Very impressed with Falcon Roofing from the first time we asked them to come out and look at our roof. We had sinking plywood, and tiles that had lifted. When the old roof was removed, much of the plywood had to be replaced due to water damage and the fact the builders had used different thicknesses of plywood when the house was built. They took good care of our yard and cleaned up all debris without a trace left. We are enjoying three days of rain without worry and anticipate a carefree winter.

They were very friendly and gave us the same price they had quoted us in the previous year. The work was completed in a single day. They replaced the 2 pieces of damaged plywood at no cost. They started shortly after we requested the work to be done. This was important to us since we had a leaky roof. Excellent service!

They were very helpful and willing to resolve two other small problems we asked about our chimney and a attic at no extra cost. This is the second older (1939) home we've remodeled in Arlington so we've dealt with MANY contractors, carpenters, handymen over the past couple years. Falcon Roofing was one of the very few that did absolutely exceptional work from the initial phone call to the site clean up on the way out the door. Within a few seconds of our first meeting, it was obvious Glen knew he trade very well. This was a newly-purchased (and previously unloved) home with many problems from broken and loose slates to tar ridge caps, sagging shingles and rotten sub roofing. We walked through everything with Glen on his first visit and his answers and advice were immediate and confident and very reassuring. Glen has a busy schedule but went out of his way to meet the schedule demands of two working homeowners. His estimate was thorough and received quickly after his initial visit. He arrived on time for each meeting and to begin work and finished in a single day (though he estimated it might take two). I came home from work that day to an perfectly spotless yard and patio - and if any of you have seen roofing work done, it is VERY messy so that's no small task! Not a single nail or sliver of shingling to be found! In short, I was beyond impressed with the quality of his work, his puncuality and the fact he did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for the price he quoted. A REAL treat an otherwise bumpy renovation experience, and I would absolutely recommend him!

Great. Very reliable and honest company. They were on time, did the job quickly and always explained the issue and repairs using pictures he took of our roof. No complaints whatsoever, would definitely recommend to others.

After the service was purchased. I called up to setup appointment. They inspected the roof and fixed couple of minor issue. Overall the person was professional and explaned the issues they fixed. They were there around 20 minutes, fixed couple of minor issues. Although I thought the service was little pricey for the amount of work done.

Glenn came out the same day I called to provide an estimate, and except for some plywood boards that needed replacing (and that was included as a TBD in the contract) the cost was exactly as planned. We were away the day they worked on the roof, but came back to a beautiful new roof with Landmark shingles. I couldn't be happier with the result, and I can't recommend Glenn and his crew any higher. If you want a roofer call Falcon; if you want to sit in your living room with a salesman and talk about shingles and tar paper -- call the other guys.

Our ridge vents on top of the roof were coming up and we needed someone to nail them down. We called Falcon Roofing in the morning regarding the small repair and they were on our roof within a few hours. We were fortunate that they were working on another job close by and one of the workers and the owner broke off to look at our roof. They quickly fixed the problem, gave us their thoughts on why the issue arose, and how to monitor our roof in the future. We will definitely contact them in the future for repairs or full roof replacement.

Our experience with Falcon Roofing, Inc. of Burke, VA, was spectacular in every sense. After we picked the company from Angie's List and called for an estimate, we received prompt attention, a reasonable estimate, a wide choice of shingles, and quick scheduling. On the day of work, the crew was prompt, careful, efficient and thorough. We have never met anybody who did contract work on a house who was as professional, friendly, trustworthy and courteous as the Falcon crew and supervisor. This company's work was the most up-to-date yet done on our 53-year-old house. The crew's supervisor even took cell phone photos of the different parts of the roof to show us the results we couldn't see from the ground. Even though Glenn was currently booked until the end of September, he gave me great advice that I really appreciated as a new homeowner. I also appreciated his honesty about his time frame. He asked me all about my roof and what other roofers had recommended to us. He recommended getting more roofers opinions to help us feel more confident in our decision to potentially get a new roof. I am so thankful that he still took the time to talk to me and give me this advice even though his time frame was not going to work for us. I will definitely keep Falcon Roofing Inc in mind for future needs.

Glenn, Billy, and the entire crew from Falcon Roofing were great. We recently purchased a home and found it to be in need of some roof repairs. After researching on Angies List, we settled on Falcon Roofing as one of our 3 estimates and contacted Glenn. From the first call to the last visit at the completion of the job Glenn was always responsive to my questions, showed up when and where he said he would, and always took the time to explain why the particular services and products he was proposing were the best options in his opinion. Falcon was not the cheapest option, but the small difference in price was easily ofset by the level of services they were providing and the materials they used which were more extensive than the other companies. The job was completed in 3 days and from start to finish Glenn remained in contact with me to let me know how the work was progressing. As far as the work itself, we've had the roof, gutters, etc., on for a few weeks now and have had no issues with leaks or anything. A few of our neighbors have commented on how nice it looks as well. They took care not to damage any of the ornamental trees we had on the property and cleaned up the jobsite when they finished. All-in-all it was a "A" worthy experience and we're happy to have gone with Glenn and the team at Falcon Roofing.

It went fine. They were very helpful. They fixed a problem on the roof that was causing leaking in the master bath. They said I did not need a new roof at this time. I would contact them again if I had a problem.

After a very heavy rain storm two weeks ago, I found a puddle of water in my kitchen. Needing a roofer quickly, I went to Angie?s List and started calling the highest rated ones. I started with Falcon even though I was a bit skeptical that they could have so many positive reviews. They told me that given the heavy rain, they had many customers to take care of but would give me a call if they could fit me in. I kept calling and finally had to settle for an appointment in a week and a half from another company. Late that same day, Glen from Falcon called to say they were close to my house and could swing by to look at my roof. Very quickly they determined that a skylight was leaking. We discussed various options including whether or not I should just put on an entirely new roof as the existing roof was getting rather old. They gave me the pros and cons and prices of different options. They did not push for any particular option but just provided their expert opinion and answered all my questions. I decided that at this time I would just replace the skylight and hope for the best from the rest of the roof. Once they found a good quality skylight that would fit, they replaced it very quickly and professionally without any collateral damage to the interior wallboard. We had torrential rains yesterday so I went up into the attic to check for leaks. There was nothing around the new skylight and, thankfully, nothing in the rest of the roof. I now know why they have so many positive reviews. Their service was excellent, they didn?t try to sell me something I didn?t want or need and their prices were competitive for a high quality job. When I do need a new roof, they will be the ones I call.

Glenn and Billy came out to give an estimate after we had water in our home office. They took pictures of the flashing where it had separated from the brick and where the water was going in. They also went up on the main part of the roof and had a look to see if there were any other issues. They nailed down the flashing around the chimney up there at no extra cost and said that the rest of the roof looked in good condition. They were able to point out some parts on the chimney that looked as if they needed a mason - something I wouldn't have seen from the ground. They gave us a quote on a Friday (I think it was) and were able to come out and fix the whole thing on Monday.

Falcon Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. We purchased the $149 roof inspection package because we have an older roof and a leak had started after the derecho. Since we had an active leak, they came out to inspect the roof the next day. They took pictures to show me what was causing our existing leak and where we were likely to have problems with additional leaks in the future. To get some more life out of our older roof (modified bitumen), they suggested that we reseal. As part of the package they sealed the nail pops causing the leak (it rained heavily a day later and the leak was gone) and came back in a couple weeks to reseal the roof. They texted us photos of the roof after it was sealed and it has been problem-free since. I really appreciated the time they took to explain the type of roof we have and the problems that can occur with it, and that they offered a cost-effective repair option.

Falcon Roofing did a terrific job! For starters, they were honest and upfront and didn?t take two hours of our time during their estimate trying to sell options we didn?t need or couldn?t afford. They also did a thorough job of inspecting the roof, unlike other firms who looked at the house and gave an estimate without measuring, going on the roof or others who did not look at the house at all, giving a estimate over the phone. We had received estimates to replace the roof that ranged from $19,000 to $7,000.When we didn?t do a call back to them for quite awhile following our estimate, they still honored their initial quote even though we expected a price increase. In spite of a full schedule, they said they would try and get our house completed before we left on vacation?and they followed through on that. I liked that they were very communicative giving us a call when they would arrive in the morning and be finished in the evening. To complete the big job in 1 ½ days, the crew worked through the near 100 degree heat! I?m not sure how they tolerated being up there on that piping hot roof! They hammered out quality work and did an equally great job on the clean up! I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and the quality work that they provided. I?d highly recommend Falcon Roofing!
