Mr. FIX IT has a great customer service team that are very helpful and friendly. They keep you informed every step along the way! The installation team of Kevin and Eddie were very professional and possessed ultimate knowledge of their task. They installed a new "Jacuzzi Bath" converting my 40 year old bathtub/shower combination into a beautiful and modern walk in shower! It looks fantastic! I will say that the conversion was not cheap, but quality materials and workmanship never is! I highly recommend "MR. FIX IT" and would not hesitate to use their services in the future! The company representative was on time and very professional. In the end, he concluded that due to the unique configuration of our roof structure, the Gutter Helmet system could not be used properly for a portion of the project and declined to bid. I found this unique and refreshing and would be inclined to use Mr. Fix-It in Richmond, VA for any project that was within their scope.

Everything went as promised. The scheduled first visit for an estimate was professional and fair. A planner came to the house to do final measurements and let us know we would be scheduled soon. The wait for actual implementation after we decided to go with it was reasonable. The guys showed up the morning after the first day promised but it worked out fine as they were efficient and hard-working. Unfortunately, we do not speak Spanish, so our communication was limited but that did not matter as they knew exactly what they were planning to do based on the thorough planning. They were friendly and honest and I would not hesitate to have them again. Mr.FIX-IT called after the job to ask if we had any concerns or questions and then processed the invoice after we said it was fine. There were no hidden costs or surprises. We recommend them!

Although we had to wait approximately 6 weeks for the installation it was well worth it. Work was well worth the wait. Our Installer called every day to provide eta, always let me know at the end of the day what the next day plan was. Always cleaned up at the end of the each day. End result was beyond expectations. Adjustment was needed on the shower door one week later, and the installer came out on the weekend to make adjustment.

I haven't hired yet, but I am very impressed with the salesman, Dan. I have had 3 estimates quoted and theirs is the highest. However, I will be most likely be hiring Mr. Fix-it as Dan did impress me. He was very, very thorough when he came to look at the job and gave us the estimate while present. Very thorough because he asked many questions, gave us things to consider, and gave us options that we never even thought of. At the time of estimate, he did offer an incentive price should we hire them on the spot (tiny sense of pressure maybe but definitely no strong-arming). Even though this quote was the highest, it was also the most complete. After a few weeks of considering our quotes, I contacted Dan on a Sunday afternoon via e-mail and he responded within minutes while he was at his son's soccer game (I truly expected to not hear from him until the following day).

They were very hard workers, cleaned up each day after they had finished and kept us informed at the end of the day what would happen next. We were faced with some delays which were not Mr. Fix-It’s fault, rather the suppliers, which could not be helped. Once these items came in, they were promptly installed. From the salesman, to the demolition people and installers, to the production manager, they did an amazing job! We would highly recommend Mr. Fix-It to anyone looking to redo/modernize their bathroom. Tom & Pam Harris

Everyone; from the salesman that initially came in and explained the services offered, to the installer that completed the work; were completely professional. They efficiently removed the old shower and extended the original space to twice the size by removing a dead space wall. All of the wood and insulation was replaced and the plumbing updated. The final product is elegant and spacious. The installer in particular took great care to make sure that every evening after working that the space was cleared of clutter. When the shower was finished, he made sure to clean the space and returned everything to where it was before he came in. Everyday he would update us on how the install was progressing and when he would expect to be complete. Our new shower is everything we were promised and more. The extended size of the shower and the hanging glass doors gives the entire room an completely new feel and openness that was previously missing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to update/replace their current bathroom/shower.
