Description of Work: I had used Kesterson when I lived in Del Ray several years ago so I called them to replace a drain trap I had accidentally punctured with a drill. They came out the next day at the time they said they would be there. The plumber, Scott, said it looked difficult. He would have to cut out sections of the pipe on either side of the trap. My daughter was home so I left for work expecting a big bill, but she texted me later that he had finished and the entire bill was $216. When I got home the work was top notch. He had even corrected a slope problem from the original installation. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This is a good neighborhood business with conscientious professionals who really know their stuff. The price was a bit high (no way to avoid that, I guess), but even at these prices I felt confident that we got reasonable value for our money. We will certainly call them again!

Description of Work: Wonderful family owned company. Plumbers are friendly and professional and work quickly to resolve your issues. We had a gas leak and they were there quickly and after hours and were so polite and helpful. Got our leak fixed and the girls about to shower with hot water!

 + -1 moreI called at about 10:30 this morning and was told someone would be here between 12:00 and 4:00. The service man arrived at 12:30. He worked very efficiently to find the leak in the bathtub and did a lot of caulking and then changed the washer and greased the leaking faucet. He was done in an hour. I am very happy with his work.

 + -1 moreIt was a good experience. They did what they said they were going to do although they had to come back a 2nd time. We had another backup but the 3rd time they didn't charge me. They were diligent, the workmen were great, they called appropriately and I'd use them again.

The plumber came out and attempted to snake the outside back door drain and did the work for over 45 minutes, until the estimator came out and told him that since it was a "perimeter" drain it could not be snaked. They charged me $125.00 for the work even though they did not resolve anything. And even though I understand there is a service charge for just coming out, this was high for a service charge.
