"I apologize for your recent experience with Arlington Heating. Showing up late for a scheduled call with no notice is certainly unacceeptable and I would feel the same way if I had to wait around. I looked back at that day and it looks like Steve was stuck on a service call for almost 4 hours that morning. We can't say that we will never miss a time frame because things like this do come up, however, we can certainly guarantee a call ahead of time to let you know. Apparently that didn't happen in this case and it has been added to our training sessions with the office. As for leaving things off, I can't really explain that. Possibly ust human error. I see that we replaced the filter last fall, and the next step is turn the air cleaner back on. Again, I apologize if we made the mistake. In terms of calling for maintenance check ups, we certainly call or contact every customer with a maintenance agreement. These check ups are done throughout the year. If you would prefer check ups earlier in the season, we can set it up in our system so you are called earlier. I hope that you give Arlington Heating another chance to show you our dedication to superior customer service.
