Very good - Chris called approx 30 minutes before appoint time, showed up right on time. Upon arrival, he surveyed the situation, and immediately gained access quickly using his tools in his truck. He recommended changing the old lock, which after 20 years just wasn't functioning and was a low-grade item anyway. He provided some alternatives, had the item and installed it right there. From arrival to finish, probably about an hour. Real professional - he is on the top of my list for any similar job in the future.

Job went great. Got an estimate over the phone while scheduling appointment. Chris came on time and looked at the locks. He provided some options and recommendations based on the type of locksets I had. He completed the job within an hour and provided extra keys when requested. Price was reasonable and locks are working fine. Chris was cheerful and professional in his conduct.

Technician called 30 minutes ahead of time so I did not have to wait at home for him to arrive. He also called to let me know he would be later than scheduled, but since I didn't have to wait at home, this was fine with me. The tech was professional.

Excellent. Technician went right to work. Keyed all four locks to open with the same key. Looks and operates great.

Job seemed fine. All though we tested the locks at the time of the work we didn't move in until a month later. About 1 - 2 weeks after moving in an internal part became disengaged in one lock and the lock would not work. Executive came back and corrected the problem at no charge but took a week for them to come to the house. They would have come sooner if we insisted it was an emergency, don't know if there would have been a charge. Although it was not an emergency it was an inconvenience as it was our front door lock. I'd experienced this once before with another lock company in California. At that time I was told if the lock was not properly put back together this type of thing happens. No problems with locks since.
