"We pulled notes, and the team leader offered a credit onsite, and the customer said no. Sorry to see a review from service 2 years ago, this limits any resolution as credit was refused, we urge our customers to contact us within a normal timeframe for anything amiss if they have 2nd thoughts. The final price WAS within original quoted amount of $275-$375 and the customer agreed to this cost. Professional cleaning takes time. Often customers don't realize the attention their home needs in corners and along baseboards. Customer's bathrooms were very dirty. In addition, we sent communication asking if everything went well during the cleaning. Customer did not respond, nor inform us of changing her mind to ask for a credit for any broken item. SparkleClean always cover any broken items with replacement or credit, we apologize for the break. If you tell Maids "its ok, dont worry about it" during the cleaning then we believe its ok. We are easy to reach by phone, text or email and we would have given a credit to make it right. We wish the customer would have taken the credit onsite for the broken item or contacted us directly to handle this issue."

"We are sad to see such a poor review. Honestly, we know the cleaning was done well and cleaning was fully inspected, our operations manager fully inspected all cleaning done in the home. We welcome any details of anything that wasn't cleaned well as we checked everything and it was cleaned to a high level. The main complaint is that we arrived late. It was an honest mistake. Our office both called and sent an email waiting to hear from customer. We sent our operations manager to help get the team caught up as soon as we learned of this error. We explained that we went to same street name in customer's neighborhood and ended up at Court not [Member Information Removed], sadly Court's door was open so we mistakenly we went in and cleaned... sadly, and true we cleaned the wrong house, for 1 hour 30 minutes. Please ask your neighbor for proof if you don't believe our truth, as we hope you will see this response. When the wrong owner came home, we were terribly embarrassed, and the gentleman was polite, actually happy for the "free clean" and sent us to the correct address. During the cleanings it was clear customer was angry, we tried to impress the customer with the cleaning instead as there was nothing we could do about the error. Afterwards, we got no response from customer, we tried calling and emailing to touch base and have a conversation. We apologized, it was human error. It was just an accident, as stated we gave a discount and asked for feedback on the cleaning twice with no response. Very unfortunate circumstance as our quality of cleaning is high, and work was inspected by our operations manager, maids worked expediently as to not inconvenience the customer's day too late. Customer was angry onsite regardless of our work. We would be happy to try and make it right but customer gave us no feedback until this poor review. We are truly sorry you are disappointed, but its not based on the quality of work, as we checked, but when mistakes happen its hard to fix with no response from customer. We encourage being reachable during cleanings and open dialogue so we can be sure you are happy. Without happy customers, we have no business. We pledge to always make it right, and determined with no response from customer, that providing a discount was the best way to show that we were sorry."
It an A each time, they did an excellent job, and B on the price cause it is high.
