Extremely courteous and thoughtful. Carpet had recently been steam cleaned. In order to keep it clean and pristine they took off their shoes without being asked.

I was referred to his partner. I spoke to the partner and he said, "It would be $1,200 for four fours." I felt they should first list what areas they do service. The other part that was disconcerting to me was they tripled their normal rates because I wasn't in their area.
"This customer actually came to me with 2 coupons trying to get a handicap bath tub installed. We offer a one time coupon for $200 worth of work for $119 this is not a coupon for two hours for $119. We do not allow multiple coupons to be used on the same visit. He asked me why I didn't come to Leesburg I actually told him it was impossible to list all of the places we don't come to. Just to be clear for prospective customers we cover Fairfax County, Alexandria, Arlington. Parts of DC and if you ask nice and have a job we could actually earn a fair wage that makes it worthwhile we will come outside of those zones occasionally. We called around and asked some other plumbers what they charge for installing a handicap tub. The lowest quote we got was $1500 Shame on you sir for suggesting that we acted with any impropriety. The truth is according to your second report which mistakenly sat on our profile for about a week. You complained about the contractor you eventually hired, (Sounds like you got what you paid for) but you mistakenly put it on our profile as though we had actually contracted with us to work for you. Which you did not! I realize technology may have passed you by but please be more careful in the future as we value our reputation."

Their work is A grade and quality work, and their service was great too. Only thing is that you are paying for what you get, these guys feel a bit expensive, hence the B grade overall. Still, all in all, a good experience

I got an abrupt return call, "Did you call this number, who is this?" I told them I had called for service in the area--I was hung up on. I would not waste anyone else's time with this vendor.
