My car is under warranty. I have a difficult time scheduling appointments anymore. It's hard to get the service people on the phone. Once I got that accomplished, the actual getting the car there, getting it worked on and pick-up were good. I go there all the time.

The service has been excellent. The Service Advisor, Craig Izes has been outstanding. He's very professional and friendly. They also provide loaner cars, which is just essential for us because we only have one car.

We have service contracts on our cars and so we paid for those in advance and we paid about $2700 for an extended service for like 10 years. They have personalized service. We've been with them since 1986.

Next time I drove the car for over 10 miles AC went up in smokes, literally. I took it to another mechanic and now of course it's $2K to repair the damage. Needless to say I'm never going back for service to Don Beyer Alexandria. For that matter I'm off Volvo, this one had some issue or another every six months, or maybe it's just the dealership said it had? I got me a Ford...

We've been using them for 5 years now. What impressed me was the signs were very clear about where to go and there was somebody right there that knew that I was there because I showed up at the time I was scheduled to come. They took me right to the waiting room and I could just sit and wait, and about an hour later, it was ready and I could just drive off. It was all very simple. I thought it was terrific. It's not like one of those places where you don't know where to park your car and what door you go in to. They had a sign where to go and you can just park the car right in front, walk in the door, and they took care of everything. I like them because they don't put pressure on you when you go in. Sometimes when you are car shopping, you get a call everyday after you go in. They didn't do any of that. It's up to you if you are interested in calling them back. We waited a long time before we actually came back and bought a car. I really like their low pressure and they have a good product to sell, and they just tell you about it but they don't pressure you at all.

Six months before the lease was due to expire on my 2012 Kia Sorento, I was contacted by the sales staff at Beyer Kia, offering to buy out my lease if I was interested in buying or leasing a new Kia. I went in to discuss my options, and took the opportunity to look at the other models that Kia offered, and to discuss the differences between owning and leasing.
Sam Doud was my salesperson, and he was extremely patient with me. After determining that I wanted to stick with an SUV, we took a Sportage out for a test drive so I could make an informed decision between the two. Given my needs, the Sorento ended up being the best option for me.
Sam did not pressure me to buy vs. lease, nor did he pressure me to sign anything that day. As my partner was not yet home from work, they allowed me to take the new Sorento home to show him before I made any final decisions.
I was most certainly treated like family, and could not have had a better experience with a car dealership. I would recommend Beyer Kia to anyone looking for a new car.

Fantastic. They are super pros. Everything they have done with this car has been 5 star. If they keep a car for the day--you get a loaner w/o charge. If you have either a Volvo or Subaru in need of repair---none better.

Their Internet sales department could use a little improvement, because I requested a quote about a specific Impreza that they had advertised on their website, and the internet sales guy emailed to me a generic quote on their base model Impreza, not the one with the all-weather package that I asked about. However, when I showed up to see their cars, the experience was low pressure and very professional. I test drove the model that I had asked about, and they took me on a route that allowed me to experience the suspension and the handling. I wound up changing my mind and buying the one on the showroom floor, as it had more features than the one that I drove. The transaction was quick and painless, and they asked for less than the MSRP, and they showed me their invoice price for comparison. I think that I got a fair deal. The financial guy tried to sell me a service package, as expected, but it also was low pressure. Overall, buying a car here was a good experience.

Regular service, plus they looked into our concerns about a vibrating steering wheel. They determined what it was and gave us an estimate for the repairs (which weren't necessary at this time).
This service department is always professional and can quickly get us in, or offer us a loaner car if we need a longer service. They are dependable, thorough, and we always feel like we are well taken care of.
They have handled major repairs for us in the past and even contacted Volvo to get repairs covered for us. We are 100 percent satisfied and will keep coming.

They do a good job. A couple of things that I like are it's easy to get an appointment. They are prompt with telling you how long it's going to be and whether you should wait or not. They have a lot of loaner cars available. Their work seems to be excellent.
