Welcome to the original Ace Deck & Fence. We are a Virginia based deck and fence and patio builder servicing Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our customers with the professional service they deserve and the quality craftsmanship that is expected from an "A" rated company. The experience, knowledge, and creativity of our sales team allows us to help our customers with choosing the right deck or fence style for their home and working with them to pick the right materials and colors of materials to compliment their home and yard. Ace Deck & Fence is your designer and contractor wrapped into one which allows our customers to have a smoother experience from start to finish. With in house CAD design, we are able to create blue prints to handle all permits for custom deck and fence projects. "The reason we did not respond was because we did not catch your message among the large quantity of communications that we receive every day through our several incoming messaging accounts. This is actually the first time we miss to respond a message from an Angie’s List member in the past 5 years. Every customer gets a response from us, either if we can assist them or not. "The VINYL fence panels installed are Bufftech, part of a line of Vinyl Fence products developed and manufactured by CertainTeed Vinyl Siding Company. A CertainTeed representative came to our customer's property to make an assessment of the damage and concluded in a written statement that the damage to the VINYL fence panels was caused by a phenomenon known as Low-E Windows Heat Distortion. Regardless of the abnormal conditions of the damage generated by said phenomenon, which is not covered by any warranty, we offered our customer to change the damaged panels free of charge as a onetime out-of-warranty replacement. Offering to change the panels for free is not admission of liability. It is a courtesy. Unfortunately, just replacing the panels in this case is not a permanent solution.
