After receiving all of the estimates from the various companies I decided to choose Loyal, as their prices were the best and their treatment was the most comprehensive. I also liked the fact that they use pet/environmental friendly products. I scheduled both services for the same day and both of the technicians arrived during the times that we agreed upon. Andrew performed the termite service in the morning and Chris performed the bug treatment in the afternoon. Both men were professional, kind, and did a thorough job. I will continue my quarterly service for the insects ($80 per quarter) and my yearly termite guarantee ($95 per year) through Loyal. I would highly recommend this company to any individual that is seeking termite/pest control services.

Have recently made two separate service calls leaving messages several times with days of no response. A technician was sent with to treat the beetles and when asked if he knew what they were he said that he had seen them before but did not know what they were. They have since returned and I can not get a return call. Very disappointed since I saw that they received an A grade on Angies.
