We bought a pre-owned 2007 Chevrolet HHR from M&M within the last week. The car came onto the lot the same day we bought it, so a few problems had not yet been found. However, once we picked up the car and drove it off the lot a few days after purchase, we discovered the need for a high beam lamp and a sway bar link. I called M&M and within 2 days they fixed the problems with no issue or hassle. It also took very little time for turnaround, since for the headlight replacement they sent me to town (Appomattox) where it only took about 15 mins, and the sway bar link was fixed right in their shop, which took just a little over an hour. I was impressed by their kindness, willingness to help, and professionalism. Each time I made a call, they knew who I was, were helpful, and quick to get the situation rectified. They repaired the problems at no cost to me, which they really didn't have to do, but was a REAL plus. In the past we have looked at cars on their lot, but it never worked out for various reasons, and I'm very happy that this time it did. Cars come and go quickly from their stock, so that tells me they do well at sales, and either have a good reputation or a customer base that comes back again and again. From what I can tell, their cars are clean, in good condition, and VERY reasonably priced.  We will definitely check with them in the future when we are in the market for our next vehicle!
