Our dryer was running hot and taking forever to finish a load so we thought we should probably try cleaning out the exhaust venting before calling in an appliance repairman. We couldn't get to all of it ourselves because it is about 12 feet long and runs through the basement ceiling, so we contacted Clean Air Inc based on reviews from Angie's List. They were running a whole house special which we decided to go with since they would already be out here and our heating & AC ductwork had not been cleaned in the 29 years we've been in this house. Making an appointment was easy, the scheduling person was very professional, and the 2 workers arrived right when they said they would. The service took about 2 hours and was pretty noisy, but they left behind no mess at all even though there was an unbelievable amount of dirt in the ducts. The dryer one was almost completely blocked with lint for its entire length! We're very glad we had this done, and would most definitely recommend Clean Air Inc!

Herman (owner) and Jeffery. Showed up on time. Cleaned dryer vent. Had to get in some tight spaces to finish the job. Gave me an estimate to reroute my dryer vent. Which we will be getting done very soon.. Great company with some great people..I highly recommend them..

German (and Jeffery) were on time and needed to do a little troubleshooting to track down a problem with the snaking device not going end to end from outside vent to wall access behind the dryer. As I suspected there was a break in the vent line and It required a couple of holes in the ceiling, which I was anticipating, I just wanted the location to be determined before I starting cutting randomly. It ended up taking two cuts into the ceiling, one to determine the exact location and one fix it. The break was in the worse spot as far as accessibility of course, but German did a nice job getting the lines connecting and using heavy duty tape to secure it. I was given an exact price for the drying duct cleaning, their summer special which I felt was reasonable. i knew with the extra work and repair it would be higher and I was a little apprehensive to see what it would be. But I was happy to see it wasn't a whole lot more. These guys were good and I would not hesitate to hire them again. In fact, after I get my wood floors refinished I will probably call them to do the duct work for the whole HVAC system.

I was very happy with the overall experience provided by Clean Air Inc. Everyone was very professional and efficient from my initial call until the job was finished. Things I liked: 1. No hidden costs. I was told how much it would cost on the phone and the final bill was exactly the same. 2. I was called when the crew was on their way and given a 30 min notice. 3. The work crew was very courteous and respectful. 4. There was no mess for me to clean up after the job was finished. I highly recommend Clean Air Inc and plan to use them again.

It went very well. Two people came to my house on time and quickly completed all the tasks. They were very corteous, professional, and friendly. They answered all of my questions and offered recommendations without pushing more services.

My dryer vent duct cleaning went very well. They were on time and very professional. The dryer vent duct was cleaned quickly and carefully. What surprised me most was the extra service they provided. I was having trouble with my dryer heating to very hot, even when on the air-only setting. German, who is the company owner and the main service person, told me that part of my problem may be caused from the vent being bent and crushed when the dryer was previously pushed up close to the wall. He replaced (upgraded) the hose, making it short enough to accomodate the small space. He even cut the duct coming from the wall because it was so long and caused part of the problem. Surprisingly, he did not charge me for this extra service. I will definitely use them again.

The two men (the President and Vice-President!) were very nice and very professional, as was the President's wife, who set up our appointment. They got right to work, wore little booties so as to keep our dirty carpet clean and cleaned up after they were finished. They got A TON of lint out of the dryer vent and they vacuumed and sanitized the vents in every room, as well as the return ducts. They said they'd email us "before-and-after photos" they took of the major return duct, so that my spouse could see what they did, but we haven't received those yet.

Herman and his assistant were very professional and extremely nice to work with. They were on time with a call prior to their arrival letting know they time they would be there. They arrived only a few minutes early but instead of coming right up to the door they stayed in the driveway and organized their equipment before coming right in. Very professional! The only reason I gave them a "B" in quility of work was because I had to vaccum up two locations they missed where dust and lent was left. However, these were not big piles nor was this not to be expected in this line of work. They vaccumed all the rest. Still, I was pleased with their work. The before and after pictures of the vents was a nice touch and a confideince builder for me that I wasn't being taken. Herman has a small company but they do a great job beating the big companys. Highly recommend him.

They were very pleasant and professional. I can tell that they are experienced at this business because they walked me through the whole process, showed me camera shots of the dirty ducts and the results after the cleaning. They also told me the timeline for repeating the treatments and gave other valuable information. I like that this is a family owned business not a big corporation.

I got a phone call letting me know they were on the way. They arrived and took a tour of the house to get an idea for where all the vents were located. They explained what they were going to do in detail. They started at the top of the house and worked their way down to the basement and the dryer. I found the technicians very personable and professional. They showed me the amount of lint that they cleaned out of the dryer, and I was impressed! They emphasized that it's important to have your dryer vent cleaned out annually (I've lived here more than 10 years and I've never had it done!). I have to say that I am thrilled with the result; my clothes are dry in one cycle of the dryer for a change! I used to have to run it two or three times to get everything dry. Guess that was a "clue"!

Particularly pleased that we got a call about 30 minutes before they arrived, telling us they were on the way so we could make preparations.

I called Clean Air after we had a pest control company evict some birds from our dryer vent. Clear Air arrived about an hour late but apologized profusely. They got the job done quickly, and I noticed a difference the next time I used the dryer. Our dryer vent hadn't been cleaned for at least three years (possibly had never been cleaned), and drying times were reduced by about 25%.

Overall it was perfect. More than what I had expected. The receptionist gave me a window of 9-11 am and they should up at 930am. Prior to their arrival the receptionist called me to let me know that they were on their way. Once they got to my home, they politely greeted me and explained the whole process. Then they put on their shoe covers and went straight upstairs to start the duct cleaning. As they worked their way down they explained to me why my dryer vent wasnt heating up my clothes right. They made sure that they thoroughly cleaned and sanitized my dryer vent to make sure that there was no bacteria left behind from the dead animal. After 3 hours or so of cleaning and sanitizing they left my house nice and neat. They advised me to have my dryer vent cleaned out every 6 months to a year and my ducts cleaned every 3 to 5 years. Like I said they were very professional and pleasant. Their price was very affordable and reasonable. And they weren't like other companies that charge real cheap and are out in 45 mins. I later found out that you get what you pay for. And with this company, Clean Air Inc., you can tell that quality of work is everything to them. I thank my neighbor for recommending them to me. And in return I will recommend Clean Air Inc. to all my friends and family. Excellent Job!
