Arrived as scheduled due to weather permitting. Friendly, professional straight to the point. Cleaned all items of old gutter. I called most of my neighbors and recommended their service.

The gentlemen they sent out were polite, prompt, and professional. They noticed a crack in my downspout and they took some photos to provide one of their estimators.

We called for an estimate to get a small 3 foot section of gutter re-installed after it had come loose from our house. The tech was timely and efficient - the only positive. They provided an estimate of more $1,000 for the total job, which included a quote for replacing the fascia and separate quotes for replacing the gutter AND repairing the gutter. I am unsure how one replaces a gutter then has to REPAIR it and why they are two separate charges. They also provided us with an estimate to simply re-attach the existing gutter without any other work. Since money is tight, we opted for that work. My wife had to contact them twice, outlining exactly what we wanted to be done, before they finally responded. When they finally called, the customer service rep seemed confused and tried to confirm that I wanted to pay $800 to replace the portion of gutter. When I told her that I didn't want that, she had a field manager call me to "discuss." He called and said "well, see the issue there is we have a minimum job charge." I ended the call quickly, as I had no interest in continuing working with them. I looked at their site and their Angie's list page which says nothing about minimum job charges. It may be buried somewhere, but seems shady they aren't more up front about that. Will not be calling them ever again.

Very satisfied with the work done. Gutters look strong and the flashing work looks excellent.

The job went pretty much as expected. Metro Gutter did need to reschedule one scheduled service due to another job taking much longer than expecting and the follow-up due to an employee absence.

I have used Metro Gutter for gutter cleaning for a few years, and have had other repair work done for soffits, etc. After the heavy rains in July I had a leak in my kitchen from the roof over the bay window (a recurring problem). Metro came and determined that the brick facade needed to be repaired. They were extremely responsive in fixing this in a timely manner and came back to ensure that work was done properly. I don't think I have ever had such good customer service as Metro has provided. I give them high marks!
