The experience went very well.  He explained everything to me and asked if I wanted him to call once he determined what was wrong with the vacuum cleaner.  He found that the cord was not working properly so he replaced it.  He did the work quickly and the price was very reasonable compared to other repair services I have encountered.

They repair all models and do a good job with a quick turn around time. There aren't a lot of repair shops out there, so it is good to find this one, and they do good work. They also sell vacuum accessories such as those hard to find vacuum bags or belts that no one has any more. The employees/owners are nice and professional. I don't think you will be disappointed to take your vacuum here to be repaired.
