Andi was great. He fixed the clogged drain in the fridge quickly. But unfortunately the drain pan also had a crack in it so I had two problems that needed to be fixed. He was not able to catch the second issue initially, but he graciously came to fix it in the middle of the night. Great service

Andi was honest and provided a good explanation of the issue. He was responsive, quick to diagnose the problem and provided an estimate for repair. Given the age of our dishwasher and cost to repair, we chose to just replace it. Andi provided some insights on manufacturers based on his experience, which we appreciated.

I had a very specific job, and Andy listened to my specific instructions and worked with me to come up with a plan.

Andi was personable, honest, and gave a good explanation of what was wrong with our dishwasher. He discovered that our dishwasher needed a new motor and was honest about the cost. He was up front about the cost benefit of repair vs a new unit. He gave us recommendations of units to look at as a replacement and did not push the repair.
