Paulas cleaning is excellent. I contacted Paula in early Sept seeking a move out clean of a studio apt in DC. This was last minute and Paula had me scheduled in less than a week. Day of cleaning: The ladies arrived on time (early) and went right to work. The move out cleaning was very thorough that included : Blind cleaning, refrigerator (interior/ exterior), oven (interior / exterior) , tops of cabinets and so much more detail I was not expecting. No idle chit-chat or breaks were taken. The landlord stated she had never seen such an excellent clean tidy apartment and a follow up cleaner was NOT required before move in. Fair price, reliable , trustworthy, dependable.

I got Paula's Organic Cleaning from Angie's List and have been using it for a little over a year now and am very happy with the service. The cleaners are always on time and work quickly and professionally. I called the company originally because it uses organic cleaning supplies and it really does! Every other housecleaner has used regular cleaning supplies and the house always smelled very toxic when they were through.

They do clean everything and very thoroughly and with a good attitude. The issue is that they charge a lot, and if you're not home, they send two women instead of three. That mean's you're paying about $42 an hour per person. That was too high for me, esp. compared to the going rate in the region. Plus, they don't accept credit card.

They were always good and responsive. They did a good job. Yeah, they were great. They did a great job. They were great all the way around including price. For three and four people are like $100 an hour.

This is written just as an update. Paula has been taking care of my home for about five years. Her service now it's just as good as it was when she began. I heartedly recommend her company.

Have been using Paula's Organic Cleaning for the past two years.  On their first visit they performed a deep clean, and since then have brought back the same team -- who know our house very well -- for a monthly regular cleaning.  I have had some scheduling issues getting them to come earlier in the day in order to finish before everyone is home from work, but Paula is always responsive to my concerns.  Her team is thorough, thoughtful, consistent, and highly professional.  They bring their own cleaning tools and supplies, which are nontoxic (great for my sensitive toddler), and leave the house looking and smelling simply *clean*.   Highly recommended.  

I love Paula's cleaning.  We have a team of three women who work for two hours per visit and they leave the apartment clean and tidy.  They are really sweet women, love our dog, and do a fantastic job.  They even folded the unfolded laundry I lazily left last time, something I've never asked them to do.  The products they use are good quality and smell great.  When I went from once every two weeks to once a week, Paula let me know that they would not need to be there as long and reduced the price accordingly--something I've never experienced with a service provider.  Paula can usually accommodate a change in schedule and is very flexible.  The only tiny drawback is that they don't come at the same time every Friday, so I need to be a little flexible too (though if I need to know when they're coming I can text Paula and she gets right back to me).  Overall however I would definitely recommend them!

Paula's Organic Cleaning is fantastic!  Her team did an exceptional job cleaning our three floor townhouse.  We have been doing renovations in the townhouse for the last three months so there was a lot of dust and debris.  The house was spotless after they left and did not smell like any of the harsh chemicals typically used. We were very happy with this service and will continue to use Paula's Organic Cleaning for regular cleaning.

3 cleaners came and did a very thorough job cleaning my condo. The bathroom kitchen and office were the shining spots. They neatly stacked up all my papers (3 months of mail piled up) and the even made little decorative bows of the tissue boxes I had. They were on time, the worked the whole time and weren't overly chatty and there wasn't anything they left unattended.

Paula's organic cleaning service is amazing. Paula is a pleasure to deal with and the girls are as well. I recently had alot of construction in the house so it was very dusty and a mess. I knew it was going to take a little longer because of this. It took 2 girls about 5 hours to clean the place. For maintenance it should be just about an 1-1.5 hours.
What drew me to them is the all organic products which was important to me.
I came home this evening to a incredibly clean and fresh house. The girls are incredibly detail oriented.
There is a difference between cleaning companies. They clean more than superficial dust and do a through cleaning.
I highly recommend them and will continue service with them.

Great! We have the same crew of 3 come every week and what a difference it makes! They are not only hard workers, thoughtful, and provide excellent service, but they are also very sweet to my two small girls. I am very happy with the service and plan to use them for a long time to come!

Paula's Organic Cleaning has been consistently excellent.  They are fast, professional, thorough, and reliable.
We are always impressed with how clean everything is when they are done, and we also appreciate that there are no chemical fumes from the products they use.  
It is very easy to work with Paula by email about scheduling.

I really like Paula's Organic Cleaning.  They do a VERY good job.  They are the second company I've used, after having to fire the first company for doing crappy work.  I am very happy with how my home looks after the ladies are done cleaning.
 It's a three-person crew and they charge $85 per hour.  It takes them two hours to clean my 3 bd 1.5 bath home with a full basement.  So it is more expensive than other cleaning services I've tried and priced out.  But it is totally worth the extra money.  I am a really nit-picky meticulous person and I find absolutely nothing to complain about after they're done cleaning.  
I highly recommend them.

The quality of the service is "fine," not outstanding but average. The scheduling and communication, however, are unprofessional at best.  
For our first service, we chose a deep cleaning and scheduled arrival at Paula's preferred time of 8am (which required rearranging our morning routine with the kids, etc.).  The team did not arrive and before 9, I contacted Paula to learn, after some delay while my day ticked away, that the team would not arrive until mid-day.  Boxed into a corner with an event at our home planned the next day, I agreed but suggested that a discount would be in order.  Paula eventually agreed, but then the team charged what I understood to be the full rate anyway.  Paula said we would make it up the next time. Silly me.
A few weeks later, I contacted Paula to schedule a cleaning. Why oh why!? The day before, I asked what approximate time the team would arrive.  Paula says, 12:30-1pm.
At 11am, I had just walked in from morning events and was scurrying around picking up to prepare for the cleaning, when the team arrives. I explain that the estimated time is 12:30, and they were lucky I was even home to let them in. The team say NOTHING, but walks back to the car without explanation. They sit in the car for some time and then drive away. 
I text Paula at this point and say that the team can come back as early as 12.  A full 20 minutes later, she responds that the team cannot return. Yes, she did apologize, but that's fairly empty when someone rearranges their day to accommodate a service providers schedule (twice, my bad!) and they simply cannot keep to an estimated time.  12 noon, sure, 11am, no. 
While I completely understand that it is difficult to estimate time for cleaning services, the service completely retains the choice not to offer an estimated time. Or, make it a 5 hour window.  Now that I've read more reviews, I see that I am not the only person to experience this.

The team always did a great job cleaning and appeared to be very efficient. We were a bit disappointed, though, to see at one visit that at least some of the cleaning supplies did not appear to be organic brands. We also had scheduling difficulties where different times were communicated to the team versus what we were told and we were not available at the time the team had been told. In trying to resolve that scheduling issue we found the communication to be very poor and chose not to use the service again for these two reasons.

THe ladies were nice and thorough and use natural products. One of my best house cleaning experiences.

They were horrible. The owner called me and apologized. They basically didn’t clean. I told them that I could help them with the sheets and show how to do it properly. She said that her partner had just come off of maternity leave. So, she couldn’t lift some of the stuff. The manager was very apologetic and refunded my fees. I will never use them again. They should have taken care of their staff; so I guess there was miscommunication.

I've been using Paula's service for the last few months & it's been a real blessing, having the crew here.  Three hardworking women arrive at my door every other Tuesday to perform their magic.  This is my first experience with a housekeeping service---I've been so reluctant to turn it over, but have finally arrived at that point in life when I must--and I couldn't be more pleased. In these months, they've gotten to know where I'm fussiest (no street shoes in the house! please use the vacuum I provide!), how I like things, what needs the most attention, what can sometimes be let go (although they always ask first), and all of this performed with smiles! They're a dream team, this crew.  Now, they're tending to a house that was immaculate to start with---and in hiring them, my intention has been to keep it that way---but they do an excellent job in living up to my expectations.

Paula's husband, William, has also gotten into the act and now provides additional cleaning and maintenance services, making this company even better.  William was here today to do a lot of heavy outside cleaning, including gutters and power-washing a long cement driveway, plus a carport, walkway & patio.  He did a fabulous job!  Just great! And he's the nicest guy ever, just so easy to work with, and so conscientious!  Aside from giving Paula's business a boost by offering additional heavy-cleaning services, he's also a master in concrete (almost 30 years experience; we plan to call him in the spring for a job), and probably more than knows his way around whatever else you might need to have done in your home.

I've been using Paula's Organic Cleaning for about a year now.  In the beginning it was a little touch and go BUT we had a ton of snow storms, I had an odd schedule, and I have two LARGE dogs (and a couple of other pets), plus we had recently moved from CO where things are a bit different.  They have surpassed my expectations many times over, especially in the last six months!  I worked from home for a bit to get the dogs acclimated to their presence but I couldn't do it long term due to the expectations of my job, and that hasn't been an issue since.  
After the first couple of times where we had some mis communication (my fault equally if not much, much more) I can honestly say I couldn't be happier!  They are normally awesome, but this past week, they surpassed awesome, my house looked like a bomb exploded, I had been out of town for a week, I'd had people stay here, AND I had made homemade pasta (wow THAT was a mess!).  Her team FAR surpassed even my consideration of good.  With my crazy busy schedule, I can honestly say that I REALLY look forward to the days when her team comes!  It is honestly the one day bi weekly where I DON'T have to worry about ANYTHING..literally anything, from sheets, to dishes, to vacuuming to "dear god what do I do about the fur"...I can come home, pop open my laptop (did I mention the crazy hours) finish work and simply go to bed.  WELL worth it in my opinion.

Paula's Organic Cleaners has been our go-to since we moved in over a year ago. The only good choice we have found that uses organic cleaning products, Paula's crew gets the job done in about two hours. Punctual and professional, we love the flexibility (once a month or so) that Paula's crew has. We have a toddler and our house sometimes gets messier than other times, they do a great job every time. We also love the fact that Paula personally deals with us, is always very responsive and we don't know what we would do without her and her crew. The few times we wanted to add a service (deep clean the oven, fridge etc) they have been accommodating, even last for last minute add-ons.

Paula's cleaning service has always been wonderful. They are hard working, respectful and very thorough. We came to really look forward to coming home after we knew they were scheduled for cleaning. They use organic products so the house always smelled fresh and not industrial after cleanings. 
The ladies are very trustworthy, they had the combination to get into our home when we were not there and we were very comfortable with them being there when we were not. 
Paula is very easy to get a hold of and she is extremely accommodating. They were able to do our move out cleaning with only a couple days notice. 
For the 2 years that they cleaned for us there were no hiccups or issues. If we could take them with us to Colorado we would!
