We review plans and specifications and discussed them with our internal team and proposed subcontractors. We are confident that our team is complete and accurate. Tech 24 reviews plans thoroughly. With over 100 tradesmen on staff our in house ability to self-perform is unique. This autonomy is what allows us to think through the estimating process as we are building it on paper. We can pick up on gaps in the plans, important details, and think through logistical areas. In addition to our staff we have close relationships with suppliers and selective subcontractors from whom we may obtain additional insight. Tech 24 will staff the job with experienced and highly qualified effective management, tradesmen, subcontractors and supervisory personnel. We have hand select personal for each project team from Tech 24's diverse 165-person professional staff. Tech 24 holds master licenses in every trade including: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, gas, and has half a dozen class "A" contractors on staff. We have direct experience with similar tenant improvement build-outs, site logistical planning, and control. Our collaborative style ensures that all levels of Tech 24's organization are involved with the project from its inception. Every team member is actively accountable through administration and documentation to completion of the project.
