Sundar was great - came right away and did a thorough inspection. From the time of my first call to the completion of his trap setting - 2 hours!! Awesome job!! Then he actually CALLED ME to see how the traps were working and came to check them free of charge! I decided to sign up for his full inspection service - very reasonable - and because I am not comfortable with harsh pesticides, he is using GREEN PRODUCTS!!! Cannot say enough good things about this man or his company. You call - he comes. If you have an rodent or pest worries? CALL SUNDAR. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I met Sundar when a friend of mine was getting his home treated. Ever since fall began, I realized there is mice activity inside my home. Caught 3 using glue traps. These are field mice and as winter is approaching, I thought there will be more coming. I called Pest Chase and set up an appointment for inspection and found out that there has been activity going on in basement and under the sink in the kitchen. They explained me in detail what they are going to do since this type of treatment needs a follow up service, we went ahead and signed the contract. So far very satisfied with the company's responsiveness and knowledge. Will highly recommend them for anyone out there looking for the service. 
I will watch out how this treatment goes and am willing to continue their service in future for the great customer service they have.

Let me begin by thanking you for your unprecedented professionalism in the inspection of my home recently for pests.  I emailed you on a federal holiday fully expecting that I would not get a return call until the next day at the earliest yet to my surprise, you called me back that same day and said that after a termite inspection appointment, you would be happy to do the FREE inspection of my house.  I have had a lot of experience running a rather large household and as a result have dealt with quite a few contractors, mostly good but sometimes bad.  Without a doubt, you were by far the most conscientious, friendly yet professional person I have ever worked with.  Your willingness to cover almost every inch of my house in search of the pests, including moving heavy furniture around and then helping me return it to its proper place just goes above and beyond the call.  Luckily, I didn?t have any pests but you dealt with me honestly and did not try to sell me services I did not need as others
have tried in the past.  So for any of you out there trying to figure out which of the pest companies are the most reputable to deal with, in my opinion this is THE one, by far.  And did I emphasize the inspection was free and that Mr. William came out on a federal holiday?  Name a company that gives that level of service.  Pest Chase lives up to the high standards listed on its website and I will call upon your company should the need arise in the future.

I was impressed with the owner's responsiveness.

There have been several reports of mice in the neighborhood.  Therefore, based on past experience, I thought it would be wise to preempt any attempts by mice or any other organisms attempting to seek the warmth of my house now that the weather is turning cold.  So far no unwanted intruders.
