They were good. He was very pleasant. They were a little slower on feedback. They have done one treatment and said that if we saw any bugs to call them and they would come back. We paid for four treatments and we are under contract for a year. They were good and friendly. They were not as professional for the phone contact part of it.

They seem to be knowledgeable and to know what to do. They come when they are supposed to come. They charge $85 each time they come out if I am on their service plan. I don’t know what other people charge, so I don’t know how their price would compare with others. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Loyal gave us a free estimate. They determined we had no termite activity. They did not push their services at all.....appreciated their professionalism and lack of pressure. Would use them again.

They were very honest with us. The presentation was professional when they came to talk to us. We talked to 4 different companies and they stood out. The price and professionalism both stood out. We set up so we will use them yearly now.

he appointment was for Friday at 10:00 AM. Waited 2 hours, No phone calls. No phone calls explaining the delay. I will call another company. Loyal, thinks that term goes on one direction only, must have too much business, so I will move on.

I called Loyal Termite to check out some bugs I found in my house. Their tech Philip quickly identified them as carpenter ants. He was the same tech who did the closing inspection on my house and he remembered that there had been no sign of termites at that time. Philip offered exterminating service for the ants but advised that these were probably just transient bugs and there was no nest in the house. He was totally cool with my preference for avoiding pesticides. There was no charge for this visit. I will definitely continue using Loyal Termite for all pest-related services. The employee who scheduled the appointment was friendly and told me the tech's name in advance. Philip called to offer an earlier appointment since he had a light schedule, and was also very friendly and professional.

First off, I asked Loyal many questions about the termite prevention process over several weeks. These were mainly questions about the warranty and the trenching process for treatment. I have no experience with this and was trying to decide between companies on who to go with. Whether I called the main office or the person who did the initial inspection, they were also helpful and provided clear answers to my questions. I ended up going with Loyal because they were priced very competitively. They also treated the house with a brand name product, the same product that was talked about on their web site, which I found reassuring. There was a little delay in contacting the inspector directly once for a technical question. However, I called the main office, explained the issue, and I heard from the inspector a short while later. Apparently, he was very busy with home inspections for people buying and selling homes due to the federal homebuyer tax credits available. Once I decided to go with Loyal, we set up a day and time window for the treatment to be done. I left the crawlspace unlocked before going to work as requested by Loyal. I was also told to turn off the heating/air conditioning before leaving for work to prevent the fumes from the chemical treatment from being pulled into the house. When I got back home from work, there was a door hanger on the front door with a message from the Loyal technician stating that he had done the treatment. You could definitely smell the treatment both inside and outside the house. I was a little concerned about that but the smell was gone by morning. I had no headaches or health problems due to the treatment. The technicial had also locked up the crawl space which was nice. A couple days later we received a bill for the service. We paid and shortly thereafter received the termite warranty which is for retreatment in case termites appear within a year of the treatment. The whole process went very smoothly.

We were never called for a quote or service.

Loyal solved the problem. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Patrick called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment, which worked great for me. He was very pleasant and professional. Lucky for me, he found no active termites.

I had requested an inspection and estimate for house spraying. I needed to make sure there was no termite activity, so I dodn't ask for price of the inspection. I was very surprised when the inspection was over he told me there was no charge! The technician spent about 30 minutes under the house and deck. There was no pressure to purchase a termite plan or spraying. I will definitely call them to arrange a routine spraying service.

My technician doesn't change from one treatment to the next (a frequent problem with my last pest control provider) and therefore remembers/keep notes on the problem areas. I've been very pleased with the service.

I was using another company but I feel that they were getting lax, so I switched to this company. I feel that their technician (Rick Harmon) does a great job. I like that he gives me a call before he shows up. I like that it is the same person every time and not a bunch of different people. I'm not sure how good the company is, I just know Rick is a good technician.

I've hired this company for the past ten years. I like that they come when they are called and don't give you any grief. Although I have a condo association maintenance team, I hire this company on my own because I can depend on them.

The salesman was good. The first time they came and did an inspection. Then we got the two baitings with numerous follow ups. I stopped using them after a few treatments because I can get the same treatment at the store and I was no longer seeing any signs of rodent activity.

Wonderful customer service. I choose Loyal based on their reputation. We inherited a contract with the new house but did not like the vendor. Interviewed vendors when the contract was recently up. Choose Loyal based on their visit. They were the only company of three we interviewed who actually followed through on the promise of a free inspection on the first visit. They are flexible, easy to work with, and came out last month to take care of an ant problem. They came the same day when we called them. No problems since. No extra fee.

We found both the individuals doing the termite and pest service very well informed, and the work was done without any issue. The gentleman (Leon) that did the termite service found some carpenter bee's that had burrowed a hole in one of our wood deck railings, and he sprayed in those holes. I mention this only because our previous termite and pest service company missed this.

I pay by the year and they come out every month. The service is average I guess. They come at different times and I do wish they would make it the same time each month. I also feel like their price is a little high.

I had one bad experience with this company when they originally missed termites. Thereafter they were easy to work with though. They certainly did everything they should have and more to take care of the problem. I wasn't that upset or I would not still be using them. I do think it's neat that they use a dog though.

Easy. Loyal did the test and sent the proper paperwork directly to my lawyer and agent. Seems like a lot of money for a few minutes of work, but otherwise a great experience.

The rep always has a pleasant demeanor. They are very trustworthy. I would trust him to do the job even if I wasn't home.

I like them real well as they did a good job and were right on time. They couldn't get rid of the ants the first time but the second time they came out they were able to get rid of them. I wasn't going to be here, and I trust them so much, that I left the door open for them.
