto roof, inspected everything up there, took pictures and came back down to discuss/show me the pics. They provided a lot of good information to me regarding my roof, chimney, etc. Then they fixed the areas that were covered in the maintenance package. Good service, lot of good information. Would use again.

While they were quite garrulous in their recommendations, the one thing the company doesn't apparently provide as part of this package is the one thing that would have had the most benefit for me. I asked if there would be a report forthcoming, and they flatly said "no." In my IT company, if we say we are doing an inspection, it always comes with a summary report. The value is in the information retained from the inspection. Instead of making this easy for me, Falcon now has put me in the position of relying upon my own memory the next time I do anything involving the roof. If they can figure out a way to make the report part of their offering, they deserve a grade of A on all counts. As it stands, I have to give them a B, again - not at all due to the level or depth of service provided during the visit by the workers, but rather the lack of tangible extended value provided by the process.

Glenn from Falcon roofing was very responsive and provided excellent service. He didn't try to just drum up extra work to do. He resealed/caulked places that were needed as part of the service. He also gave me an assessment of the overall status of my roof. I would recommend Falcon to anyone needing roof work on their home.

One of the best things is that they not only fixed all our problems for the $149 price but they gave us advice on how to prevent problems in the future. We had water damage in the ceiling of one bathroom. They were not sure if it was from a leak they fixed or from long hot showers steaming up the room. As it turned out, that bathroom shower is used by our teenaged granddaughter who never heard that you should run the fan when taking long hot showers and her showers are always long and hot. These guys are great!

We purchased the roof maintenance package from Angie's List. When I contacted Falcon Roofers, Glen was very polite and very busy, so we scheduled an appointment far in advance. He called the day before to remind me and showed up right on time. Glen and Bob could not have been more professional or more pleasant. They inspected the roof and made a number of small repairs, leaving me more confident that my skylights would not leak and that various nailheads would not go flying off during the next storm. We talked about concerns brought up by a Home Inspector due to the strange design configuration of the roof. Glen acknowledged the potential problems and told me what to look for without trying to scare me into any unnecessary repairs. Based on our discussion, I would be very comfortable using Falcon Roofers in the future - they seemed to be knowledgable, experienced and honest.

They were punctual and crawled all over my roof inspecting the seals and making repairs when needed. They gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my roof and answered all of my questions. I am very familiar with my roof and they were great with pointing out and addressing all of my concerns.

They responded quickly to my initial call and set up an appointment. Glenn and Bob showed up within the agreed upon window of time on the agreed upon date. Pointed out problems and showed pictures documenting what they saw. They explained everything and answered my questions. I do need a new roof (which I suspected before even calling them), but there was never any sales pressure and in fact they encouraged me to contact other firms. They clearly explained how they operate and how they focus on getting the job done right. Although i do intend to get other estimates for the work which needs to be done, I highly anticipate that Falcon will end up being my selection when the time comes. I highly recommend them.

They thoroughly inspected the roof, showed me pictures of probable and potential problems, and then repaired and sealed the areas prone to leak. They sealed nail-heads that had not been well sealed before, solving future problems before they could occur.

They called a day prior to the appointment as a reminder and were on time the next day. I knew of one leak so I figured I'd need to replace the roof at some point and I will go with Falcon. They made sure to check the inside of the house where I had the leak. They took before and after pictures and explained everything to me, including where my current leak originates, resealed everything, and gave me a good idea of when I need to replace it and how much it will be. Very knowledgeable and conscientious. It's easy to tell when people care about what they do and Falcon cares. I'm very happy that I got this coupon and I will sleep better tonight knowing that I have all the facts about my roof from someone I can trust.

I bought the big deal for roof inspection, and they contacted me right away to let me know that they do not work in D.C., so I then got a refund for the big deal.

The day we signed up we got a call and an appointment was scheduled. The day before the appointment we got a call confirming a time and then they showed up as scheduled. The did an assessment of the roof, took pictures, showed us what was of concern, did some minor repair work promised as part of the Angie's list package and provided, at our request, an estimate for further work needed. They urged us to get several more bids and left a sample of various shingles for us to consider. They were professional and pleasant.

Falcon roofers arrived on time for roof inspection. I also explained that a previous gutter cleaning service had noticed a small hole on the peak of the roof. The roofers inspected the roof and came back to the door to show me a photo of the hole and to report the overall condition of the roof. (good for its age) They repaired the hole and one other small tear in a shingle. There was no extra charge for these repairs. The technicians were friendly and helpful in explaining the condition of my roof and what to expect as the roof ages.

It went great. The guys were friendly, smart, and knowledgeable. It was easy to see that roofing is their area of expertise.

Check showed no major work needed to be done.

I bought an Angie's List Deal for a roof inspection and minor repair. These guys gave me a call a day before as a reminder, came out on time, performed the services and minor repair per the deal, and went out of their way to fix a related issue outside of the Angie's List Deal at no extra cost. They gave us an honest assessment of the roof and we never felt we were being given a sale pitch. They seem very knowledgable and their high rating here on Angie's List is well deserved. Highly Recommend.

They inspected my roof, checked caulking, etc. They did redo the caulking for my flashing. They also advised me that i might need a new roof soon but it was okay right now. They were very helpful and informative.
