HORRIBLE!!! NIGHTMARE!!! Our property manager was Twee Nguyen and Cindy Thomas was the office manager. They "managed" our property for 2 years and didn't even inspect it. The tenants trashed the place, painted, stole our showerheads, TV  mounts, had several dogs in the house (we were not told), they destroyed the brand new carpet and this  horrible property management company collected our money and didn't do a thing! We will sue them.

What a disaster! To be honest I should have been watching over their shoulder but since I hired them to manage the property I actually thought they would do so. At first it seemed ok when we could get them to respond to our calls. They did find a few good renters who kept the property reasonably taken care of. However, when worked needed to be done they never followed up on the work to determine if it was done correctly. One time the workmen they contracted for did work on the townhouse next to ours! They didn't even know because they didn't check. As the final act to this mistake, we discovered that while only two people were supposed to be living in the house there were actually five and they trashed the place. Additionally, they were very slow to process funds that were due to be returned to us. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I give them the highest rating possible. The offer excellent customer service.
