I recommend MC fence to my friends and I will contact them if I need in the future.

The company was very responsive. They provided an estimate in a timely manner and answered a plethora of questions very quickly. The newly installed fence looks great and they left the yard clean.

I would like to believe that this group has just gone through a bad spell. The reviews here are very glowing. I wish our experience had been similar. We contracted with this provider to build a deck and trellis for us. To be fair, as new home owners we had some issues getting a plat for our property. Nevertheless, the providerfailed to successfully get a building permit for the construction. At one point, they had informed us that they would arrive on a Friday to begin construction. They never showed and didn't call. After multiple calls on our side, they finally got back and informed us that they hadn't been able to get a building permit. They, then, scheduled a new start date quite a bit later. This time, they contacted us via email (thankfully, in advance) stating that they still couldn't successfully get a building permit. They gave us the option to try to get the permit ourselves or get a refund on our deposit. We asked for more details on what had gone wrong with the permit. They never responded. As we chose to go with a professional company to deal with things like permits, construction standards, etc., we asked for the deposit back. Our main concerns are with the substantial amount of time (about 2.5 months) wasted and the poor and often untimely communication regarding what was happening/happened.

The workman showed up on time and installed the fence like they had promised. They made a mistake in the measurement in my favor and ended up installing about 20 feet of fence at no cost to me. The owner came out to check the job and make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this company!!

MC fence is a fantastic company to deal with! I called atleast 10 companies before finding MC Fence. Some from Angies List and some referrals from friends. These other companies had no interest in doing small jobs. They were only interested in the big bucks. K.C. Colwell, Vice President of MC Fence came out and walked my property with me and went over all my options. He was so nice and took his time explaining the installation process, materials and pricing. I signed the contract that day and 10 days later my new fencing was installed. Manuel was the head installer. He was very neat with the installation and even rehung my flag bracket. They also hauled away the old fencing and debris. I plan on using them again in the future on a new property.

Needed a fence on an acre ASAP as we were moving into a home without one and have 3 dogs. MC Fence provided estimates, scheduled the job and had it completed in record time. Mike was fantastic! The install team was professional and clean. Two thumbs up!

Crew was fast, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They were able to meet my very tight deadline and did a fantastic job. I would use them again.

The actual installation had just a few minor issues. It would have been nice for it to be a perfect installation, but I was OK with a few minor things that needed to be fixed. The issue that I had with MC Fence and Deck is that I had to make 4 calls over 3-4 weeks for them to fix a split board, bent wiring, and some posts that were not filled in completely with dirt. After the third call they finally sent somebody out (the owner, I believe) to evaluate the repairs but there was no follow-up. A week later I called back and said that if I did not hear back I would dispute the credit card charge. Another week or two later, after I finally disputed the credit card charge did they finally call saying we would like to come fix the issues you are having with the fence installation. What terrible service. It was very frustrating that I had to make multiple phone calls that went unanswered and then go through the credit card dispute process. I would stay away from MC Fence as they do not seem to stand behind their work and are very disrespectful to customers.

The job went pretty well and I did not have any problems with them.

Finally spoke to owner who was very responsive in getting work done. Although trying to get an excellent quote for next work and he hasn't been responsive to date, with the new quote. Otherwise the professionalism would be an A. Still waiting.

A tenant contacted me because his fence and gate had been damaged in a recent storm. I contacted MC Fence & Deck and they went to take a look. Unfortunately they left the estimate at the property rather than sending it to me so a few weeks went by but when I found out what happened I got a copy of the estimate and contracted them to do the work. I was extremely impressed with the result - they use 6x6" posts to replace the old 4x4" ones and the resulting fence is very strong. They did considerably more work than I expected but it was all covered by the quoted price. A really nice job!

The company was fast, professional and accommodating. They completed everything in one day. Because they had a conflicting job on the initial day we were scheduled and we had to be moved, they also installed a mailbox post free of charge for our inconvenience. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Overall I would definitely recommend MC Fence and Deck. I felt their prices were very competitive and the job was done well. KC went over several fence options with me and I felt was very honest about what the most logical option would be for our yard. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell us something more expensive that we would have been unhappy with. We ended up with a beautiful new fence.

MC did a quality job, they helped me to identify ways to save money. The build called for metal railings, one company had quoted me to installing the railings one by one and then painting them black per the design plans. MC suggested getting pre-fabricated ones that were already black. This saved on both labor and time which ended up saving me money in the end. The other thing was that the other builders wanted to charge me $2000 to move an electrical outlet to the "inside" of the deck in order for it to pass inspection. MC suggested extending the deck a mere few inches, which would still be in the bounds of the permits, would still pass inspection etc... I really appreciated Jeff's honesty here. I gave the same design plans to the 3 other deck builders and MC was by far the cheapest. We didn't chose MC solely based on price, they had also installed our fence a few months prior and had done work for several friends. There were a couple of issues that required follow up, a cracked post cap, a post not fully erect at 90 degrees that took a bit of communication back and forth - this was the reason for the C in responsiveness. They did eventually get everything done that they said they would we are very happy with the results of the deck and will use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Everything went great! I had gotten estimates from 4 different companies and MC Fence & Deck was the lowest bid by $800. The work was done in 1 day as promised, and the crew chief was very cordial and professional. The fence looks fantastic and I could not be more pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend MC Fence and Deck to anyone needing fence work.

Son's House Excellent. I needed this fence on short notice and they worked with my schedule; suggested gate, locations, and colors. I was very pleased.

From the initial appointment for an estimate through completion of the project, MC Fence and Deck were polite, professional and easy to work with. We had an old five board fence replaced with side by side six feet tall privacy fencing. They worked with us on price, helped us obtain 6 month interest free financing, and were even able to complete the job a week sooner than estimated. The workers showed up on time, conferred with us on how to handle exposed tree roots, and completed the whole job in one day. The finished project looks great!

They did a good job. However, there were a few problems but they came out and fixed the problems once notified. The original crew had some issues but I understand they were let go and now they have better people working for them.

MC Fence did a terrific job with our fence. We had used them before and would definitely use them again. The sales rep (Mike) explained the options and helped us choose the best one. The folks in the office were very helpful. And the installers did high quality work. Working with MC was was a very pleasant experience and we will gladly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

They removed the old fence down and had the new fence up by 3:00 in the afternoon. As they were cleaning up to leave, a large tree fell on the fence. They cut the tree up for us and repaired the section of fence at no additional charge. Very professional.

Latest: the work was performed and the quality was very good. The owner came to the site to supervise. Staff were professional and efficient. Updated scores reflect interactions within the last week. UPDATE: Owner has apologized for poor service. Installation is scheduled for this week. Will update when work is performed. Lumber sitting on driveway, delivery date missed, despite 4 calls, no reschedule date...???

We had MC Deck and Fence install a 6 ft privacy fence for us. From start to finish the service was exceptiona l. The owne...r himself gave me a quote and personally managed the project coming by the property several times making sure work was performed to his standards. The attention to detail was fantastic. As someone with dogs, and small children we needed our job done in one day. They came in removed our old fence and installed the new one in one day with no problems. They cleaned the yard and left nothing but a perfect fence behind. I can't recommend this company enough!!!

The material arrived the evening the day before work. The delivery crew made sure the material would not block our driveway or create a problem in the street. The installation crew arrived about 15 minutes early. The crew chief and I walked around the back yard and inspected the existing chain link fence. He checked to ensure Miss Utility had properly marked the yard. The crew got right to work. While two guys took down the existing fence, two more started removing the old fence posts and digging the holes larger to accommodate the wood posts. The existing fence was gone in about an hour. At the end of the day, the crew chief walked the yard with me to inspect the fence. Perfect. I have dogs. They made sure there were no gaps anywhere that would allow my dogs to escape. The team scoured the yard for debris and then double checked to ensure that they did not miss anything. They did not. Except for the noise of the hammers and saws, we did not even know that they were there.

I would like to thank Mike C, who is the owner, for turning a bad situation into a postive one. I cant thank him enough for his professionalism in dealing with the situation that we were initially given. The fence looks wonderful!
