I didn't realize that this company does not service the Brooklyn, NY area. They responded immediately, however, so I was able to cancel the order. They also followed up with a phone call, which I appreciated. Too bad I don't have any carpets to clean in Virginia!

"Dear Customer, Thank you for purchasing one of our services through Big Deal for 89 for 5 rooms. This service is for the steam carpet cleaning. Main idea of this is refresh your carpets remove dusts and allergens and maybe some light stains. Deep cleaning is another service that we provide, which is remove traffic areas heavily soiled stains, and spots from the carpet and it cost extra. We provided all of this this information over the phone, before booking the job, to avoid any surprises or misunderstandings. Also at arrival, after a walk around, our technician before proceeding to work explains all of extra charges if any of them needed. All of the decisions are made based on the state of each and individual customer carpets, and it is customer’s decision to get them or not. Also in the Fine print of your Big Deal: -Extreme pet stains; odors, or other difficult spots, may incur additional charges -Heavily soiled areas or stains can also be done for an additional surcharge"

I had this company out to clean and deodorize wall-to-wall carpets that my old dog has practically ruined with urine, vomit & bloody emissions. (I'd used Nature's Miracle & a Bissel steam machine for hours, without much success.) All the stains are gone, though the smell lingers (but is reduced). I'm sure the urine has gone through to the pad, & won't be gone until we rip up the carpet.

SV carpet allowed me to reschedule my January appointment to Dec. 18 when I couldn't take the smell anymore. He was on time & very professional. I would absolutely use this company again.

Stannis, the owner, arrived on time, surveyed the areas to be cleaned, set up his equipment and went right to work. He was fast, but through and did a quality job.  The carpet itself is old and worn, but looks good enough now to squeeze another year or two out of it.

Stannis was polite and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to use his service again.

The technician checked on the time the day prior and reconfirmed the morning of the service. He arrived right on time and walked through the house before provided an explanation of any adjustments based on the condition of the carpet. Once that was agreed to, he began cleaning. He was efficient and totally professional. The carpets had not been cleaned in 5 years. It was a lot of work, but done expertly. When the job was done, he explained what he had done and asked if there were any questions. The work was outstanding! The next time I have to get the carpets done, I will seek this company out.

Excellent customer serves and job well done. We hired "Sv Carpet Cleaning LLC" to clean carpet in our new house. Carpet was in the terrible condition and Stas was able to make it look like a new. There was not hidden fees or extra charges. We were impressed with level of the customer services and we would definitely hire "Sv Carpet Cleaning LLC" next time when we need carpet cleaning.

I have a one bedroom apartment that I haven’t cleaned for the past two years. On the phone I was asked several questions and upon further review, was told that some of the area might need some deep cleaning that would be extra. I had some stains in the higher traffic areas like the living room and dining room. On the day of the appointment, the technician walked around and honestly told me that even after the deep cleaning, the carpet won’t look brand new. I was worried about it but overall the carpet looks great, and I was very happy with the results. I also asked if he could add some deodorizer, because I smoke inside sometimes. He happily added that and the carpet is very clean and fresh now

Went well, they are prompt, explain what to anticpate after they are finished.  They work quickly and leave no mess or disturb anything.  Takes a little longer for deep cleaning areas to dry, even after being told that it would take 4 hrs to dry.  Mostly due to cooler weather and humidty.  Otherwise I was satisfied.

I really glad that i called them. It was very easy to schedule the day and time for my 2 bedroom apartment. He confirmed everything with the email and also he called, when he was on the way here. It took about an hour to clean all areas (on my opinion that was fast) and the carpet look really good right now!

If you are looking for a super carpet cleaning job, call SV Carpet Cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have a toddler and two cats. Believe me I have a lot of stains on my carpets. SV Carpet Cleaning was able to get all the stains out and I'm completely satisfied with the results. They were very patient and polite. There's nothing better than a clean carpet.
