Since I was on vacation when this first happened, a friend worked with Brian on the water remediation. When I returded after they had worked on it for three days, he walked me through what had transpired and what was needed for the next few days. He was very professional and punctual, checking the condiction each day as the humidifiers did their thing.
Description of Work: My house was flooded due to a water valve break on the master bath toilet. I was away at the time, but was refered to Puro Clean by State Farm. Brian was very professional and was able to get to the house on the same day we spoke, which critical to help prevent any mold damage.

PuroClean Certified Restoration never called me back, even though the operator who took my call dispatched it as "emergency status".
Description of Work: Called for Emergency Service when I experienced water damage in my home. Had no response. Called again later in the day. Still no response. Ended up calling another water damage remediator after much wasted time waiting for PuroClean Certified Restoration to call me back, which he never did!
