"We are sorry to see you feel this way, however much of this could have been worked out over the phone had you not hung up on us. You failed to allow us the opportunity to properly explain the situation. You were never replaced for a better opportunity. Instead, your appointment was not properly added to the schedule, thus an open spot remained and was later filled. We sincerely apologized for the scheduling error, but we are only human and mistakes happen. You yourself have said that you’ve “hired us to do many other projects” thus indicating our customer service and job preparedness/completion is of appropriate standard. In all seven years of business we’ve only gotten high reviews on promptness and professionalism – scoring no lower than a B. Also, the quote you’ve used in your review of us saying “sorry, too bad” is highly inaccurate. You were never just told “too bad.” A construction job was only mentioned to explain why we couldn’t fit you in that day – had we had a smaller workload planned, we would have surely tried to fit you in that same day. This is not about better opportunities or our work ethic. This was an unfortunate scheduling error that was unable to be resolved because you failed to communicate with us in an appropriate manner once the mistake was made."
