Excellent attention to our needs.  Took time to explain options about fungus,costs if we wanted treated.  Very fair pricing.  Reliable, clean and neat workers.

It was a good experience. It took a little to flag someone down for help but no more than expected on a busy Sunday afternoon.

Designer for the Nursery is experienced and knowledgeable and has a good sense of practical design, focusing on value for the investment. I like the way she incorporated our ideas, yet kept us from making mistakes in the details. Very happy with the ultimate design and the work performed.

Ditto comments made by last consumer in 7/10 re. this company.   The landscaper came, took pictures, and was going to send me a proposal, along with pictures of proposed plants.  It never came, and she didn't answer two e-mails I sent asking for the proposal.  I called the manager of the nursery, who didn't respond.  I finally called the owner of the nursery, who never called me, either.   It took a month of chasing, and what I got was a very rough sketch of what she proposed.  I never got any of the pictures from her either.  I had no idea of  what she envisioned,  so it was pretty useless. The $65 fee bought worthless aggravation.  Anyway, the "report" finally came too late to consider using. Advice?  The store is nice, staff is nice, but forget about them if you want to do professional landscaping.   I was surprised and disappointed; my neighbors recommended the nursery, based upon the work they did for them.

He left an obvious rectangle burn section on my lawn. I believe he sprayed something on my lawn that he should not have sprayed.

I hired the designer at Burke Nursery to come up with a plan for our property. I was completely disappointed by what i got. I spent 65.00 on a plan that only included 1 kind of plant (small ground cover kind of plant) and removal of existing materials. Her estimate was 5K. The designer was also late for her apt. When she showed up with the plan, it was a very basic sketch and not measured out to scale with little detail.

They are a little on the pricey side but the plants I have bought seem very healthy.

They were reasonable in their upfront price. They did a good job. The manager was good. They took two weeks to complete it because it was big project. They were very thorough and punctual. They worked for longer hours.

Friendly helpful staff. Firewood had ants. Although prices are higher than places like Home Depot, Burke Nursery has a better selection and plants have been healthy.

I really appreciate how Burke helped save me money. They gave me good advice and I was able to get rid of the pests in my yard without having to also hire a pest removal business. I think they do a nice job. They are courteous and have very reasonable rates.
