Aldridge Enterprises, LLC

After firing a previous contractor for poor performance, I settled on Alridge Enterprises to redo the project. They came to the house, went over my concerns in detail, discussed ways to get the project on track, and provided a bid in a short period of time. When the scope of work went beyond his area of expertise, he arranged for another contractor to evaluate and bid on that aspect. The two then worked well together to complete the project on time and at the agreed upon price. The quality of work met the high standards I sought, they kept the job site clean, and they were unfailingly courteous.

I called Fred and left a message. He responded quickly. He arrived on time for his appointment, provided an estimate, and we set up a date. He came repaired the stairs. He did an excellent job.

Fred and Wayne were excellant.They were nice guys and not pushy at all. They told us what they would do and did it.They also saw another problem and told us but didn't push to have it fixed.Told us up front it could wait another couple of years.We will hire Fred and wayne to fix that problem next year.Fred's the man.Highly recommended.5 stars all the way.

Fred Aldridge and Doug did exactly what we wanted; removing a wall between the kitchen and dining room. They were fun to work with and cleaned up nicely before they left. We will look forward to having Aldridge Enterprises doing future projects for us.

You can expect excellent customer service and professional results when you work with Aldridge Enterprises. They worked to accomodate our schedules and were prompt, flexible, and extremely knowledgable. Five star service that I recommend with utmost enthusiasm.

While the contractor tried his best to complete the job before the weather got bad; he was unable to to so entirely. However, I trust and have confidence that he will complete the job, as promised and paid for, in the spring. That factor precludes me from giving him a VG rating at this time. However, I found him (and all of the recommended Servicemagic contractors) to be exceedingly knowledgable, resourceful, cooperative, and, most of all patient in providing details and estimates. My project was not simple (to me) by any means. I am satisfied now and have every expectation of being fully satisfied when the job is completed in the spring.

It was a great experience dealing with this man! He did a great job for us. We felt confident in him right from the start, He has an easygoing confidence in himself, and just absolutely knows what he is doing. He knew right away what to do about our roofing/siding repair job. He stayed right on the price quote he gave us, and did it within the timeframe we all agreed on. He even did an extra little repair job that I had just noticed needed to be done, happily, with no extra charge. He even worked through the streak of bad weather we just had! We are 100% pleased and feel lucky we were referred to this man.

I liked to say that alot of builders are not very easy to contact after the home was built, he didnt just build the home he built a relationship, thanks Fred.
