Excellent work! We brought in another possible bid, and while the other rep took good measurements and said we'd have an estimate back soon, VQ drew up a rendition and gave us a quick estimate. As with any contracting in an a 70 year old house there were a few minor hiccups, but that's to be expected. A year and a half later (I've learned to not rate construction projects too soon afterward) our build in shelving and cabinets are still holding up great - highly recommend!

This was the best decision we have made in our updating of home. We have worked with several well known contractors and home professionals. We did bathrooms,partial kitchen and painted all areas adding crown molding. But NOTHING compares to the value, workmanship,design and service of VisionQuest. Honest, fair, fast! You won't go wrong! Work was performed as discussed in planning meeting. Delivery was within time span allotted. Installation was performed quickly and work area was cleaned completely. Altogether satisfactory work. Follow on work in same area needed further explicit direction.

Excellent work quality and customer service! VisionQuest did an absolutely outstanding job constructing and installing two walls of bookshelf cabinets with a library ladder. Conrad Snow listened to what we requested and emailed sketches of the anticipated work and a competitive cost estimate within hours. He answered every question and provided options and solutions for corner construction and electrical outlets. Conrad Snow and his team are very customer service oriented, coordinating measurements and color samples every step of the way. He discussed molding and construction details with us, making adjustments as requested. VisionQuest worked 11-hour days to finish the cabinets over the weekend to be able to install them before the Thanksgiving weekend. The cabinets fit perfectly and look very professional with a durable, silky-smooth, non-stick finish and adjustable shelves. The ladder was custom-finished to coordinate with the hardwood floor. The entire process was very professional and we absolutely love our library. VisionQuest is located in Alexandria and our library installation was in Haymarket, which is an hour drive without traffic. We can whole-heartedly recommend VisionQuest for any built-in cabinetry solution. Thank you to Conrad Snow and his team for a job well done!

It was a complex job -- made to order. Since I had a bit more time than most, Conrad was able to work with me to fit it into his slack time. The result was well worth the wait!

There was a little initial confusion regarding the project because of a similar project from someone else who had canceled. After that was resolved, Mr. Snow was very responsive and helpful. He took into account what we wanted and offered practical, cost-effective suggestions. The final design was executed quickly, professionally and is a beautiful piece that looks original to the house. I would definitely recommend Vision Quest Builders to others.

The end product was beautiful. I was involved in the design process with Vision Quest Builders but couldn't have come up with the beautiful design myself. They truly had a great vision for the space. We had a little trouble connecting with them via email a few times which caused some delays, but the staff was friendly and seemed eager to get things done correctly. I love the new built-in cabinets that was the end product!

Excellent timely service. Great work. Installed built in booksheles in the basement that transformed the room and refinished several antiques that needed strengthening and refurbishing. (6 dining chairs from the 1800's and a sideboard.) Beautiful!

Haven't started the work yet, but if the professionalism and knowledge that Vision Quest has shown so far is any indicator, it's going to be a great project!

We were time-driven on this project, and that was the only issue that arose. These guys have the 3 keys to a successful business: quality product, great service, and very reasonable prices. Conrad is a consumate professional, full of great ideas, but not pushy, and has solutions to problems. We have already started 3 more projects with Visionquest based on their performance with this job. Highly recommend.

Good service. The schedule originated at the beginning of the project was pretty accurate. The installers were experts. The artist rendition prior to doing the work was very helpful. I like it better than using computer generated graphics.

Conrad was very great with design, scheduling meetings to discuss and getting final approval from me - and the end results were great! Our bookcases turned out wonderfully - better than any store could provide.
