Excellent service from Glen and Billy. Glen kept in contact through the whole process -- calling with updates/status checks -- great customer service and both Glen and Billy were very professional and knowledgeable, if needed I would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends/neighbors. Great; other roofers did not correctly diagnose or fix the problem. They came, gave a reasonable estimate, and then promptly finished the work. It's really nice that the same people who come out for the estimate also directly perform the work themselves.

Glenn and Billy were a pleasure to work with and I am very pleased with the work they did. I had a new roof on my house in about one week from my initial call. It looks great and I had no stress about the process. They did a great job at cleaning up all the debris too. Friends and neighbors will be using them when in need of roof work.

Thank you to Glen and Billy and the entire team at Falcon Roofing. Excellent job. It is very rare in this day and age to find a contractor or construction team who are really looking out for the customer, paying attention to details and doing the job right!
They certainly had a big job at our 110 year old restored farm house in Mclean VA.
They removed an old aluminum roof and installed a new shingled roof for us. They also replaced old siding from dormer windows. From the beginning to the end, the team worked tirelessly in the heat to get the job done on time. They were clean, courteous and paid special attention to the safety of our family throughout the process. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND falcon roofing and will DEFINITELY use them again if we need any further work.

Let me start off by saying that Glenn and Billy are extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable (they've been doing this for over 40 years). We had two leaks in our house and they both came in to do the estimate. Even though it had been raining cats and dogs in DC and they were very busy, they were able to fit in my estimate in 2 days. They took many pictures of the roof and, not to my surprise, the roof was a mess. It looked like past owners had tried to do patchwork themselves with mismatched shingles, exposed nailheads, and shingles literally flapping in the wind and falling off our house. They gave me an estimate for a total roof replacement and it was under $10,000. I didn't realize how good this price was until I got two other estimates and one was $4,000 higher and the other was $10,000 higher! We decided to go with Falcon. Glenn kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. We choose the shingle color and they delivered all the materials within a week (even while my husband and I were away on a trip in Michigan). We returned the night the materials were delivered and Glenn came over that night to check on the delivery and tell me that he could have his team install them the next day!! I left for the day and by 7 pm, the entire roof was done and looked great. I spoke to my neighbors and they said at times there were 9 men up on the roof working away. This company is extremely efficient. Glenn also had to replace some damaged plywood on our roof and did not charge us for that cost, saying "he never nickels and dimes his customers". I really enjoyed working with Glenn and Billy and everything went according to plan and our new roof looks great. I would recommend them to family, friends, and any Angie's List members.

This was an Angie's list big deal and we were very satisfied with the inspection and preventative maintenance. They were on time and very knowledgeable. They did strike us as a tad melodramatic when talking about potential issues with our spray foamed attic. They showed us a lot of pictures of a house with a molded roof deck and talked as though this was imminent for us however the molded roof deck came from fiberglass insulation and likely decades of exposure. That said we would use them again although we would probably get a second or third opinion before anything major based solely on this.

I had a leak i've fooled with for years and finally needed a roofer. I checked Angie's list and, in my area. Falcon had the highest rating. No brainer, right?
I checked their website and called them. I talked to Glenn and he said because of all the rain this summer they were very busy. He could not set an appointment till he was caught up with that. He said what he could do was if he had a break near my house he could run by to appraise the problem. I said ok to that and gave him my info and a time I'm usually around. I didn't expect to see him for a while.
Three days later he showed up at the house. Unfortunately, I was out. I returned his call and he said he would give me a heads up if he was in the area again. No problem. Again, I didn't expect to see him for a while.
Three days later again, but this time he let me know he would be local and if I would be there. I said yes and we set a time.
Glenn showed up with his crew (Mike) and I showed them where the leak was. They got their equipment to go up on the roof. He quickly found the bad spot, took a picture to show me and said he could fix it now. So Cool! Great service.
That night there was a "Frog-Strangler" of a storm. Some in the area got near 6 inches of rain overnight. NOT A DROP from the leak he fixed. Great Job!
Although it was a busy time for roofers, Glenn found the time in his schedule to help me out. Nice to know there are companies and wlrkers like Glenn out there. I fully recommend him if you have any roof job.

I found Glenn to be professional and courteous. When I called, he said he had a busy schedule but would call me if he had any time to inspect our roof damage when he was in our area. He called the very next day and made time to go by our home to inspect a leak in our roof. I was unable to meet him there in person so he emailed me pictures and called to discuss what he found. He quickly diagnosed the problem and patched a small hole in our roof. Glenn also gave us great advice on gutter maintenance. We will be using Falcon Roofing from now on!

The service went very well. Glenn, the owner, and Billy are very personable and knowledgeable. They looked at the problem area and fixed it on the spot. They said to let them know if we have any further issues with the leak and they would come back if necessary. They also looked at our gutters which had recently been cleaned and took a picture of some areas that had not been properly done so we could have the company who cleaned them come back. Glenn and Billy were super and obviously take pride in what they do. We are very satisfied with their service and will call them for any future roofing needs. We would also recommend them to our friends.

The person I talked to on the phone took my information and said he wasn't sure when they could get out to take a look and guessed at two weeks. He would not make an appointment and said they would just call before they came. I work full time so that doesn't really work for me, but went along with it. This was approximately 4 weeks ago and I still have not heard from them. I had another company come out today, but I'm curious to see if this company ever calls me back.

"This customer informed us that her roof had been leaking for a year. She said she had another roofing company and a mold inspector come over to her house and neither one could find the source of her leak. We informed her at this time that we were over whelmed with customers because of all the heavy rains and could not give her an appointment date. We told her we would try to fit her in between our scheduled appointments when we were in her area. Please keep in mind that we can not work on rainy days and it pushes all appointments back. We kindly asked her to call us to let us know if she got another company to come out before us and we would remove her from our list. We are disappointed with the customers review on our company and now we have an F on our record for a customer we have never met or did any work for. We are a small family owned business and do our best to meet the demands of our customers."

The inspection went well. I had explained to Glenn that I thought I had a leak in one corner of the house. He looked at the area and noticed the same problem on the other side of the house. He fixed both of them.
I later had to call him because of a leak around the exhaust pipe for the water heater. We arranged to have him come back out and inspect that area as well. He sealed the area at no cost! Fantastic service.

Provider was swamped and not able to get to my job. I received a call fairly quickly, but job was not able to be done for a long time. Since the provider was unable to my job in my timeframe, I hired someone else. I did receive a call from provider with a kind apology - they simply could not meet my timeframe. I did NOT recoup the fee I paid Angies List - and have found Angie's List overall a bit confusing. Provider receives an A for effective communication skills...otherwise, my rating really means nothing as provider and I were unable to work together.

Falcon roofing staff came in their busy schedule to inspect the roof my house.They did an comprehensive inspection of the entire roof. I have some concerns with some markings on the shingles but they gave honest/professional opinions to allay my worries. They also went way beyond to remove the old gutter guards that were scattered around the gutter edge.
Overall, they are very professional and honest and I highly recommend them!

Glen came out and inspected the existing roof and gave us a quote. There was no pressure to buy and he did not try to sell us upgrades. On installation day they showed up when promised and left the area spotless when done. Very professional. There was a minor issue with one shingle, we called and they came out the next day and fixed it. Very responsive.

It turned out fine. It was quite alright but he had so many people purchase the deal that he was so backed up. He called me back right away but it wasn't his fault that he couldn't get to me for a couple of months. I was very happy with what I spent. He was very informative. I thought he was very personable, he was the owner.

After discovering I had a leak in our roof, I called a competitor roofing company that I had used in the past. The earliest they could get me in was two weeks later...To fix a roof leak! I logged on to Angie's List and found Falcon Roofing - it was an easy choice to call Falcon with all the "A" ratings they have received. They were exceptional! Within two hours, they came to my house, assessed the problem, and fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend Falcon Roofing. They are extremely professional and helpful. For any future issues, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They did a credible job, but they were high priced. They were quoting what it would cost to replace the roof in two or three years which will probably be necessary, but they were charging quite a bit of money for it. They were here on time, prompt, professional and did the work. I would possibly use them in the future, but it depends on whether I get a better price somewhere else.

He was okay. They came out immediately. I called them and we set up the appointment. The fellow knew roofs and told me that I would be needing a new roof. I would use them again. The price was reasonable. The leak stopped and has held up.

I requested service a couple weeks ago and we established a date that Falcon would come out to provide an estimate. The company's owner called late that day and left a message saying that he was in the area and could come out that day if I would like. I didn't receive the message, therefore I assumed we still had a schedule appointment. He never showed and never followed up. I contacted him today and rather than apologize, he yelled at me told me that he has an A+ rating and a lot of customers. I guess he does not believe he has to keep appointments or follow up because of his rating.

"The customer called on May 31 and stated he had a leak. We told him we had a very busy schedule due to all the rain. We informed him clearly that we were not scheduling appointments at this time. Within an hour we called him back and left him a message that we would be in is area later that day. I left a message stating that we could come over that day and look at his roof and to please return our call. We never heard anything back from this customer until June 14th. He then stated to me on the phone that I had given him an appointment for June 3rd on our initial conversation. I informed him that I personally took that call and never set an appointment. I told him that we left the last message and never heard back from him. At this point the customer threatened us with a bad review from Angie's List. I responded to the customer by saying If you would go back and look at our Angie's List reviews you would see that the majority of our reviews are A's. This is because we do everything we can to help our customers. The customer stated that he would be giving us a bad review an Angie's List and hung up."

The installation went flawlessly and can only be contributed to Glenn & Billy's professionalism and expertise of over 35 years of Roofing experience. They came out the day before the job to provide me with an estimate and did not pressure/scare me into making an on-the-spot decision on their suggested repairs....they were even nice enough to offer to caulk the areas for free until I made a decision on the repairs. They provided me with photos of the problem areas and explained in detail the solution to fix the problem areas. They were very expedient in answering my phone inquires and kept their promise of starting/completing the job on the very next day. I will recommend Falcon Roofing to all my neighbors & friends. Kudos goes out to Falcon for a job well done!
