The service worked out well. Scheduling went perfect and I did not have to be there when they arrived for the appointment. I had underestimated the pitch of my roof which was not in compliance with the coupon. It was much steeper but they still honored the coupon deal and they did not charge me for the additional service. They followed up after the appointment with a written and vocal report.

Falcon Roofing, Inc. was very professional and provided a much needed inspection and winterizaton of my roof. They even pointed out some troubling issues concerning my eldely neighbor's roof that prevented potentially costly repairs. I highly recommend Falcon Roofing, Inc. to anyone who needs their roof to be inspected/repaired. They will do a very good job.

Was very professional. The Falcon representative called to schedule an inspection as requested. Showed up on time. When in the attic performing the inspection, he determined that although there was water in the attic, the roof did not appear to be the problem. He inspected a vent pipe that runs through the attic from the range hood and determined that water was condensing in the vent pipe and then leaking onto the attic floor. He suggested ways to deal with the problem. He was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and did not charge for the inspection.

That was really a piece of work. In the pretense of cleaning up the roof, they actually opened up some of the joints. We got leaks. They wouldn't come out for that. We found another contractor to come up and patch those openings. I don't know why they did what they did. They probably didn't know any better. Unfortunately, there was no access to our roof from inside the house. I, myself didn't go up there and fix it. But what I know is that following their service, we had a leak and someone else came to fix it. They told me that some of the joints were opened. They were supposed to go up the roof and check the potential trouble spots and patch them up as necessary. It seemed like they did the opposite of that. They actually followed-up with the proposal to replace the roof. They were probably more interested in making a project out of it rather than providing the ongoing services. They were absolutely responsive and they were punctual. It didn't turn out very well. I would not use them in the future.

They were great. They gave us an estimate and honored that estimate even though we called them back six months later. I would give them A+ if I could.

They showed up on time and they did what we asked them to do. They were very friendly. We have read the reviews before we bought the deal on Angie's List. It was a good deal. It was our first experience with them and they were great. If we need things in the future, we will probably look for them. The pricing was fine. We got exactly what we paid for. They were very polite and very professional.

Mr. Schrank has come out to my house on two separate occasions. The first time was for an free inspection and estimate of life expectancy for my current roof. I knew my roof was close to needing to be entirely replaced because I had the receipt from the previous owner, but Glenn confirmed for me that it could wait a little longer until I had a little more cash on hand. He came out again about a month later when, after a hard rain, I found a small leak that needed addressing. Glenn charged me far less than I expected, especially with this being his second trip, but he can count me using Falcon once I have the funds to do the replacement.

Falcon Roofing came out to inspect my roof and provide a quote for any needed repairs. They are very professional and operate with a great deal of integrity. Other roofing companies tried to scare me into purchasing a new roof immediately. Falcon Roofing inspected my roof, reattached a few shingles and informed me that my need for a new roof was not as urgent as previously indicated by other companies. They gave me a rough estimate of the remaining life span of my roof and asked me to give them a call when I was ready. I greatly appreciate their honesty and will definitely call on them when it is time to replace the roof.

Glen and Billy from Falcon Roofing came out to inspect our roof after a minor leak. I was very impressed with them on multiple areas: 1) They came out on very short notice. 2) They inspected my home on both the inside and outside, taking pictures while on the roof and showed me the damage. 3) They were extremely honest about what they could and couldn't do. I ended up going with a different contractor due to the type of work I needed was outside the scope of what Falcon Roofing does, and based on Falcon Roofing's own recommendation.

Glenn came out the day after I called. Price was $2000 lower than other quote I got. There was nice weather two days later. They took off the old roof and put on the new one in one day. Very conscientious about cleaning up. Had some issues regarding vents and downspouts. Expected an additional charge but there wasn't any. Will be recommending them to any one I know who needs a new roof.

Awesome customer service! I contacted them about a leak in my roof, they fit me in their busy work schedule and even patched the roof and didn't charge me a dime. I wish I could have used them to install my new roof but they were booked solid.

We would highly recommend Falcon Roofing. Replaced roof. Performed honest assessment of plywood under shingles and determined plywood to be sound thus did not perform unnecessary work that others would likely have been happy to take several thousand dollars for. Went out of their way to pick up shingles rather than wait for scheduled delivery so as to avoid delays from the impending bad weather. Great communication. Even talked to us about our dog to make sure the dog would not be disturbed by the roofing!

Showed up for roof inspection, found & fixed source of minor leak, found some other issues outside their scope & gave me some good ideas for correcting those. These guys will definitely be on my short list when it comes time for a bigger job like new roof.

I called Falcon for a roofing estimate in late October. Within the week, Glenn and Billy came to look at the roof. After they got up there and checked it out, they explained what they would do on the roof and why, we talked about products and color choices and they left me with a written estimate. They knew their stuff, had a lot of experience in roofing, (including in our area --Vienna), and their price was reasonable. Glenn mentioned I could take a look at a roof that they had just finished that day in Vienna. I decided to do that the next morning to get a better feel for the work they do. I was pleased with what I saw. During the estimate, Glenn had also mentioned that they had an opening this past week (week of 11/11). After I made my decision, I returned the signed estimate and gave Glenn a call so we could get on their schedule well before Thanksgiving. They were here on 11/13 to do replace the roof. The crew was efficient and neat. They did a great job cleaning up. Both Glenn and Billy checked out the work on the roof before the day was finished. The roof looks great and it was a simple, straightforward process. Couldn't ask for much more! I'm very pleased and highly recommend Falcon Roofing.

The ridge vent on my house blew off in a storm, and after contacting four roofing companies, Glenn was the only one to return my call that same day. They were able to provide an estimate and perform the repairs the following day, which I couldn't be more pleased about. The service was entirely professional, and he took the time to answer my questions in great detail. He even took the time to seal the area surrounding the attic fan and pipe collar free of charge, doing his best to improve upon the original installer's poor workmanship.

After discovering a leak coming into the ceiling of our home, Glenn came out and assessed it and suggested replacing two skylights. I was ready to replace the entire roof, but he suggested holding off and advised that the roof had several years of life remaining. They did the work and it has been bone dry since. We did call Glenn one time after he did the work when we thought we felt moisture in the same area. Turns out, after a thorough inspection, the ceiling and attic were bone dry. After getting over my personal embarrassment for calling Glenn and Billy out to look at a dry ceiling/attic, they declined to accept any payment for the visit and didn?t make us feel foolish for calling.
