Great experience. Our dishwasher clogged over the weekend. I called Superior Appliance about 7:30 am on Monday morning. Ben said he would come between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm that day and would call 30 minutes ahead. He called at 11:00 and in fact showed up at 11:30. He unclogged the dishwasher and explained everything he was doing and how I could do it in the future. He was friendly, articulate, professional, punctual. The visit took less than an hour, and he charged $125 which I thought was perfectly reasonable for driving out to our house, diagnosing the correct problem, and then cleaning out disgusting gunk from the nether-regions of our dishwasher.

Ben determined that the fan had stopped working so he fixed that. But he felt that wasn't the only problnem, given that the coolant lines were not cool to the touch. He tested for freon and it was low. He didn't have enough freon so he went to an auto parts store nearby and came back and filled the freon to normal levels. With both the fan and freon working, the refrigerator was as good as new. Ben was helpful and he also explained to me what he was doing and gave me several helpful hints. He was great!

It was pretty fast. I called and got some pricing and discounts. They were quick and were able to get me answers.

After waiting almost 3 months for a previous appliance company to fix our Viking, I called Superior Appliance. Benjamin, the owner, returned my call, came the next day, had the part our stove needed, replaced it, and then charged HALF what the previous company quoted. He also gave free advice on our dishwasher. He wasn't pushy, he was very knowledgeable on the range, and I will definitely call him again. I also let all my neighbors know about his company, because they are always looking for someone good!

Technician called before coming to our house. He was prepared to deal with the problem having researched the Maytag model and acquired the parts before his visit. Very professional and thorough in his work.

I'm now a BIG Atlas Appliance fan. I called two other appliance repair companies, one never called back, the other took my information and said they would call me back to schedule a service call, I never heard from them. I called Atlas, based on referrals from a friend, and they immediately scheduled an appointment. The arrival time given was between 8:00 and 10:00, Ben was here at 8:30. He looked at my refrigerator, which had turned into a big freezer, identified the problem, and then educated me on the pros and cons of repair or replace. I decided to repair, fully understanding what the life expectancy of my fridge would be. Ben had to order the part and said that he should have it in two days. Two days later they called back to schedule the installation, what a happy surprise. Once again, the appointment window of between 8:00 and 10:00 was given, and once again Ben arrived at 8:30, how awesome is that. Ben installed the part in less than 30 minutes, explained to me what he did, what I should expect, and asked me to call him if I experienced anything different. I highly recommend Atlas appliance
