Tony came by and gave us an estimate for a complete termite treatment and we decided to go with loyal pest control.  They showed up on time and Leon was very nice and friendly  and professional he  answered all my questions and he has been doing this for 30 years he did a very good job and he was there 4--1/2  hours without a break .  I   would   recommend this company and I would use them again.       J. I originally contacted Loyal in August to have a termite inspection performed and to obtain a quote for an initial termite treatment and initial insect treatment.  I was in the process of obtaining quotes from several companies (all were highly rated on Angie?s List and other websites). Phillip arrived on time and completed a thorough inspection of the crawl space, interior and exterior of the home for termites and pests.  He said there was no current termite activity and no damage to the house from any previous activity.  He advised that there were mainly spiders in the crawl space and on the exterior of the home that could be treated. We did not have any insects inside the home.  Phillip advised to have the initial termite treatment and the insect treatment performed.  I wanted to have both services performed since I moved into the home a year ago and wanted to be covered under a termite protection guarantee and to eliminate the spiders and other insects.  Phillip provided a quote for both services and advised that Loyal had two coupons on their website, which would reduce the cost.  
After receiving all of the estimates from the various companies I decided to choose Loyal, as their prices were the best and their treatment was the most comprehensive. I also liked the fact that they use pet/environmental friendly products.  I scheduled both services for the same day and both of the technicians arrived during the times that we agreed upon.  Andrew performed the termite service in the morning and Chris performed the bug treatment in the afternoon.  Both men were professional, kind, and did a thorough job.  I will continue my quarterly service for the insects ($80 per quarter) and my yearly termite guarantee ($95 per year) through Loyal.  I would highly recommend this company to any individual that is seeking termite/pest control services.

They were punctual, professional and very easy to deal with. We will definitely be using them again for future exterminations!

The bees all died. There were hundreds of them.  As they died they became heavy and broke through the bottom.  It was a mess, but a dead mess!  I appreciated the help.  Corey did the work, he is good at what he does, and has a friendly positive attitude.

Very Good!  On time and explained what was going on.  No ants as of this writing.



Have recently made two separate service calls leaving messages several times with days of no response.  A technician was sent with to treat the beetles and when asked if he knew what they were he said that he had seen them before but did not know what they were.  They have since returned and I can not get a return call.  Very disappointed since I saw that they received an A grade on Angies.

They showed up on time and were very thorough in their work. Although they told us it may not completely work, the extermination was totally successful. They had offered to come back for another application if it did not work.

I called for an appointment and got one for two days later. The inspector arrived on time and inspected to see if there was any evidence of mice in my basement. What I thought was mouse droppings turned out to be dead "rollie-pollies". My young adult son was the person who actually met with the inspector. My son said they had a good laugh and, as promised, the inspection was free. And my son wasn't made to feel that he had wasted the inspector's time or pressured to buy any sort of package. I obviously can't say that that their "pest control" is effective since I didn't use it, but I can say that they were prompt, professional, honest and easy to work with. And if ever again I think that I have a pest or insect problem, I'll call them again.

They showed up on time and took care of the problem. They also offered to come back and take care of it if the first treatment did not solve the problem.

He arrived on time and was extremely personable and friendly.  He performed the job well and was always willing to answer any questions we had about the ants in our kitchen.

Patrick came to my house to do termite inspection before I have replacement windows put in.  He was friendly and professional.  Outstanding job.

As we suspected a small area of termites we consulted Angie's List and based on Loyal Termite & Pest Control Co's excellent recommendations we contacted the company. Service was prompt and courteous with good news that termites were not involved, and provided the service as a courtesy.  As we live in a highly wooded area we then discussed securing an annual contract for pest control.  We scheduled the initial residential service for 6/20/13 with quarterly reapplications to follow.   Joshua arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and asked if we had any questions and then proceeded to work steadily.  Service was performed in our crawl space, exterior house, adjacent decks, patios and driveway  and two garages.  We had a 15% discount coupon for the initial service and could not have been more pleased with the price, the technician's professionalism & friendliness as well as his thoroughness.  Not having heard of Loyal T&P Control before checking on Angie's List, we are pleased that we decided to give them a try rather than the national names that pop out of the yellow pages!  Glad to support a local company and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for similar services.

We called. They came out. Thus far no more ants. The company was very responsive and we're finding in Richmond that is so often not the case. Very pleased and will definitely use again should the need arise.

This was a very frustrating experience, to say the least.  I wanted for someone to come out to my house, inspect it for possible points of entry for pests, provide a free estimate,  and discuss my concerns regarding type of pesticide to be used since I have a sick pet.  I had an appointment scheduled for May 1st, which I had to leave work early for.  The inspector never showed and never called.  I wound up having to call and subsequently was told there must have been a miscommunication with the scheduling office and the inspector.  Since they had such high ratings, I decided to give them one more chance.  The inspector was rescheduled for May 8th, and he did arrive promptly.  He listened to all my concerns, did what I thought was a thorough inspection of my house, and quoted me what I thought was a fair price.  I then contacted the office and scheduled May 13th for the exterminator to come by between 9-10am, which btw I had to take the day off from work to do.  Again, no show!  I waited until 1030 before calling the office.  Once again, they told me there must have been a glitch in communication, and they were very sorry...blah,blah,blah.  Needless to say, I did not reschedule with this very unreliable company.

We've used Loyal at our previous home and have no complaints.  The chemicals used are quite effective and have no harmful effects on our dog, who liked to walk the fence line in our previous backyard, or our baby boy.  The same contractor is assigned to our account, and he is very friendly and easy to work with too.  He explains the dos and don'ts with various critters, etc., and seems to take pride in his work.  We'll be using Loyal for many years to come!

I have yet to schedule treatment because other work needs to be done first.

They were very responsive and got me on the schedule quickly. The service tech came out promptly and performed his work efficiently. The only they did not do that I was told they would do was spray on the inside of the house because I was going to be there and could not vacate the premise for 8hours. They did tell me that if I needed them to come back to spray inside they would but thus far the bugs have been gone.

The appointment was for 0900; it actually began around 1015, but it was not an issue with my schedule.  The technician was pleasant, explained as much as I wanted to know, and was responsive to my request for treatment of specific areas.

I had used them before when I lived in the area so was not surprised by the service I received. The technician was on time and very knowledgable about his business.

They arrived earlier than promised and performed the service quicly and professionally.

I had one more company who gave me wrong estimate and told me to get moisture control. Tony was very honest he told me that I don't need any moisture control. I am very satisfied with their services. I will recommend this company to friends

I called and made an appt with the office. The technician arrived on time and prepared for the job. We had not been told to empty the kitchen so he agreed to come back at a later time without a second charge. In total he came three times and charged us for two visits. He assessed the situation, explained what he would do and got our permission to treat our house. We stayed out of his way and moved the dog as he needed. It was fairly quick each time. He showed us where the bugs were likely to hide and what to watch for to make sure the treatment was successful. All in all, we were very pleased with the service.

Came to my house and inspected for termites free of charge for the purchase of the home. They left me with an estimate for treatment. They responded as agreed and treated for termites. They were very thorough.

I would recommend Loyal to anyone.
