They were very nice but I wasn't pleased with their work. They had to come back and try to clean a couple of spots a couple of times. They couldn't clean the rug to my satisfaction so they took it to their shop at no extra charge. When it came back, it still wasn't very clean. Maybe it just couldn't be cleaned. I thought their service was average, but their customer service was great. They were very nice, which does make a big difference. The price was less expensive than another quote I got. I would not work with this company in the future because you can only clean your carpets so many times.

They were prompt, moved furniture as needed, and they completed the cleaning of two rooms within a reasonable time. The two men were efficient and thorough. The job was outstanding.

The cleaners arrived at the scheduled time, proceeded to move a few pieces of furniture, thoroughly cleaned a large over-stuffed chair and ottoman and a 5'x8" Karistan carpet. In addition, they cleaned a larger Karistan carpet in my living room and a hallway carpet runner. All of this was included in the $145 minimum charge. The workers were very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Diamond Carpet to neighbors and friends.

The price was the same as the quote. We were very pleased and we are due to have our carpets cleaned again, so we will be calling them. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days and this was around Christmastime. We wanted the carpets cleaned before Christmas. He called to see if he could come early and we were available. They were very conscientious and we were very pleased.

On 10/13/2009 I searched Angie's list for an A-rated company close to my home ... and requested those with coupons first. Diamond Carpet Services best met the criteria. I called the same day and was given an appointment immediately for the next day. The person on the phone was very professional and friendly; Roberto Vasquez, Lead Technician, and Jose arrived exactly on time and completed all of the cleaning in a very thorough way. In fact, they cleaned areas I hadn't anticipated based on past experience. They moved the sofa and love seats in order to clean every aspect + the carpet beneath them. I received a 10% discount for using Angie's List and was very pleased with the entire experience. I will call them in the future & recommend them to friends.

Called several weeks before to schedule cleaning of furniture and area rugs in two rooms. Diamond scheduled the job a week, but I had to call to postpone once. The company rep. was helpful and polite on the phone. Scheduled service between 9 am and noon. Crew called around 9 am and said they would be there in about 20 minutes. Arrived about that time. I showed them what needed to be done, pointed out some spots and discussed cleaning area rugs only lightly. Two men worked about 2 hours. THey were polite and respectful of property. Wool area rugs were wetter than I expected based on our converation about cleaning them in place over wood floors, but they dried without difficulty.

We just moved into a house and there were several badly stained portions and even gum in one area. I called Diamond Carpet Service and they were able to schedule a cleaning for the day that I had requested. I was also given a time they would arrive (vice a large window). The day of the work, they called early and stated they were ahead of schedule and wanted to know if I would like them to come early (better for my schedule). Over the phone I had been given a rough estimate (because I didn't know square feet) of $195 and the work ended up costing just about $140! In the past, carpet cleaning people I have used, have charged extra for each "spot" they had to remove. Not only was I not charged extra but the actual cost was less than the estimate. One of the other companies who I had gotten a quote from had looked at the stains on our carpets and informed me that the stains looked set in and they probably wouldn't come out, but they would try. The technician from Diamond Carpet Service worked at the spots and was able to get them all out! Diamond Carpet Service was also about 1/4 the price of the competitor.

They have come out several times to clean our carpets, as I have a cat. They came out right away. We were very happy and pleased with their service. They did quite a lot of work when they came out the last time. They replaced the wood and they also replaced carpet pad.

They answered the phone promptly when I called, were able to describe the service they would perform, gave me an accurate cost estimate, and scheduled my service within two or three days of my call. Their technicians were prompt, called me 30 minutes in advance as I asked so I could run home from my office to meet them, and they did a very good and professional job. They moved furniture to clean and moved it back into the original position. They took great care with everything. Best of all: there was no odor or fragrence.

Roberto and Jose arrived and got right to work. They were very friendly and respectful. They moved a few pieces of furniture with no hesitation. After cleaning the carpet and scrubbing the needed areas, they put the furniture up on little styrofoam-like blocks so that the carpet could dry completely. It was a great experience!

They did a great job. Showed up on time, got right down to work, and got most of the stains and dirt out of the carpet in our new house. Carpet had black dust around edges from dirty air filter in home--they worked hard and did a great job getting that stuff out. Thank you!

Arrived earlier than scheduled, traffic was very light on a Saturday. Called to check if early arrival was OK. Very presentable. Lead technician (Roberto) was very knowledgeable about whole process. Helper (Jose) did set-up and take-down of equipment and helped move and return sofa, love-seat, and roll-top desk. Set furniture on small styrofoam blocks during process. Estimated drying time was sixteen hours...was bone-dry in thirty hours. Overall good experience.

This company was excellent. Their price was fair and they did a wonderful job with our carpets. We will continue to use them in the future.

Cleaned the living room and upstairs carpets of a typical 3BR townhouse. Did not charge for the small hallway. Overall a very good job, carpets clean and dry the next day.

Diamond from the first phone call, scheduled a pick-up of my rugs within the first few days (July 20, 2009). The representative was very helpful and polite, promising that the rugs would be delivered by the date I chose at 9 a.m. Diamond called at 8:40 a.m. to say they were on the way, and on the dot of 9:00 a.m., the rugs were delivered, and they looked like new. The company will move furniture and take whatever steps necessary to insure that valuable rugs receive top-notch care and are returned to their original location in the home. I'm very satisfied and would recommend Diamond to anyone seeking solid professionalism.

Responsive, throrough, and professional in all respects

Angel and his asst Rudy arrived a few minutes earlier than the time scheduled. Angel called before arriving letting me know he was on his way and approximately how long it would take to get there. He verified the places that were going to be cleaned and found it would be a little higher. That was due to my not counting the spaces correctly, not due to the estimate they gave me. They did an excellent job!!!! They even got out an old pet stain that a previous company couldn't get out. I was very pleased with the work and the cost. I can't stress what a great job they did. I will definitely use them again!

After a tenant moved out, I had my entire 4 level townhouse done. A couple of rooms were in really bad shape but Angel and his assistant performed a miracle. There was a minor issue when Angel that almost resulted in my calling another vendor, but I was *so glad* that Tom was able to resolve the matter because the quality was outstanding. Also, many companies can learn alot from the way Tom and Michelle(?) run their company. They're completely accountable, honest and treat each customer with a great deal of respect.

They did really well. They moved all of our furniture to clean our carpets and there were no problems. They were in and out quickly without any issue. They were very professional individuals and they did not have the horrible body odor that most of the workers seem to have.

They were an absolutely good company. The carpets are old but they did a real good job. They came in, rolled up an extremely heavy rug (when I've had other companies, I had to roll them up myself). They did everything, the service was excellent.
