Professional company. Did have to call them after the service to have the guy come back to make something a little better and they did with no issue and an apology. Nice people. The only reason I didn't give an A was because they had to come back.

I would not recommend this company at all. The gentleman who called is Gary. He seemed extremely annoyed as soon as I mentioned the hybrid water heater, because his company is not specialized at. I actually had already done research and figured our space is not big enough for hybrid and was just casually mentioning hybrid. I am not sure why he could become so annoyed, but I told him I was actually open to get a quote for traditional water heater and he gave me his email. I took time to take pictures and send him email for a quote but never heard from him, even after a followup. Gary did not exhibit as a professional. Besides, do not fall to his promotion either in Angie's list or at Yelp. It's SCAM. When he called, without every asking me any question, the first words he uttered is that the promotion posted is usally added with a "premium" , his hint is you have to pay a lot more than that. I mean he did not even know how big my house and our current water heater is. Honestly when we look for service, we usually don't look for the lowest price and I rarely negotiate. I clicked on the promotion as it was just an easy to click and I need someone to provide a quote anyway. Not a good start. Stay away from this kind of company. We have since had another company who came in and provide a reasonable quote on a traditional water heater and we'll have the project done in a few days.

It went as easily from my end as it could have gone. Gary is the owner and that is who I dealt with on the phone and at the house. This was a difficult job as the service water line came out of the house and then took an 8 ft. dip down in the front yard, then up again to hook into the main water line at the street.. The 8 ft. fall is probably the reason that the pipe originally started leaking a long time ago, but it wasn't evident until we had water flowing down our front yard to the street. Gary had someone out that day to check out the situation and he had an estimate to me within a day. They needed to have Miss Utility mark our lines and so the work couldn't start until that was accomplished. No one had any idea that the line had fallen down the 8 ft. at this time. They began work on a Thursday and 3 men including Gary worked tirelessly all day until about 6-7pm. It started to rain with a large thunderstorm and they had to stop work. They returned on Friday morning and completed the job that day. I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and their willingness to address all of my questions. Inadvertantly the crew left some tools at the house and when I called and told them they arragnged to come out again to pick them up and to check an area I was concerned about. I would highly recommend the Pipe Doctor to anyone who needed plumbing work of any kind done.

Prompt service. I called Monday am and they were on sight that afternoon. Professional. Wayne got right to work inspecting and assessing the problem and quickly offered a cost estimate to repair. Reasonable rates with Angie's List discount included. I am very happy with Wayne's work and I will definitely call The Pipe Doctor first for any future plumbing issues.

They were able to come the same day to unclog our kitchen sink. Communication was good and arrived on time with a 30 minute call ahead. He shared some good preventative tips for maintaining clear pipes everywhere in the house. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately the disposal blades were super stuck and could not be saved. A new one was installed at same visit. Excellent service

Not as planned since the shower replacement faucet was so corroded that Wayne could not remove the valve. He ended up opening up the wall to replace the piece containing the valve. He also checked the water pressure and adjusted it. He did not charge us for it. He also made a minor adjustment on the outside faucet without charge. Overall, Wayne was courteous and explained/showed me what he was doing. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring plumbing/sewer repairs.

Had the Pipe Doctor to install the main water shutoff valve and install kitchen faucet. The gentleman was polite, the price was reasonable. He did excellent job on both and we are very happy about it. Also, after installations, he cleaned the work area thoroughly! He was also careful to ware a plastic protection layer while working in the house. Very happy with the service. Will use the service again.

I had a very slow leak so didn't need an emergency service. I called Pipe Dr on a Monday and scheduled a service visit for Wednesday morning. I got a call from the tech when he was on the way. He arrived as scheduled, provided an estimate quickly and completed the repair within 1.5hr. He was courteous and professional. He removed a length of pipe with the leaking union and an elbow that looked bad. It was in a basement ceiling. I had already opened up the drywall to expose the pipe. I had a similar repair that cost me just south of $900. The Pipe Dr. charge me $350 that included a 25% Sr. discount. Even without the discount it would have been about half the cost. Give these guys a call.

The good - The product they install is a commercial grade gas water heater, the plumbing work completed is outstanding, I give 4/ out of 5 stars, they forgot to clean up the work area. Five stars had they did. You pay more than Home Depot/Lowes but you are getting something out of a plumbing supply house which is build at a higher quality standard than retail stores. It says clearly that $950 for a 50-gallon gas water heater installation, labor and materials included . I asked for a written estimate several time and I was never provided one. I was giving a sliding verbal estimate every time I asked for a written estimate, and it slid up every time I asked. An Angie's list deal is contract, that a vendor is supposed stay with the limits of. It is clear, this vendor doesn't honor this deal and uses Angie's list to bait and switch. I spoke to Angie's customer support list and the average price should have $1300-1400, this was supposed to be a Angie's list deal should have been $950.00 and deviations should have been identified in the fine print and a firm fixed price for the item. For example, if the overflow drum needs to be replaced for an example $250.00 additional cost or pipe replacement at $100.00 a yard. This how a vendor can mitigate cost risk and being upfront and honest to the customer. The Ugly - The vendor did even have have the courtesy to let me know that there would be a 2% charge for using a credit card to pay for services costing an additional $46.50 until after the job was done. Lesson Learned - I did not author the Angie's list deal, the vendor did. If a vendor advertises a deal on Angie's list, they should be prepared to honor and stand behind it 100%. The vendor instead engages predatory business practices but not honoring its own authored Angie's list deal. Further more, the vendor uses Angie's list to generate business leads through an Angie's list deal and over charge the customer when they get on site. Buyer beware of this vendor.

I highly recommend the Pipe Doctor. I had a burst hosebib (from frozen water) in a tricky location in my basement behind drywall. They quickly scheduled a service call that fit my schedule, and sent email and sms reminders for the appointment. Wayne showed up exactly on time and fixed the problem (replaced pipe and a spigot and shut-off valve) quickly and cleanly. Wayne was courteous, professional and took the time to explain what he was going to do, how, why, and afterwards, how the new set up worked and how to avoid the problem in the future. He made the experience as stress-free and pleasant as possible. The cost was quite reasonable. I will definitely turn to Pipe Doctor (and request Wayne) next time I need plumbing help.

Everything went great. They were on time, did the work quickly and professionally. They also answered all of the questions that I had and did so in a very professional manner. Would definitely use them again. A+ on all accounts.

In the process of selling our house, and a last minute issue came up with one of our showers. The Pipe Doctors, specifically Jimmy and Luis were able to come out same day and have the problem fixed at a reasonable price. Very professional service, I'll be keeping their business card.

Called Pipe Doctor and spoke with Wayne the owner, explained my problem and he personally came out with his helper. Had to have the water company turn off the main at the street so the repairs could be made. They went right to work had made all the repairs very quickly. I will definitely used The Pipe Doctor again for future work.

Shawn and Brandon were amazing. Punctual, responsive and explained everything clearly. They came and diagnosed the problem quickly and offered alternatives. They fixed the problem and left my house spotless! thanks Shawn and Brandon!

The Pipe Doctor provided A+ service. My home is about 60 years old and needed the outdoor shutoff valves replaced. I called on Tuesday afternoon, the plumber arrived (on-time) Wed morning. Shawn explained fully the work that needed to be done, and was very professional in all aspects of the job. I felt their price was competitive for the provided service.

Outstanding service!!! Helpful, and total experts. They fixed my problem quickly and the price was GREAT! Would recommend highly to anyone. Just knowing someone I can call in the future for emergencies or plumbing help is a great relief.
