Initial Consultation- VA-$150 DC/MD-$165 We will tour your home and discuss what changes need to be made to properly prepare your home for this competitive real estate market before it is listed. However, if you decide you would like help with the actual design and staging of your property, a quote for full service staging will be provided for either an occupied or a vacant property. I do offer furniture rental services as well.
