This was a good deal. They fixed some loose shingles and hanging gutters. They fixed everything within 30 minutes and we on time and professional.

The service was excellent and helpful from beginning to end and informative.

Glen Schrank did an excellent job of inspecting my roof leaks both inside and out and explaining his recommended improvements on the roof. He answered all my questions and offered to provide follow up to potential buyers in approximately one year when we plan to list our home. Very professional and thorough in accomplishing the repairs and caulking those areas that needed to be caulked. I would definitiely recommend Falcon Roofing. He inspected the roof and also showed me what he had discovered and what he would recommend to fix both areas that had leaks. He covered those repairs that were done prior and made an added suggestion to modify one of the gutters to prevent any blockage or backup of water. He also pointed out cracks/gaps in the chimney flashing and he caulked the entire flashing areas. Attention to detail and great repair!

We notified the owner, Glenn, that we purchased the Big Deal, and he promptly responded to us and scheduled a time to visit. He was professional, clearly explained the scope of the service, and discussed options regarding other work I had in mind. The visit went exactly to plan -- no surprises. In addition to inspecting the roof, he spent some extra time removing an old TV antenna that had been bolted to our chimney. Although this technically may have been outside the scope of the Big Deal, he didn't charge extra. Overall, I'm very happy we purchased the deal, and I'm happy to have worked with Glenn.

Glenn and his assistant were timely and friendly and quickly prepared the roof inspection. When he returned, he enumerated and provided pictures of the repairs that were needed and told me what they would do. The repairs were taken of and we discussed current roof conditions and future need for a new roof in a year or two. There was no pressure, but we discussed ventilation requirements, color/shade, texture advantages and drawbacks, They were very helpful..

This was really easy - I didn't have to be home, they called me from the roof, sent pictures to show me what they were doing, and left without a trace.

Saw the big deal on Angie's List and figured it would be a good idea to have someone take a look at the roof on the home we just purchased. I knew at least a couple of areas on my roof were questionable from my home inspection, and $150 seemed like a small price to pay to have someone take a look and do minor caulking and sealing. Glen and his colleague arrived within their scheduled time and did a thorough examination of the condition of my roof. The input and insight they gave me was very valuable and they also did some minor repairs to the flashing around my chimney as well as some caulking and sealing of a few other areas. Based on what they told me, it looks like a roof replacement may well be in my future due to the poor work of the prior owner, but I was not terribly surprised. I will seriously consider using Falcon when I decide to put a new roof on our house. I did not think Glen was trying to sell me on anything - just an honest assessment about the condition of my roof.

In a very timely manner Falcon Roofing arrived and took a look at where the water stain was inside the house, and then went up on the roof to inspect. They took a picture of the cause and when they came back down explained what they found. A wonderful thing as I wouldn't be able to get up there. It was a nail pop from a rusted nail. My roof is older and this was not part of, or even near the issues I experienced last year. It being such a minor item, they took care of it on the spot and didn't charge me. I know it was not a part of the issues I experienced last year, and my roof has many years on it already. Their taking care of previous customers is an example of customer excellence I will use at my own workplace.

Bought a BIg Deal for a thorough analysis of my roof's condition. It went much better than expected. No pressure to buy any product or service which means I will more than likely use this company when I need to replace my roof. Instead, the team found areas that needed minor repair and maintenance service, and that was provided by the team in a jiffy. Definitely would recommend them and use them for larger jobs. They're A+!

They came highly recommended (on Angie's List) and still greatly exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, quality of quality of work, and attention to detail. TOP-QUALITY SUPERVISOR: Glen was everything a supervisor should be. We dealt with him personally throughout the process, from the initial inspection and estimate to the conclusion of the project. He was cordial and professional and remained personally on sight for the entire time to supervise and direct work. TIMELY RESPONSE DESPITE BUSY SCHEDULE: The work was performed during a relatively "busy" period for the local roofing industry - as a "Derecho" windstorm had swept through the region a few weeks prior, causing extensive damage. Despite the backlog, Falcon Roofing was responsive and timely in providing an estimate and scheduling work. OVERCAME OBSTACLES TO MEET COMMITMENTS: When scheduled day was approaching, one of Falcon Roofing's subcontractors informed them that they would be unable to deliver the needed material on schedule. Nevertheless, Glen and his team came through. They picked up and delivered all the materials themselves. VERY EFFICIENT: On the day of roof replacement, work commenced in the morning with delivery of materials. All work was complete by 4:00 pm, including cleanup. This was not just a "re-shingle." It included removal of the existing roof and replacement of about 70 ft of underlying damaged wood. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency at which the team worked. EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL: When the work was complete, Glen led me on an inspection of the team's work. The roof itself looked great - which was not a surprise to me. What DID surprise me was the extra attention to detail with such items as ventilation flashing, which the team had refurbished and painted to look like new. The gutters looked great, too, and function much better than our old ones since they are 2 inches wider (the right size for the roof). I'd recommend Falcon Roofing to anyone in the area who's considering roofing / siding / gutter work, and I intend to use their services again personally.

We noticed a water stain in our bedroom celling and I checked the attic and found a leak coming from the white PVC vent pipe that lead out the roof. I checked Angle?s List and found Falcon Roofing with the most ?A? reviews in my area. I gave them a call on my lunch break and left them a message. They returned my call later that afternoon with a voicemail. I was not able to call them back the next day either. They gave me a courtesy call the following day and I was glad they did. In fact they were the only ones that called me back after I had tried a few others off of Angie?s List. We talked about the issue and he was able to come out same day for a quote. Straight forward guy, not salesy or vauge like other contractors that I?ve spoken to in the past. I was comfortable with him to check out my house with my wife and child present to handle the quote while I was a work. From this point of the review I have to go by what my wife conveyed to me. They went into the attic and then onto the roof. They found the seal on the pipe to be tight but the screws holding the pipe to be rusted. They also noted nails coming thru the shingles. They figured that was the issue so they sealed the rusty screws and bent the nails back and sealed those too. After all said and done the total bill was FREE! I didn?t believe my wife at first but there was no work order or anything. They are very thorough as they emailed some pictures of our roof and what they did as soon as they left. They did suggest my roof was soft and should be replaced before next winter. They were nice guys that over delivered on what they promised. You don?t see contractors like that around here.

They don't service the area any more so when I needed a follow up, they were not available.

Explained issues with my roof and made sure I understood the pros and cons of each possible decision. And they did it all with me out of town (I'm a long distance landlord). Would call Falcon again without hesitation.

Excellent. Falcon Roofing called a couple of days prior to scheduled appointment to confirm time and shortened the time window from 4 hrs to 2 hrs. They arrived on time, had the necessary equipment, and answered all my questions.

We responded to this Big Deal for a roof inspection because at times we would have water running down the chimney inside the house after either a heavy or long, steady rain. My teenage son attempted a repair, which helped a little bit, but didn't solve the problem. Glenn was able to remove the material my son had used and apply the correct caulking. Happily, we made it through the big rain/snow/sleet storm that came the next day without any apparent water running inside the house. We were very pleased with Glenn's service and would definitely use him for any future roofing work.

Glen responded very quickly to our original call to come and give an estimate for the work. He was able to come back just a couple days later to do the actual repairs. He was very good at explaining all that needed to be done and showing me pictures before and after the repair. He was punctual and completed the work in the time estimated, overall a very good experience.

They were up front about what the Big Deal cover and didn't cover. They gave us some good advice and the work done was satisfactory. They are a honest and hardworking group and I would highly recommend them.

They came when I was not here. I did not get a report, nor list of issues they found, nor a list of what they did. I had a neighbor check that they arrived as expected. they talked with him and said they had fixed some flashing. That is the extent of their interaction with me, except that I was charged. Maybe it is my fault that I was not here, or that I did not demand a report and list of what had been checked or accomplished.

The entire experience was quick yet professional. Falcon Roofing got the point and did not waste my time with unwanted extras or trying to sell me stuff I didn't need.
