VKH Movers

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. Very unprofessional. Told me I had to pay in cash even though his website says cards, cash, and checks. Had his movers follow me to an ATM when I told him I had no cash on me and watched me pull money out. Men were hours late to the job. Told him I needed weight tickets because it was a military move. Owner told me it was taken care of. It's been two weeks and I haven't received a receipt or the weight tickets despite me reaching out over 6 times asking for them. The owner keeps saying I'll send them when I'm in the office. Now he stopped responding to messages. His customer service manager couldn't help. Said he doesn't know how things are logged into the system. Was supposed to be getting in contact with the owner to figure things out. It's been two days and his manager says he can't get ahold of him. Vlad is a FRAUD, liar, a bully, rude, and the most unprofessional "owner" I've ever encountered.

Very satisfied with their customer service. They did the job great.

I had a lot of questions, and VKH Movers made sure they answered all of them. I was worried about COVID-19, but they made sure to take all of the precautionary measures. They were super professional and wore masks and gloves, as well as sanitized everything.
