SOS Appliance Technician got it completely wrong. After not receiving an estimate and not hearing back from SOS Appliance for more than a week and not having a working refrigerator, I contacted another repair company in Woodbridge,VA on 22 Jul. They 2nd Technician tested the compressor and determined that nothing was wrong with it. After further testing, he found a leak in the cooling system, which caused all the Freon to leak out, and not work properly.He showed me the area where the leak occurred, He provided a written estimate the same day and we accepted it.
SOS Appliance Management stated that they contacted me and provided me with an estimate. They never contacted me and did not provide me with estimate. Its been more than two weeks and still no response from them.
One of the worst customer experiences we've had.

We send a technician on july 15 ,he found bad compressor wich is an expensive part we did call many defferent places to get the best price so its only 2 business days,we called on monday with an estimate .when you already hit us with bad review. sorry for the delay we try to do our best on the future"

By 12pm, no one arrived. I called the number I called yesterday to follow up and received a recording that the number was "temporarily disconnected." I couldn't believe it and tried several more times to make sure I had the number right.
Then I found their website, and I found a DC number (I had been calling the VA number). I spoke to someone who said that he would check and get back to me.
30 minutes later with no response, I called the DC number back. And got a recording that the number was "temporarily disconnected." I then tried the MD number listed on the website and got the same recording.
As I sat there in disbelief, the recording played out--that the number was "temporarily disconnected"--several times, and then it gave me the option to leave a message in a voicemail box. In other words, it seems like the entire recording is fake and they use this as their outgoing message on their voicemail.
I didn't bother leaving a message--if that's your outgoing message, I don't get the impression you expect any voicemails or check it.
I am very disappointed and will be asking Angie's List to refund my payment.
"Dear customer, We have been trying to reach you ,and have left messages for you since january 24,we sent you written message with no answer ,on april 19 you call back we set up appointment [april 21 ,between 9 and 12 ]. We called with no answer. We apologize for the inconvenience , Please call us to work something out for you ."
