Superbly. They used a durable thick foam to ensure the chair will be comfortable for many years to come. Also, they marked the 4 cushions with chalk and the bottoms with painter's tape so I could easily screw the cushions back on to the original chairs for a perfect fit. Finally, they promised one week turnaround but accomplished the job over the weekend, knowing that I was busy preparing for a trip out of town the following week.

Very smoothly. Julie was knowledgeable about their inventory of fabrics and made what I thought would be a difficult decision quick and easy. The chairs were finished in a timely fashion and we were pleased with the sleek and updated look of the fifty year old furniture. The entire transaction was friendly and professional.

I love this company.  They are a bit expensive but the choice of material and the quality of work make it worth the price. 
Julie is really great at suggesting possible fabrics based on what you need.

We first went to Sparkle to select fabrics to recover our club chairs and seat cushions. They have an extensive selection of fabrics from which to chose. Julie was very helpful in helping search for what we wanted. The chairs were delivered today and we can't be more thrilled. The workmanship is impeccable. The customer service is outstanding. We would highly recommend them to anyone and we will definitely use them again in the future. It was an all around A+ experience.

We had an excellent experience with Sparkle Upholstery.  They have an extensive selection of fabric samples to choose from. Julie Kim was very helpful in quickly determining what type of fabric we were looking for (despite our vague description) and selecting the appropriate samples from their fabric "library" stacks to choose from. They did an outstanding job in reupholestering our dining room chairs and refreshing the wood.  They were highly professional, extremely pleasant and very prompt.  We plan to hire them again for future upholstery needs.  We had an outstanding experience with Sparkle Upholstery and would recommend the firm without any hesitation.

I found Sparkle because of excellent reviews on Angie's List. The reviews did not lead me astray. I had a Danish teak chair from the 1960s that needed cushions. I had found some great vintage upholstery fabric from the era at a specialty store and Sparkle was happy to use that rather than selling me their own fabric. left the chair and fabric with them--they said my job would be complete in two weeks. The chair was ready a day early and I was very pleased with the result. They were careful to replicate vintage details, including the piping on both sides so the cushions can be flipped. The quality is excellent. I had some trouble getting the chair in my car, and the gentleman helping me load it was incredibly helpful. They are very pleasant folks to work with and I understand why their reviews are so good. Upholstering is expensive no matter where you go, but at least with Sparkle, you get what you pay for.

We brought in 4 dining room chairs to be re-upholstered. The chairs are 30 years old and the seats were worn. I met with Julie and she helped me find the right fabric--color and texture. The chairs look lovely and the seats are now very comfortable. While a bit on the expensive side, Sparkle did a great job and well worth it. I expect the chairs to last for another 30 years! Superior service! Very professional, quality work, attention to detail. Quick turn around time and goes the extra mile for the customer. We couldn't be happier with the work.

I called them on the 3rd. Asked for a quote which they provided and a time to drop them off on the 4th (today). They both exceeded my expectations in quality of services. They charged lower than expected AND turned around the project within a few hours -- much sooner than they expected. The person who handled my call was also there to greet me this morning and remembered our conversations. She was fantastic and knowledgable. It was WELL worth spending the 400 to replace the cushion foam. We should have done it YEARS ago. It beat buying a new coach.

I went to Sparkle Upholstery with two leather office chairs and a foot stool that needed to be refinished and reupholstered. Julie helped me choose a recycled leather in a color that coordinated with other colors in my home. The chairs had feather cushions that I took home and cleaned, which saved me money. I could have had them perform the service, but they were very accomodating.
The chairs were finished in the time frame promised and were delivered to my home at the arranged time.

Our sofa and love seat had been shredded by our cats, but the basic structure and cushions were fine. I found it was less expensive to reupholster than replace the sofas with furniture of comparable quality. I checked out several upholsterers, some of whom offered lower prices and faster turnaround, but none gave me the level of confidence that Julie Kim did when I visited the premises to check out fabrics. There was a huge selection of fabrics, and Julie pointed me to ones that met my criteria (navy blue base, contemporary design, extremely hard-wearing, and smooth to the touch so it would not be inviting to claws). Julie was easy to talk to and very professional. The work took about 5 weeks, but it was well worth the wait. Unlike some other companies, Sparkle Upholstery does all work on their premises. The quality exceeded my expectations: When it came back, the furniture looked better than it did when it was brand new. A protective spray had been applied to the new fabric, which looked exactly as I'd envisioned, and all scratches on the wood trim had been touched up. Sparkle both picked up and delivered the furniture, showing up right on time and getting the furniture into and out of the truck quickly. I highly recommend this company.
