Lovely, quality furniture and customer service you just cannot find anymore, or so I thought. I messed up an order and their objective was to make me happy. The couch and chair came and they are of such high quality, I know we will get years worth of use. They are also beautiful. The nicest people you could ask to work with. Highly recommend them and have done so to anyone who asks where we got our furniture. They have our business.

The bed is excellent. It took longer than expected and since I needed it for guests, WS provided me with a new box spring and mattress for my guests' use in the interim. When the ordered bed arrived the delivery team assembled it including a mattress purchased elsewhere. When a support piece for the bed appeared to be missing they gerry-rigged one so I could use the bed until the missing piece arrived, and later returned with the piece and installed it.

Excellent. You can't ask for a better experience. Family owned and operated, no pressure, down to earth folks.

Wonderful. They have a beautiful selection of solid wood furniture made in USA. My special order was ready exactly when they promised, and we live it.

Have purchased furniture from Warehouse Showrooms before. I love the furniture they sell- all American made and beautiful. The staff is very helpful and will go over options with you. Family run business and local. All important. Delivery set up and executed without a hitch.

I thought that the quality was not as high as I'd hoped. It was just not built as sturdily as I'd hoped it would be. I kept it since I'd ordered it, but if I were to go back I'd do more due diligence to see what I'm getting. They didn't have the one I wanted in the store. The salesperson was terrific, and the delivery guys were excellent.

Bought large Lane leather sofa, 2 leather Lane recliners, and Amish wood furniture. Furniture arrived much earlier than expected and delivered without a flaw.

My husband and I have ordered several pieces of furniture from them over the past 2 years and have always been satisfied. Our orders included: two Lane recliners which they also Scotch-guarded for us; 3 custom-built cabinets; and our latest purchase was a Mission coat hanger/rack. We are extremely satisfied with all. Staff was always very helpful to us when we were deciding what to order. We are very satisfied with both the prices and quality of the furniture. Prices were always reasonable and their sale prices are especially good.

It was wonderful. The pieces that we selected had examples that were in the showroom. We ordered them customized to fit our office space (drawer style, hardware, computer placement, finish etc.). The finished product s were built and delivered in a couple months and were and are beautiful. We wound up with a 5 foot desk, and large and smaller book shelves. We also ordered 2 linen press types of standing closets and they also came out beautiful. Since most of the furniture sold there is hand made to order, there are not usually a lot of free standing pieces to buy off the floor, but there are some. WE also bought all the pieces during a sale period which made it even better.

Very good service. When delivered the men were professional and very nice. Have recommended them to others.

I paid for inside delivery. The delivery men were great (polite, careful, thorough). The dresser was beautiful and place exactly where we requested (up a flight of stairs). This was our third purchase from Warehouse Showrooms and we would purchase from them again without hesitation.

The furniture is beautiful and excellent quality. The service is professional and staff are accommodating> They provide a personal touch and welcome custom orders.

They were very helpful and offered me the opportunity to save shippping costs by picking it up at their store.

We went to Warehouse Showrooms in mid-October to look for a couch. The store is well-rated in Washington Consumers Checkbook, and we have done business with them in the past. The salesman was friendly and very helpful. We brought home fabric samples and printed information about several styles, then went back a few days later to place an order. We were told the order would take about six weeks, though possibly less. In fact, it took more like nine weeks. However, we are happy with the furniture and would do business with them again.

We went to this store because we wanted quality wood bookcases. They had several examples. After finally getting a salesman to speak with us, we chose the ones we wanted and ordered. The time quoted was 6-8 weeks. This was Feb 18th. After 10 weeks we called the store and spoke with a gal who tracked down our order from somewhere in Arizona at the manufacturer. We got the same old excuses: computers are down; orders were backed up; 10 days were added to the time frame (no one bothered to call and tell us that morsel of info); fuel costs are high etc. After a couple more phone calls to the store we found out that the delivery left Az on April 17. The bookcases were finally delivered on May 14. After cleaning off the accumulated dust, the bookcases are very nice. NOT worth 3 months and 1000$, but very nice. I'll never go back. Ever.

We went to the store as we recieved a sale flyer in the mail. We met with "Andy" who is an 'owner' of the store. We were impressed with him and his knowledge, but we made it extremely clear that we have had issues with another furniture store (Colony House in Arlington, VA....see our review on them) and we really are skeptical of quality service as claimed. Andy sold us a table under a special order which he stated would take 6-8 weeks. We made it very clear what we were looking for and the order was written down and reviewed with us to insure our acceptance and approval.....this I specifically appreciated. We are now 8 weeks from that time and the table did arrive today. However it was the wrong table (no self storage leaves), I immediately called the store to inform them that it was the wrong table and spoke to a 'Mary'. Mary stated that perhaps the wrong table was put on the truck and would check. I did not recieve a call back and called back a few hours later and spoke to a 'Mike' who did check and did call back, but only to inform me that somehow the order must have gotten screwed up by Gat Creek (the manufacture company). Mike stated that they were immediately faxing a new order to the company for a rush order and that we could use the current table until a new one was made. I think that Warehouse Showrooms should have inspected the table before delivering to the customer to insure that the order specs were on the final product before delivery to the customer. I believe it is perfectly reasonable to have Warehouse Showrooms reimburse me our $300.00 deposit plus take off the $69.00 delivery fee as well as deliver us a new table according to our original specs. I believe that is perfectly reasonable to compensate us for our trouble and the lack of quality control from Gat Creek and Warehouse Showrooms. ( I would have written a review on Gat Creek for this, but they are not listed on Angies List. However, I did call their customer service number and they stated that perhaps they might have made a mistake as they are only human....which is an acceptable answer) UPDATE July 2011: I wanted to wait to finish this until I had made all attempts to resolve. Warehouse Showrooms did fax GAT Creek a new order for the correct table. In addition, they let us use the delivered table until the corrected table was delivered. Although they charged us the remaining balance when the incorrect table was delivered, they reimbursed $200.00 as a place holder until the correct table was delivered (4-6 weeks later). Once the correct table was delivered, they did charge us the $200.00 balance. They were extremely professional and easy to work with, I do think though that as a good faith gesture to keep us as customers (as as it was a business mistake and poor quality control [the D is for quality control, not quality of the product] to begin with) we should be reimbursed the 200.00 plus the $69.00 dlivery fee. We understand why they didn't (low profit margin), but think that maintaining customer loyalty should be paramount. Overall, the table is beautiful and I have no complaints with the work. We will probably go back to them for matching chairs and hope that that process meets and exceeds expectations.
