They were very professional, courteous, promt, and completed construction on a timely schedule. I would most definitely recommend this company to my friends--in fact I will be recommending them to others.

We really enjoyed working with MW Construction--during the project, they were very responsive, terrific at working within our budget and producing a beautiful result. When there were issues that developed throughout the project, they were great at remedying the situation professionally and efficiently. There are a few finishing touches that feel like they were a bit rushed (trash can installed on wrong end of island, no floor trim installed in front of dishwasher, etc.) but overall we were very pleased. I would definitely recommend them, but I would suggest making sure that you have everything you want done, and fixes, touch up, problems resolved during the course of the project. While they gave a one-year full coverage warranty, it was difficult to get a hold of them once the project was finished to have them back out to remedy a few minor problems. However, during the project--a really great team, respectful, helpful, considerate and did a beautiful job working within our budget! Overall we were very happy and recommend MW Construction.

Great service, quality, and value! We had them back within weeks to do flooring job, and will be contacting them soon for a bathroom remodel.

This contractor had multiple projects going at once which stretched the workforce pretty thin. My renovation took longer than a 10 x 17 room should have. However, I do feel I was compensated with additional items that were not in the original quote. In the end, the kitchen looks great but the food isn�t any better.

MW Marks Construction was an excellent team of professionals. I interviewed 5 companies, and had a good vibe from these guys over the phone which was confirmed in person. Beginning to end, Greg, Drew and their team were honest, fair, and produce results in a timely manor. We had a side addition with roof installed. In addition, electrical work in the home was completed. The door, lights, roof, looks wonderful. All our wishes and expectations were meet! A pleasure from start to finish

MW Construction exceeded all my expectations. The entire team from the beginning to end were professional, honest, and flexible for the length of the project. Communication was excellent and they offered the best solution for my needs. The job was done on time and on budget! I highly recommend them for additions and other home construction jobs. I will definately be using them in the future.

I was impressed with MW's attention to detail and customer service in remodeling my kitchen. I would recommend them to anyone for a project like this.

They took 4 weeks to finish my kitchen whereas other contractors quoted 1.5 weeks. Communication was slow in the begining which caused the delay. They don't clean up at the end of the day so trash was left at my place for the duration of the 4 weeks. I had to called them back to finish some jobs. Their managment was kind hard to deal with but gave me some discount to make up for the hassle which I would preferred have the job done as quickly and professionally completed.

They were great to work with and very flexible when it came to changes and modifications. I would definitely use them for future projects.

Project initially began bumpy due to lack of communication with the contractor. On two occasions the crew did not show, and we were either not notified or told after inquring about the crew lateness. But after having a chat with the project manager about expectations, we quickly developed a good working relationship. Overall quality turned out very good, and while the cabinets selected are nice we would have preferred to have a wider selection to choose from. During my quote MW was pushing American Woodmark and their "savings" at Home Depot. If we had another home project, we would seriously consider MW Construction.

MWCS were very good at responding to questions and following up on concerns, and adding additional work as needed. They even personally helped us select materials. They also seem quite honest and trustworthy. The work itself was very good, although there were some hiccups because of subcontractors' errors. My only complaint is that the job was estimated to take 3 weeks, and it took about 7.

We contracted with MW to install a storage floor in my garage. We participated in every step of the planning and MW adjusted the build to fit our finacial ability. The build started on the scheduled date. The crew was courteous and worked all day every day. The job by MW exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

Byron and Greg were very responsive to my concerns/questions. It took time to work out details. Removal of the deck began this week. I don't have any comments at this time as to the quality of their work.

They did a fantastic job. Worked late and on weekends to ensure the work was done correctly.

The only criticism I have is that the contractor did not visit the site prior to the start of work. That would give the homeowner a chance to make any changes or voice any requests that they might have. It is not unusual for a homeowner to think of little details after the contract is made. They should have a walk through prior to starting, expecially is there has been a lag in time from contract to start of job. ALso, the workers did not make clear exactly what the were doing and when. I thought they were done, but was pleasantly surprised to find that they were repairing the lawn that had been damaged. Also, there were two cars in the garage when they started demolition of the driveway. We didn't know they were there until it was too late to move the cars. All in all, the experience was good. The job was well done, and I am happy with the result.

I had a stamped concrete driveway done. Very good work for the price.
