I was ecstatic with the results. I received a text message every morning on their arrival. There was no disruption on everyday life. The team was more than courteous,, always checked in on progress and what would happen that day. The foreman listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. Everything that was off-kilter was professionally fixed and the floors I had the greatest concerns about were fixed with no damages. They explained all the risks but the care taken eliminated them. I now have stable floors that reach the baseboards and it looks great. I believe the team took extra time and care to ensure more than satisfaction. I am ecstatic with the results, and now with the JES guarantee, I will not have to worry. The team cleaned up the site and the yard does not look like they dug up for the extension of the downspouts. Great job, fantastic service and polite service. All on a home that was over 75 years old.

Initial inspection was great. The inspector thoroughly looked at our problem, walked us through the process of repair, and explained the price. After the permit approval process, JES sent a team out in December 2023 to apply the necessary fixes. The county inspector came out the next week and failed the work done because the wrong type of screws were used and the sister joist were not properly sitting on the ledge. Another team was sent out January of this year to fix the mistakes. When the workers arrived, they were not properly told about what needs to be done. They were only briefed about the screws and not the sidter joist. I had to tell them why the inspection failed and what the inspector said needed to be done. After calling there supervisor to confirm, they had to go out and buy the wood for the job. The inspector came out a couple days after and again failed the work done. The workers did not replace all the screws and one of the sister joist was cut down the middle making it useless. After a couple of weeks of calling to find out when JES will fix the mistake again, i was told they have to resubmit plans for approval. I was also told another team would come out to fix the mistakes but on the day of the appointment, noone showed. What seemed like a fairly easy job has turned out into a fiasco. For the amount of money paid, I expected to the work to be done the first time.

Walter Zanaleta and Jaime Salas were ver professional and fast at implementing the necessary fixes to the foundation of my home at Berwyn Heights, Maryland. Foreman Rudy Gonzalez and crew Osman Ochoa & Jose Vasquez did a great job. Rudy kept me informed during the whole project. They completely cleaned up after the work. Very satisfied.

They did a fantastic job repairing my foundation to the point where it easily passed inspection.

Use JES at your own risk. I hired them to do foundation work and it's turned out to be a disaster. The work competed was completed by a subcontractor (despite the fact they say they don't use them!), did not meet the approved engineering plans, was completed without the necessary inspector oversight, and failed initial and post inspections. Customer service and getting assistance getting this resolved is almost nonexistent. The only thing they are concerned with is getting paid. They threatened to send my account to collections because I hadn't paid yet, despite the fact the work isn't completed! My only recommendation is that you avoid JES at all costs!

We had to install Carbon Fiber straps along two of our basement walls due to hydrostatic pressure causing the walls to bow inward. JES came out and did the initial inspection free of charge. They sat down with me and provided helpful context into what the issue was and how the solution would help. They got the permits within a few weeks and promptly scheduled a date to begin. The workers were Foreman Jaime Castillo and crew member Jaime Salas. Both were professional and effective. They completed the installtion withing the scheduled 3-day window and cleaned up after their work. They took extra care when tearing down our drywall to do minimal damage and keep a clean workspace. It has only been a few weeks snce the constuction completed, so I cannot speak to the long term effectiveness of the solution as of yet. What I can say was that JES was profesisonal, effective, timely, and did some price-matching when I compared quotes from other companies. I would recommend them for your basement needs.

We are disappointed that we never received the full services we paid for and our original concern, a mildew smell in our crawlspace, remains completely unaddressed after they convinced us to pay for an industrial-strength dehumidifier. JES Foundation talks a big talk, but they do not perform. Hire someone else.

We hired JES to stabilize the footers, slab floors, and a very large stone fireplace in the center of our home. This was a major project due to the age and structure of our home and it involved a considerable amount of work inside and outside of the home. Our salesman, Howard Glancy spent a considerable amount of time with us going over every detail and carefully explaining what needed to be done in order to achieve the results we desired. Our project manager, Moises Paz did an outstanding job informing us about what we should expect during the project as well as answering questions along the way. The foundation repair team (Jose Lopez (foreman), Victorino Joya, Daniel Yacila, Irvin Franco) that were responsible for installing the 13 push piers and 19 slab piers needed to stabilize the footers, slab floors, and a fireplace were always very professional and accommodating. This hardworking team arrived each day as scheduled, they answered questions, kept us informed on each stage of the job, and always left the job site neat. JES could not have assigned a better team to complete this portion of our project. I cannot thank them enough for helping make the experience manageable for us. The team responsible for injecting the poly filler under our homes slab (Austin Hicks and Caleb Barron) were also very professional. They too arrived as scheduled, explained the process and answered questions. They even went above and beyond by injecting some poly filler under a small portion of my driveway that had sunk - free of charge! If I could give JES more than the 5 stars allowed on home advisor , I would. We will definitely hire JES for any future projects should they arise.
